Can I Use Code From Stack Overflow?
Hello, I have been working on my submission for the Swift Student Challenge and have been searching for a solution for how to complete a trivial task related to dates and calendars in Swift. After searching, I found an answer on Stack Overflow that works perfectly for my project. Am I allowed to submit a playground that includes this code or do I need to rewrite or reinvent the code somehow? Thanks

Swift Student Challenge: Using a Non-English ID Card as Proof
Hi everyone! I'm getting ready to participate in the WWDC and Swift Student Challenge 2024 and need some advice regarding the identification process. My university ID card, known as 'Kartu Tanda Mahasiswa' in Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian Language), contains my name, student ID, major, faculty, university name and logo, and a valid date. However, the ID card is entirely in Bahasa Indonesia. I'm wondering if it's still acceptable to use this card for the challenge, or if I need to provide an English translation alongside my submission? I would really appreciate any guidance or experiences from anyone who might have faced a similar situation. Thanks in advance for your help!

Swift Student Challenge Eligibility Confusion
Hello! I’m up to participate at the 2024 Swift Student Challenge but I have no idea if my university will be eligible for it to give me the chance to participate. How can I get more information about this? Is there a list of eligible universities? How is the process of project submission does anyone have screenshots? What I don’t want to happen is to get to finish my app and realize in the end that my university was never eligible for the challenge.

Swift Student Challenge 2024
Hi Developers, I have a question about the Swift Student Challenge 2024. I'm wondering if the Apple Judges review the written answers before they view the Playground because I feel the judges would find it easier to use my app if they knew the different features that my Playground has by reading the Written Responses. I have created an Onboarding screen which highlights some main features but I don't want the judges to reread the information from the Onboarding Screen and the Written Responses as it will put off the Judges and waste their time! Thank you for reading and good luck to everyone participating :)

Swift Student Challenge Playground More Than 3min Content
Hi, this is my first Swift Student Challenge and I think I found a pretty interresting and innovative idea but It would require that the app has more than 3 min of content. What I can say without leaking the idea is that you can learn something in the playground and complete a quiz. One topic needs about 15-20 sec to read and 20 sec for the quiz. Than there is the possibility to go on to the next topic. But it is just the same ui and only different content and quiz questions. The playground has a few additional features that are also really interresting so I want to make sure that the judges of the challenge see them. Should I implement a small disclamer in the playground after looking at the first topic or mention this in the description when submitting the playground? Thanks

New to ARKit
Hello, I am new to ARkit. I have tried to program to display a cube using ARkit and Realitykit in various articles using Xcode, but none of them worked. How can I display a 3Dcube in AR ????? What I tried, roughly speaking, was to open the xcode iOS, AR progect file and run the program that is included by default. If you can answer in Japanese, please do so.

Eligibility for Swift Student Challenge from Iran
As a resident of Iran, I want to ensure that I can participate in the upcoming challenge when applications open in February 2024. Given the existing sanctions and political landscape, I'm uncertain about the potential limitations or implications. I would appreciate insights from anyone who has knowledge about potential restrictions or implications due to sanctions that might affect participation for Iranian residents. Furthermore, if I were to excel and be selected as one of the top 50 distinguished winners, would I face barriers in being invited to Apple Park next summer due to these geopolitical factors? Looking forward to your valuable insights and advice.

Free license assets in Swift Student Challenge
I want to participate in the 2024 Swift Student Challenge, but I don't have any knowledge about creating assets for my apps. Is it allowed to use assets with a free license? The description of the assets says that you don't have to give credit and you can modify them as you wish.

Mapkit being used in my project if I made it available offline
I figured out how to use a Mapkit offline in swift and make the map usable offline . Would a project with a Mapkit still be accepted in the contest? Another question! Are essays required this year? I don't see it in the requirements.

Hi to everyone! I want to make a slider like the one in iOS Health app that is used for mood logging. Do you have any idea for approach. The design is easy but problems arise with the functionality behind it. Thanks.

WWDC24 Application
I'm an entrepreneur working independently, and I've always had a passion for technology, especially within the Apple ecosystem. I'm interested in participating in the Swift Student Challenge at WWDC24. Although I'm no longer a student, would enrolling in any STEM program still make me eligible to apply?

Do I have to use a Swift or Xcode Playground
The Swift challenge page mentions playgrounds in both Swift Playgrounds and Xcode. Do I have to use an app playground or can I instead use an app project in Xcode? I feel more comfortable working with an Xcode project. Is it possible to convert my project to a .swiftpm file later? Thanks
