Hello Apple Developer Community, I’m hoping someone can advise me on a serious issue. Our organization’s Apple Developer Program account has been effectively locked because our Account Holder’s Apple ID is inaccessible. I need to either unlock that Apple ID or transfer the Account Holder role so we can manage our apps. I’ve already reached out to Apple Developer Support, but so far, I haven’t received a response. This situation is critical because our clients rely on us to maintain and update our apps. Key details (some info is masked for privacy): • We’re enrolled as an Organization/Company. • The current Account Holder’s Apple ID is locked and cannot perform any actions. • I have admin/manager access through another Apple ID. I’ve reviewed the documentation on transferring the Account Holder role, but it appears the transfer can only be initiated by the current Account Holder, which is impossible at this point. If anyone has encountered a similar issue or knows a more efficient route to escalate, I’d be extremely grateful for your insights. Thanks in advance for any advice you can share. This is critical to our organization, and we’d appreciate any pointers on how to navigate or expedite the support process.

Almost everytime, when I try to search apps in App library, the icons go invisible, o are showed for and instant to quickly go invisible.

I installed the iOS 18.4 developer beta on my iPhone 12 last night, and it ended up sending my phone into a boot loop—at least that's what it looks like. Phone alternates between totally black screen and the Apple logo screen every 5 seconds or so. The phone isn't responding to force restart, isn't showing up in Finder to try to factory reset, etc. My guess is the update was corrupted in some way? Did this happen to anyone else? Any ideas about what's going on?

Hello, since an update in September, the alarm widget on the watch face no longer counts down accurately like it used to. This is extremely frustrating for me because I used it for work so I have know exactly how much time I had in a particular circumstance. So for example, say I have an alarm set for 12:30. Before the update in September, I was able to look at my watch and know immediately that I had 24 minutes before the alarm, or look again and know it was the. 10 minutes before the alarm. Now, if I look at the watch face, it will say I have 24 minutes before the alarm, but it may actually only be 10 minutes before the alarm. I understand for some people this may be trivial, but it is really disappointing for me, and renders one of the most useful features of the Apple Watch useless to me now. I am hoping this is just an oversight during an update, so looking to see if this is something that is currently being worked on? I just installed beta 11.3 and still having the same issue. Now, if I press and hold on the watch face, like I’m going to change watch faces, then click out of it. It does update it. But it is not the same as it used to be. Thank you

Hello. I’m on iOS 26. I’m very protective over my children’s phone and use screen time religiously. ios 26 does have delete history grayed out , but there’s a glitch! You’re able to swipe and delete history under the bookmarks history and tabs section. Also if you type in a website like Walmart, it will bring it up and then allow you to swipe to the left and hit the red delete history and it shows up nowhere in your history! please help me find a fix for this!! i do allow safari but definitely want to be able to check the websites being viewed!!! also - iOS 26 does not let u block apple.comunder your not allowed websites. Which means they can now use Apple Maps and third party browser on Apple.com for example under the simple weather app before I had Apple blocked to where none of this could be accessed through stock apple apps! i appreciate any help!!!

What is the best way to adhoc report bugs in an Apple OS? For example I'm experiencing a bug with macOS where the following occurs: In home office I have connected network drives that are part of my login items. I want them to mount in Finder automaticallly. When out of the office I get prompts about the missing drives that are persistent and cannot be dismissed with one click. Macos 15.2 and earlier has, since I can recall, REPEATEDLY prompted about these missing drives to the point I want to put a fist through the screen. I'm not sure why people aren't setting the world on fire over this bug or why Apple allows it to remain.

Since updating to iOS 18.4 the auto-lock on iPhone 16 Pro isn’t functioning. All settings remain unchanged from previous versions, however the display will not turn off. Same iOS on my older iPhone 11 doesn’t have the issue and screen turns off as usual with the same system settings. Have tried a force restart on the 16 Pro, nothing changed. Any ideas?

I'm trying to run Colab Enterprise notebook's from my iPad Mini, and continue getting the error message 'Unable to connect to the runtime'. The references support page offers a list of potential issues. I've checked off browser issues (same situation on Chrome, Safari and Firefox), Permissions (works fine on Macbook with same credentials), and network blocking dev platforms (tried this on 3 different networks, plus it works on my macbook). All signs point to a device issue, but Apple support isn't supporting this issue. If anyone has any insight into this, I'd appreciate any info. thx

Steps to Reproduce: Run any app from AppStore that shows "Save Password" alert. Enter any credentials and tap Login, iOS shows the system “Save Password?” alert. Without interacting with the alert, swipe up to the Home screen (or open the App Switcher). Reactivate the app. Tap the text field in the app.

I have a Logitech Yeti GX microphone, which is working, but i am unable to fully use all its features because of a driver issue. Logitech states the following to resolve "The program Logitech G Hub Driver installer tried to load a new driver extension. To enable this extension, open Systems Settings>General>Login Items & Extensions>Logitech G Hub HID Driver Extension> Toggle on.... that appears to be simple enough... only problem is that Driver Extension doesnt exist as an option for me. Any thoughts as to why not? Thanks for your help.

so far the only issue I’m having since the update yesterday is my Bluetooth. Every time I try to use my Bluetooth headphones since the update, they either just stop working midway through playing a song or watching a video, etc., or they play a super high pitched noise that causes me to have to rip my headphones out of my ears.

Updated iPhone to 26 beta 2, everything is ok but battery, battery is changed, not original. My phone can't charge higher than 1% and turns off every 5 minutes, even connecting to wireless charger and cable at the same time don't work, restored iPhone thru iTunes.I hope I will be able to install new beta without any problems because loving the new design,hoping for the best.
