Anyone else's phone die after installed iOS 26 beta? I'm not happy at all. shows that my phone is charging but will not turn on. have tried hard resetting it 50+ times, 5 different chargers.. nothing.

I just installed macOS Tahoe beta on a mac mini. It says I am not connected to the internet, and attempts to use file sharing fail. Network status says that Ethernet and WiFi are working. Any suggestions?

OS macOS 15.4.1 What steps will reproduce the problem? (0) Make sure you have other third-party browsers on your computer, and that their names start with a letter before "M", for me it is Arc browser. (1) Install a previous version of Edge Mac Canary (it can be downloaded from official web site:https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/download/insider?cc=1&cs=426423789&form=MA13FJ). If you don't have an older version, you can download and save the current version, and then try the below steps after a day or two. (2) Eject the DMG from the Finder Sidebar. (3) Switch to the System Settings panel, set the "Default web browser" as Edge Mac Canary just installed. (4) Click a URL link from Notes, it will open in Edge Mac Canary. (5) Navigate to "Settings"->"About Microsoft Edge" in Edge and wait for the update information to show that update is complete (it will auto update to the latest version). (6) Check current result of "Default web browser" in System Settings again. What is the expected result? The "Default web browser" should still be Edge Canary. What happens instead? The "Default web browser" in System Settings will change to Arc. But this time, when you click the link from Notes, it will open in Safari, which means that "Default web browser is shown as Arc, but it is actually Safari. It is worth noting that if you start Edge Mac in step (3) and then set it as Default Browser in the "edge://settings/defaultBrowser" page, this problem will not occur after the update is completed. Almost everytime, when I try to search apps in App library, the icons go invisible, o are showed for and instant to quickly go invisible.

I recently updated to tvOS 26 on my Apple TV 4K (1st generation) and was disappointed to find that apps I restrict no longer appear at all. In earlier versions, restricted apps would still be visible and simply prompt for a passcode — this was much more convenient for adults in the household. Now, if I restrict apps for my children, they disappear completely. To use them again, I have to go deep into settings, turn restrictions off, and even recreate the passcode each time, which is frustrating and impractical for daily use. I also tried adding a Kids user account, but most restrictions still apply system-wide. Only the Apple TV app behaves differently between users. This makes switching between parent and child accounts nearly pointless for managing access. Please consider one or both of the following: 1. Bring back the passcode-on-launch behavior for restricted apps (instead of hiding them). 2. Give each user their own isolated settings environment, like how profiles work on iOS/iPadOS or even a fresh Apple TV—this way, restrictions, home screen, and app access could be personalized. Families are a huge part of the Apple TV audience, and these recent changes have made it much harder to use the device in a shared household. Thank you!

so far the only issue I’m having since the update yesterday is my Bluetooth. Every time I try to use my Bluetooth headphones since the update, they either just stop working midway through playing a song or watching a video, etc., or they play a super high pitched noise that causes me to have to rip my headphones out of my ears.

After recently updating my MacBook Pro (14-inch, 2021, M1 Pro) to macOS Sequoia (15.6), my docking station sporadically disconnects and reconnects about once every 1-5 minutes. This causes my external screens to switch off for about a second, and my external drive to disconnect. This has (obviously) completely broken my workflow, and I've had to resort to connecting two screens directly to the MacBook. I've had to completely disconnect the external drive for fear of corrupting due to the sudden disconnects. I've seen other people report the same or similar issues here, and other places. I've tried all kinds of fixes suggested on various forums (reinstalled drivers, cleared preference files, etc.) without any luck. To be frank, this is a completely unacceptable bug that needs to be fixed ASAP. I cannot accept that installing an os update completely breaks something as fundamental as connecting to external devices via a docker. Especially when this worked completely fine on macOS 13, and I was essentially forced to update because the (working) macOS 13 was no longer supported.

Hello Apple Developer Community, I need some assistance with my account. I created a new developer account for a new project I am working on, and paid the apple developer fee. Everything was working fine for a few weeks, I was able to get my app on TestFlight and invite testers to it, as well as push updates and get feedback. The testers were family/business partners. As of a few days ago, I was locked out of my account. I first tried resetting my password, and was then met with an email claiming my account was locked with no additional information. I am trying to understand how I can either unlock my account, or transfer my existing app to a new account, so that I do not have to bother my users with downloading a new app. Additionally, I would like some help in understanding how I can safeguard myself from this issue in the future, especially given this would not be fun if my app were published. Could anyone please assist me, provide me with any advice, or point me to a place where I could get support? I spent 25 minutes on the phone with apple support, and was treated excellently as I've come to expect of Apple, but unfortunately was not given any help as the support did not have additional information. I visited Apple Store , they said the battery was dead so I had to buy new watch series 10 The same issue happened in the new watch, the battery meter shows 50% after 1 hour Right now I’ve downgraded my update version to beta 11 until I can find a solution

Hey everyone, I'm currently working on Carplay intergration in my audio app. While exploring Apple Music on carplay, i found this kind of display: This is a grid of items in a list (i'm on iOS 18 when testing this), but i didn't find anything in developer documentation that would allow me to have this kind of display. Is this something apple specific, or can i achieve this ? I tried using the grid template but it's not as pretty, nor as flexible as this. Thanks for your help !

I have a new M4 iPad Air and a brand new Apple Pencil Pro. It was working well until I installed iPadOS 26.0 (23A5297m) beta. Now, when using GoodNotes to write the Pencil functions for about 6-8 seconds and then disconnects for 2-3 seconds and then reconnects. You can imagine how disruptive this is. It does the same thing trying to highlight in the Kindle app, so I think it is an iOS issue. As I write this, I am discovering that the Pencil is not wanting to stay connected at all despite showing up in the list of Bluetooth devices and connecting temporarily. I've tried forgetting and reconnecting the Pencil several times. It is charged to 100%, and I receive the alert that the iPad detects the Pencil. Is anyone else having this issue? Do I need to assume this is being addressed?

Hi everyone, I updated my iPhone 16 Pro to iOS 26 beta and my Apple Watch to watchOS 26 beta because I wanted to test out the new features. After a few days of testing, I found the iOS 26 beta too unstable and laggy for daily use, so I downgraded my iPhone back to iOS 18.5 stable. Now my Apple Watch is still running watchOS 26 beta. I tried resetting it to factory settings, hoping that would help, but now I can’t pair it back to my iPhone because it requires iOS 26 again — which I don’t want to reinstall and don't want to use it till it's stable. Is there any way to downgrade my Apple Watch back to a stable version or somehow pair it again with my iPhone running iOS 18.5? Thanks in advance for any help!
