Hi, I've migrated my app to another developer account more than half a year ago, but I'm still receiving a few transaction payments in the old developer account, which currently has no app.
The payment date shown in the report is last month.
I'm wondering how could this happen. Is it possible for users to initiate a transaction half a year ago and only successfully pay it now?

While testing an inapp purchase, if you purchase the same product twice from an account that does not have testflight permissions for the project and only has sandbox permissions, the second payment will receive the same transactionId as the first.
Why is that so? I know transactionID is unique.
I ran into a problem. When using Storekit1 to purchase an SKU, the user payment was successful, but StoreKit1 did return paymentCancelled to my App. I would like to know under what circumstances this problem may occur? How do I fix it? Thank you
Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with in-app subscriptions in my React Native application known-singles, using the react-native-iap library. When a user subscribes to a plan, the transaction executes successfully, and a receipt is returned. However, the transaction remains in a pending state indefinitely and does not update. Additionally, the transaction amount is not deposited into my bank account, even though all banking details are correctly set up in App Store Connect.
We have thoroughly debugged the issue on our end but could not identify the cause. TestFlight transactions complete successfully, but real purchases remain stuck in pending status.
Here are the relevant details of our implementation:
React Native version: 0.60.4
react-native-iap version: 4.2.2
Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Any guidance on why transactions are not being completed and why payouts are not being processed would be greatly appreciated.
Looking forward to your support.
I'm working on adding a single Non-Consumable In-App purchase to my app. Essentially a "try before you buy" type thing. Limited functionality unless the app is purchased.
I am currently testing this using Xcode and the Manage StoreKit Transactions window. So far most everything appears to be working except for declined pending transactions.
If I set Ask to Buy to Enabled, the Ask Permission (for parent or guardian) dialog appears. After pressing the Ask button, I see a transaction listed as Pending Approval. If I Approve the transaction, then my app is notified and all is well.
However, if I Decline the transaction then my app is not notified. Is that normal?
Also, how do I (i.e. the app) know that there is a pending transaction?

I keep getting this error:
Provisioning profile "iOS Team Provisioning Profile: com.visuallearningaids.craftshowtracker0320" doesn't include the com.apple.developer.in-app-purchase entitlement.
I've made several different identifiers and profiles.
Thanks
Greg
Sorry but I'm not good at English.
Is the originalTransactionId received for the same subscription by the same user the same in Store Kit v1 and Store Kit 2?
Also, will the originalTransactionId be the same even if the subscription price is changed?
I cannot test IAP using sandbox account that I logged on from settings, it keeps show my regular Apple ID when I try to test IAP from TestFlight
This issue frustrate me and bunch of my colleagues, we cannot manage our subscription when sandbox account is default choosing Apple ID
I've seen people complaining about this issue a lot
Any help on resolving this issue would be really appreaciated
For Apple subscription payments, my server does not receive notifications for production environment payments, but it can receive notifications for sandbox payments at the same notification address.
Dear Apple Support Team,
Hello!
I am currently developing the in-app subscription functionality using Apple IAP API and have encountered a serious technical issue while processing subscription data. I would like to report this issue to you.
Issue Description:
When calling the subscription API endpoint, the same OriginalTransactionId returns inconsistent results. Specifically, a particular transaction ID (let's call it TransactionId_A) should belong to the subscription order with OriginalTransactionId_A, but it is currently incorrectly associated with OriginalTransactionId_B. This issue severely affects our ability to accurately manage and process subscription data.
Here are the relevant log details for your reference:
API Endpoint Requested:
https://api.storekit.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/subscriptions/{TransactionId_A}
(Note: The link is a placeholder for the actual API endpoint.)

I hope you can address and investigate this issue as soon as possible. If you need any further information or assistance, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your support!
Best regards!

App Store Server API
I am currently using the App Store Server API Get All Subscription Statuses in the app I am in charge of.
Please let me confirm the following regarding Get All Subscription Statuses.
■Prerequisites
The language used is Objective-c, and I am using both XCode 15 and 16. I also have an App Store Connect account.
■Questions
Is it possible to set and test each status of the App Store Server API Get All Subscription Statuses with TestFlight?

I'm posting as new in the hope someone might have more up-to-date information, as I'm pulling out what little hair I have left.
I'm using Storekit 2, testing in Xcode with a local Storekit config file. I have created a very minimal system to investigate this issue. I have a SwiftUI-based window using SubscriptionStoreView, and my app set up with the usual listener. I have four types of auto renewing subscription, configured in the local Storekit config file.
With my app running, I subscribe to the lowest-level subscription I offer, via the SubscriptionStoreView. Notification of the inital purchase arrives, but subsequent auto-renewals do not trigger any action in my listener for Transaction.updates. They arrive as expected in the Transaction Manager. Radio silence in my listener.
If I upgrade one subscription (via my SubscriptionStoreView) I see this reflected in the UI immediately, and also in the Transaction Manager, but the update that arrives in Transaction.updates refers to the old subscription, and has the isUpgraded flag set to false.
Also, can anyone remind me what the grey warning triangle next to entries in the Transaction Manager means. I'm assuming it means unfinished, as that's what the sidebar indicates.
Can the testing system really be this broken, or am I wildly off the mark? Unless I'm doing something fundamentally wrong this all seems extremely flakey, but happy to be proved wrong.
I find this all rather unsettling if I can't test reliably, and am concerned that I my app may end up in this situation if I use storekit 2:

Hello,
For In App Purchases with a renewable subscription, does the originalTransactionId change in the following scenarios?
Case 1:
A user subscribes to a subscription A within a Subscription Group SG1.
The user then cancels it at the end of the month.
Comes back later to subscribe to the same subscription A within the same Subscription Group SG1.
Case 2:
A user subscribes to a subscription A within a Subscription Group SG1.
The user then cancels it at the end of the month.
Comes back later to subscribe to subscription B within the same Subscription Group SG1.
Hey guys, I am developing a habit tracker app right now. I know it's basic but it's my first app and I wanted an easy start but this is more of a struggle than I thought. So I am trying to publish my app fully on the App Store however everytime I do there is some kind of bug with it. But when I test it, it works perfect for me. Anyways, in this case the reviewer said when they go to the pro page of my app to purchase a pro subscription and try to press upgrade to pro nothing pops up. It pops up normally for me on my iPhone but not other devices. I wanted to make sure if this was normal or if there is something I am supposed to fix. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
I set both production and sandbox App Store Notification server.
In sandbox, my server can receive all kinds of app store notification, including subscription and non-consumable in-app-purchase.
But in production, my server only receive subscription notification.
I can see some non-consumable in-app-purchase done in log, but the server didn't receive expected notification.
Anyone know why?
I really need the notification cause I need to know who made refund.
Hi everyone,
I am working on a Unity iOS app. I am adding in-app purchasing in my app. I have added Unity IAP to the Unity project, as well as the code for initialising and purchasing a subscription with the product ID. I have also added my certificates and provisioning profile in Xcode with in-app purchasing capabilities. Also, I have set up an App Store Connect page with a non-renewing subscription with a unique product ID and all required information. The subscription status is ready to submit. I have added a sandbox tester account in it. In unity editor, it is working fine with fake purchase receipt.
While testing in an iOS device, apple ID is logged out. But there is an error occurs everytime : IAP not initialized.
Also I have uploaded a newer version of app on app store connect, it is in waiting for review status.
Is there any step or something I am missing that it is not working in iOS device?
Please help

Hello Developers!
I am trying to run a test In-App Purchase (IAP) for a renewable subscription product in the sandbox environment. I have set up everything required for sandbox testing, but it’s unclear whether the subscription product needs to be pre-approved by Apple for testing.
If approval is required, I have already added the necessary metadata, but the status still shows "Ready for Submit." Additionally, when I save the page, a "Submit for Review" button briefly appears for a fraction of a second on the subscription page before disappearing.
Is this button missing, or is there a known issue with this process? This is my first time running this test, and I would appreciate any pointers or suggestions. Thanks!
Hi All,
We are developing our app with an approved External Link Account Entitlement.
During the development process (such as installing from Xcode or creating an Ad-hoc build and installing it on a phone), the open() function of the External Link Account API displays the modal our native language. The app only localized to that language.
However, after uploading the app with the same configuration to TestFlight, the modal somehow appears in English instead.
What could be causing this issue with the External Link Account modal? How can the open() function display the modal in another language when installed from Xcode or an Ad-hoc release build, but in English when installed from TestFlight? How can we show only our native lanugage version only to our Users?
Thank you in advance
We are currently performing maintenance and operation on our app.
I would like to ask a question about Apple's purchase processing.
When retrieving purchase information for a user who has multiple original transaction IDs, such as original transaction ID AAA and original transaction ID BBB, if "Get All Subscription Statues" is executed with BBB as an argument, is it possible that purchase information for original transaction ID "AAA" will be retrieved?
If this kind of issue does occur, please share the conditions under which it occurs.
I am an app developer, and I have implemented in-app purchases in my application. When a user completes a purchase, Apple displays a success popup. After the user taps "OK", I send the receiptData to my server to add points to their account.
However, I have encountered cases where users either exit the app before tapping "OK" or experience network issues, preventing the receipt from being sent to my server. As a result, they do not receive their points.
Later, some users send me a receipt from Apple Pay, claiming that the payment was successful. These receipts include details such as the orderId, email, and other transaction information. However, I am not certain whether the user actually completed the payment but encountered an issue, or if they are providing a fraudulent receipt.
My question:
How can I verify the authenticity of these receipts? Is there an official way to check if a given Apple Pay invoice corresponds to a real in-app purchase in my app?
Any guidance or best practices would be greatly appreciated!
