I registered in this summer, uploaded 2 apps. But recently I decided to add iAP to my apps, everything is ready, in Xcode sandbox everything works fine, but when I uploaded new version to TestFlight to test, when I tap on the subscription it says something like "Product not found". (I have added subscriptions to the app, and added them to the version before submitting, also, this version is in status "awaiting developer release" so I can tap a button and this new version with iAPs will be on App Store. But im unsure what to do, because exactly this verified by Apple's version is not working in TestFlight.) In Business section of my Apple Developer Account in Agreements I only have agreement of free apps, but not about the paid apps. 
When I registered I used my (R)(us)sian passport, I think this is the reason that I simply don't even have the agreement of paid apps to accept it. 
I have multiple passports, and multiple EU debit cards. I emailed apple to change the location of my account (to another EU country), but they ghosted me. They sent me emails to upload documents about 4 or 5 times, every time I uploaded my another passport, got an auto email "thank you, we will write you in 2-3 days", but either they did not write me, or they said that the document is not in English (it isn't). 
What do I do? Also, to my situation, someone of my family has a company in (R)(us)sia, and I have in EU (Estonia). Maybe if nothing will work out with "Individual account", I should change to my company? And what is better EU or (R)(us)sian?

I encounter a connection error with Apple Configurator v2.18 when, after making changes in macOS Sequel 15.6.1, I want to apply and transfer the changes to the iPhone icon layout in iOS 26: Apple Configurator v2.18 crashes and returns an error message: ‘Try the operation again. If it fails, quit the application, launch it again, and try again. [NSCocoaErrorDomain – 0x1001 (4097)]’ I have done some research, and it seems that this bug has been identified and fixed in Apple Configurator 2 v2.19 (Build 10434). Have you encountered this problem? Do you know where to find version v2.19? This fixed version does not appear to have been released yet, and Apple support has been unable to help me. I'm the IT Admin in my company. We use Microsoft Intune, which is a Mobile Device Management tool, to manage our devices and apps. I created an app protection policy, restricting the data can only be shared between the allowed apps. For example, if our user want to copy the content in Outlook for iOS to WeChat or personal memo, the action will be blocked. However, may be it's too strict, here is the scenario that we need to hadle: A user selected the content in the Outlook for iOS mail, and wanted to use the "translate" function to do translation. Before the app protection policy was deployed, he can do the translation successfully. And now, it's blocked. Therefore, we need to find a way to exempt the app "Translate" so that users can do the translation successfully. We put the value "com.apple.Translate"(this is a package ID listed in the official document of Apple) to the exemption, but it's not working. May I know what is the correct "value" for the iOS native Translate APP? I need to put this value to our app protection policy to exempt Translate app. Thank you so much.

Hello, I am trying to authenticate to the Apple Business Manager API to retrieve device information and ingest it into ServiceNow. I am following the documentation here. The first step is to create an API account and download the private key used to create a JWT client assertion. The guide linked above gives a python script to create a client assertion. Below the first python script, the following description is given for the "kid" variable: "The value is your keyId that returns when you upload a public key." This is the first time that a public key, rather than a private key, is referenced. Where is the public key supposed to be uploaded? Later in the guide, a public key is referenced again, in the section describing the client_id Request parameter: "(Required) You receive your clientId when you upload a public key." I have tried to create a client assertion using the keyId that is associated with the API account. When I try to request an access token, however, I also get an "invalid_client" error back. I am wondering if I'm using the wrong values for both key_id and client_id due to not creating and uploading a public key. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

The profile expiration date is approaching, and no amount of inquiries will solve it. Create a new profile Download a new profile from Xcode Press archive, press Distribute App, press Enterprise, and distribute Invalid expiration date in profile of summary of review app.ipa content I've tried everything that comes out by Googleing profiles, such as regenerating profiles, erasing caches, updating Xcode, updating macOS, deleting existing profile information, etc. Expiration date different from the expiration date of the profile created in that menu is displayed. The expiration date of the profile I created is December 8, 2026, and the previous certificate is January 22, 2026. However, the profile information of the generated ipa is February 12, 2026. So I can't distribute this app because I'm scared, and the expiration date is coming up. Users should have a period of time to update. Get me a novice developer who's choking up.

Hello, I’m facing an issue while trying to add iOS devices to Apple Business Manager (ABM) using Apple Configurator during enrollment. When going through the setup process, the device fails to complete enrollment and times out. I’ve tried it multiple times. The device does appear in ABM during the process and I am able to assign it to different MDM servers but since the setup times out and fails, the device is automatically released. I have tried this with multiple iOS devices and it times out on every single one of them. Steps attempted: Factory reset and re-enrollment of the device Ensured network connectivity is stable and tested on multiple Wi-Fi networks Tried the following process using Apple Configurator on Mac (wired): Created a Wi-Fi profile in Configurator Connected the iPhone via cable and used Prepare (manual configuration) Used the “MDM server” placeholder and trusted anchors (as recommended) Linked the device to the ABM organization Skipped Setup Assistant steps Attached the Wi-Fi profile, then prepared and wiped the device Verified that the device should appear in ABM Attempted to assign the device to my MDM in ABM Despite these checks, the enrollment process times out. I’m attaching a screenshot of the error for reference. Could someone advise what might be causing this timeout or how I can further troubleshoot this? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. We are managing VPP license switching operations using Apple's VPP Manage Licenses API. License information is managed by matching the “clientUserIdStr” data with the VPP account ID information managed on the server side. We received an inquiry stating that a VPP license did not activate despite the activation process being performed. Upon checking the API results, the update API returned a success status during execution. However, the “clientUserIdStr” information was missing from the license information field in the response of the information retrieval API. Hi, I might be a bit late to the party, but Apple has added several SkipKeys such as: TapToSetup and SafetyAndHandling. I want to make sure that the keys is working properly, so I want to do the before-after comparison, however I just can't seem to show pages related to those keys. Just for information, I'm based in Japan and I've been using iPhone pro 16 and M2 iPad Pro for the testing. I believe that TapToSetup is apple tv-related, so I've tried various things such as having it in a same network or using the same apple account both in Apple TV and the iPhone/iPad but I can't get it to show. Any ideas?

Hi, Is there a method to hide individual items in System Settings that is not Deprecated? It needs some of the settings set and hidden for the end user. I found the DisabledSystemSettings key however it is marked as Deprecated and does not include all the new items, especially those related to Apple Intelligence. Is there any method other than “Restrictions” that does not hide and only set individual settings ? It needs to hide items in system settings :)

We are having issues working with bypass codes the server creates when initiating Activation Lock through MDM. We are able to use the device-generated bypass codes without issue. When using the end point to request activation lock as specified in https://developer.apple.com/documentation/devicemanagement/creating-and-using-bypass-codes/ we get a 200 response. But when using the endpoint to bypass the activation lock, we get a 404 response. If we try to manually input the activation lock bypass code, it also does not work. Both of these methods work with the device-generated bypass codes. Just to clarify when testing the server generated codes, we ensured that we did not test the device-generated codes. All of this was tested on iOS devices. Created feedback ticket FB21365819 with device specific details.

We have been trying to figure out how to block Apple Private Relay in our enterprise so we can monitor and filter our employees traffic. We are able to block the Private Relay via this process: We used this article from Fortinet to achieve this: https://community.fortinet.com/t5/FortiGate/Technical-Tip-How-to-block-iCloud-Private-Relay-from-bypassing/ta-p/228629 This also appears to block the users ability to utilize Apple iCloud Drive Backups. They would like to allow that still. Is there a way to block iCloud Private Relay while still allowing iCloud Drive Backups to work? I am not finding a document listing the URL requirements for iCloud Drive Backups. They would like to scan the traffic through. When scanning is enabled the firewall blocks the iCloud Private Relay traffic as it is blocked as being a proxy. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

We'd like to determine if there is a configuration declaration that is active on a device as part of a predicate. The current logic (based on the WWDC 22 session) is: SUBQUERY(@status(management.declarations.configurations), $declaration, ($declaration.@key(identifier) == "com.abc.declarationname" AND $declaration.@key(active) == true)).@count == 1 The goal is that if the declaration is active, then a predicate should evaluate to true. This query does not appear to be working. Should we be able to use @status(management.declarations.activations) in a predicate? If so, what are we missing to attempt to determine if the declaration is active? If I search the existing status objects that are sent from the device, it is showing as active in the status channel.

Dear Apple Developer Team, Following the rollout of iOS 26.x and the introduction of the iPhone 17, we have identified a critical issue affecting Mobile Device Management (MDM) enrolment and restore operations. The issue appears to stem from the Device Management Profile configuration 'do_not_use_profile_from_backup' within Apple Business Manager (ABM), which currently defaults to False. This setting should be modified to True to ensure proper functionality. When the profile remains set to False, organisations leveraging MDM encounter repeated failures during device backup and restore operations. Specifically, restoring a supervised or managed device triggers a persistent MDM registration loop, effectively preventing deployment of iPhone 17 devices in managed environments. We recommend that Apple review and adjust the default Device Management Profile property within ABM to address this issue and restore full MDM compatibility for iOS 26.x and later.

Hi everyone, I’m sharing this because I’ve been stuck with this issue for over two weeks, and I still haven’t found a solution — or received a meaningful response from Apple Support. A yellow banner has appeared on my account saying: “The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed.” But here’s the problem: I’ve already accepted the latest agreement long ago. When I log into both: App Store Connect Developer Portal …there’s no new agreement to accept, no prompt, no button — absolutely nothing new. The yellow banner simply refuses to go away, and it's preventing updates.
