Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program enrollment process
I have to say I'm extremely disappointed with Apple. For weeks, I've been trying to enroll as an individual in the Apple Developer Program, but every single attempt ends with the same message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I contacted Apple Developer Support, hoping they could explain the issue. Instead, I received this generic response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." No explanation. No guidance. No indication of what I did wrong or whether I can ever enroll. I sent additional emails asking for clarification, but they simply stopped responding. As an independent developer, this experience has been incredibly frustrating. I've spent countless hours building applications with the goal of releasing them on Apple's platform, only to discover that I can't even join the Developer Program—and no one is willing to tell me why. At this point, I honestly don't think developing for Apple is worth the time, effort, or investment. It's painful to realize how much work I've put into building apps that I may never be able to publish. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Apple. I'm so disappointed that I've decided to stop using Apple products altogether. I'll be moving away from my iPhone, Apple Watch, MacBook, and iPad because I no longer want to invest in an ecosystem that treats independent developers this way.

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck – ID Verification Rejected and No Response from Support
Hello, I am posting here as a last resort because I have been unable to get any assistance through Apple Developer Support. Case ID: 102888399005 Timeline: I started the Apple Developer Program enrollment process using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone. I successfully uploaded my ID document. After that, I received a message stating that my identity could not be verified. I submitted a support request to Apple Developer Support. I received a reply from Developer Support, but the response did not address my issue or provide any guidance on how to continue the enrollment process. The status in the Apple Developer app on my iPhone later changed to "ID Verification Rejected". I replied to the existing support case and, after receiving no response for two weeks, submitted a new support request. Several weeks have now passed without any response to either request. The enrollment page on the web now displays the message: "Your enrollment could not be completed." The Apple Developer app for iOS still shows "ID Verification Rejected" In the Apple Developer app for macOS, I am able to start the enrollment process. However, after scanning my ID document, the app either displays a completely black image or crashes immediately. At this point, I have multiple open support requests and an unresolved case, but I have not received any guidance on why my identity verification was rejected or how I can proceed with enrollment. I would greatly appreciate any assistance, guidance, or help in getting this case reviewed by the appropriate team. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Jan Bula

Cannot accept updated Developer Agreement: Shown 'Join Program' screen despite having active apps
I’m having an issue with the Apple Developer Program. I received a notification that the Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and must be accepted in order to continue submitting and updating apps. The problem is that after signing in to my Apple Developer account, I don’t see any option to accept the new agreement. Instead, I’m shown a “Join the Apple Developer Program” screen, as if I’m not enrolled in the program, even though I have active apps on the App Store. In App Store Connect, I can see the agreement status as “Active (New Agreement Available)”, but there is no visible way to actually review or accept the updated version. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and knows how to fix it?

Apple Developer Enrollment Issue : Immediate Failure Across Web, Mac, and App
I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for days, but I immediately receive the error: “Your enrollment could not be completed.” This happens on the web, on my Mac, and in the Apple Developer app. I cannot proceed to any step, as the error appears before entering any information or payment details. In the app, the “Enroll Now” button is also disabled.

Unable to receive 2FA SMS - TestFlight blocked, 250+ users waiting
Case ID: 102924093872 Case ID: 102924089648 Hi Apple Support Team, I’m reaching out regarding a critical issue that is blocking my app testing and affecting hundreds of users. I cannot receive the two-factor authentication code for my Apple Developer account. My mobile operator has confirmed that SMS messages from Apple are not reaching their network at all. I also receive no calls. Since my account is not logged in on any device, SMS is the only way I can verify my identity - and it’s not working. I have already submitted two support cases but have not received any response yet. Here is the impact this is having right now: • 250+ people are waiting to get access to test my app • 400 users are already using the app • I cannot sign the new agreement that appeared in App Store Connect • Because of this, TestFlight is completely blocked - both the 10,000 user limit and the 100 user internal testing • Even when I add someone to my team and grant them access, it still doesn’t work for them either I have been building this app for almost 7 months. We are in the final testing stage before I plan to release it for sale. Every day without access is a day my users are waiting and I cannot move forward. I am asking you to please help me resolve this as quickly as possible. I really need your support right now. Thank you so much for your time. Best regards, Tata

Your enrollment could not be completed.
Hello everyone, I am experiencing a roadblock while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and am hoping to get some insight or advice from anyone who has resolved a similar issue. My Setup & Steps: Account Type: Individual / Sole Proprietor The Issue: I completed the initial information steps, but immediately after clicking to accept the Developer Program License Agreement, the page redirected to a generic error screen. Error Message: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. What I've Done So Far: I have already contacted Apple Developer Support directly to investigate this from the backend. They have opened an official case for me (Case ID: 102921563857). Since I am currently waiting on a response from support, I wanted to check if this is a known system glitch or if there is a common trigger for this error (e.g., identity verification hiccups, regional payment issues, or Apple ID region mismatches) that I can fix on my end in the meantime. Has anyone else encountered this exact error immediately after the agreement step? If so, how long did it take to resolve, or what did support require to clear it up? Thank you in advance for your help!

Enrollment pending for 3+ Weeks
My enrollment has been pending for close to a month. Apparently my brand new LLC had a false positive for some sort of US Gov sanctions list, matched with 2 companies in Asia that I've never heard of, I'm a Boston, MA developer... I've called apple support over 6 times and numerous times over email to try to resolve. One representative overrode the account which let me get to accept agreements for enrollment but it keeps prompting me to accept and when I do it just says thank you. The last representative said he would escalate the case but I have not heard anything yet. There is apparently some separate team that must give the okay on manual reviews related to the sanctions list. I have 8 native iOS apps that have gone through extensive QA and are ready to submit. I'm now wishing I just developed them for Android. Any help would be much appreciated as I anticipate the app approval process to be another ordeal after going through this. Thank you

URGENT: Entity Transfer stuck for 3+ weeks blocking app launch — Critical business impact (Case 102912721623)
Hello Apple Developer Support / Community, Our company's iOS app launch is currently paralyzed due to an automated enrollment block, and we are facing intense customer backlash because our Android version is already live. We urgently need an Apple representative to reset our enrollment status. The Situation: Originally, we started developing our app under a temporary legal entity (Homeflow BV) while our final corporate entity (Luo BV) was being legally formed. We initially opened Case 102912721623 to transfer the account from Homeflow to Luo. However, Developer Support informed us that because Luo is not acquiring Homeflow, a simple transfer isn't permitted. Accepting this, we decided to do it the right way: we abandoned the transfer, unlinked the primary Apple ID (s.aerts@...) from the old Homeflow account, and attempted to enroll Luo BV from scratch as a brand new Apple Developer Program member. The Blocker: When we attempt to enroll the new entity, we are immediately hit with the error: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." It seems our attempt to clean up our accounts and start fresh has triggered an automated security block. We are stuck in a catch-22: we can't transfer the old account, and the system won't let us pay for a new one. Business Impact: • We are a registered energy provider in Belgium • Our Google Play app is live, but our Apple users are entirely blocked from managing their energy contracts. We literally have households where one partner can use the service and the other cannot. • We cannot publish under the old Homeflow entity as it exposes private residential data. Could an Apple representative please clear this security block so we can finalize the enrollment of Luo BV and get our app to our customers? Thank you, Sam Aerts Luo BV

Enrollment still PENDING after 4 days
I purchased my Apple Developer program on April 16, 2026. It’s been 4 days now, and my status is still stuck on "Pending." What’s worse is that the system is now prompting me to make the payment again. I know many of us are experiencing this exact same issue right now. I am from Thailand, so I decided to make a phone call to the Apple Developer support team to get this sorted out. They told me that due to a massive volume of requests, it might take a very long time to approve. They promised to "expedite" my process, but completely failed to provide any specific timeframe or even an estimated date of approval. Honestly, it felt like the support agent was just reading from a script to calm me down without actually offering any real help—they didn't even ask for my Order Number to check my case! Based on how this is being handled, I strongly believe that anyone reading this who is stuck in the same situation might have to endure this problem for months. Has anyone actually gotten their account approved recently?

Urgent: Developer Account Glitch – "Renew" Button Missing, Pending Agreements Invisible, and Apps Removed
Hello, Our organization is facing a critical, blocking issue with our Apple Developer Account. All of our live apps have been removed from the App Store due to an apparent expiration, but the standard dashboard UI seems to be entirely broken for our Account Holder login, leaving us completely unable to renew or fix it. We need urgent assistance from an Apple Forum Specialist or anyone on the engineering team who can look into this account state. The Issues We Are Facing: App Status: All of our applications have been removed from the App Store and are marked as expired. Missing Dashboard Controls: When logged in as the Account Holder, the "Membership Status" section and the "Renew Membership" button are completely missing from the developer console dashboard. Missing Agreements: We received a notification stating we have a pending agreement that requires acceptance. However, there is absolutely no banner, link, or "Action Required" page visible anywhere in our console to review or sign it. Because the standard self-service renewal paths are missing from our view, we are entirely blocked from resolving this on our end. We believe our account is stuck in an anomalous state or technical glitch that requires manual intervention or an internal backend reset. Has anyone else encountered a glitch where the renewal buttons and pending agreement banners completely vanish for the Account Holder? If an Apple team member can assist, we are ready to provide our official Team ID and case details privately to get this escalated. Thank you.

Membership expired, no where to renew it?
Hi, my apple developer membership expired as my payment method did not work, and now all my apps published have been removed from the store. I have tried going onto my account on the apple developer app, but there is no place to renew the app. All i get is the text "Renew your membership to continue accessing program benefits and services. Open the Apple Developer app on your iPhone or iPad, tap the Account tab, and sign in. Then tap Renew and follow the prompts. If you agreed to the Paid Applications Agreement, you'll need to agree to it again after renewal. You can view this agreement in the Agreements, Tax and Banking section of App Store Connect." Apple support is not providing any info, i have gone to the agreements and there is no new agreement to accept, so i need help in how to renew my membership urgently and have my apps relisted.

I paid 14 days ago and still get issue - Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired.
Please see the attached image "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired. Your apps will not be available on the App Store until you renew your membership. To renew your membership, the Account Holder needs to visit the Membership section of their account on the Apple Developer website." But it is not correct see: I send many emails and support tickets that didn't helped: I don't have any pending agreement. Another email that didn't helped: Yes, I deleted my cookies and still cannot continue: Yes I'm using desktop, or Safari on iOS. And this is the last email I received: An account cost $99 per year. And I'm waiting 14 days already, I need $3 refund, and counting. And please bring back my account.

Urgent: Developer Program Account Issues
I am facing an issue that's preventing me from being able to access my developer account. I have raised the issue with Apple's frontline support, but they have simply escalated it to another team (who I have not heard from yet). It has been multiple days, and this issue is preventing us from being able to take critical actions for our app and users. The fix should be simple, it's just a matter of getting ahold of someone on the Apple team. How can I get this resolved imminently, given that it's hurting our users?

Apple Developer Program enrollment rejected without explanation – unable to get further clarification
Hello, I am seeking guidance from Apple staff or developers who may have experienced a similar situation. My Apple Developer Program enrollment was reviewed and ultimately rejected. During the review process, I provided all requested information, including screenshots and screen recordings. I later received the following response from Developer Support: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." No further explanation was provided. Timeline: • Enrollment rejected — May 2026 • Support case opened — May 2026 • Response received from Developer Support — June 9, 2026 • Follow-up requests for clarification submitted — no response received • Additional support case opened and follow-ups sent — no response received I am based in India, where phone and chat support options for Apple Developer Program enrollment issues do not appear to be available. I understand account-specific details may not be discussed publicly. However, I would appreciate guidance on the following: • Has anyone received a similar enrollment decision? • Were you able to reapply successfully later? • Is there a typical waiting period before reapplying? • Is there any other escalation path available when no response is received to follow-up inquiries? Thank you for any guidance or shared experiences.
