App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over a week

I completely understand that the forum is intended for App Review Guidelines questions, and I apologize for posting here. The reason I did is that I have already tried every recommended channel without success:

1. I contacted Developer Support by email 2–3 times and received no reply (Case ID: 102928120603, Case ID: 102917728984).

2. I called Developer Support, but I was told this is not the App Review team, so they were unable to help with the review status (Case ID: 102921817522).

3. I submitted an Expedited App Review Request 2–3 times. The requests were accepted, but the review status has not changed and nothing appears to have moved forward.

My app has been in "Waiting for Review" for over a week, and my previous submission also took more than a week.

Since all the official channels have either gone unanswered or pointed me elsewhere, I would sincerely appreciate any guidance on how I can reach the right team to get my review moving. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
