My app has been rejected about 3 times now with the reviewer only giving a generic message that a core function of the app is not working properly each time. No screenshots or mention of error messages ( which have been placed in the app purposely to tell users the reason for failure if it does happen).
I have sent video clips of the function working normally on the same exact device and have many testers using the app daily with no issues.
Two emails have gone out with no response this week and I have waited on hold with the support number for hours, eventually needing to hang up on my end.
Needless to say, this is very frustrating as I cannot get my application out and have lost the confidence of users who were told the app is coming soon after testing.
Any help here would be greatly appreciated
