iOS app appealed to App Review Board, but no replies in over 10 days

I had appealed an app (new version) rejection more than 10 days back, but have not heard back

Also escalated the issue by using 'contact us' on Apple Developer, but no reply to that email as well (Case ID: 102923097346)

Is it normal for Apple to:

  • Take so much time?
  • And give no status updates in the meantime?
