I've recently updated to Golden Gate Beta4 to test 'fm' capabilities. Until Beta3, everything was OK; now my VPN icon from Menu Bar has disappeared. This is build 26A5388g. 'defaults -currentHost read com.apple.controlcenter' output showing VPN = 2 alongside the working modules (Battery = 4, Sound = 2) for contrast. No row in System Settings › Control Center › Menu Bar Controls for VPN appears under "Add Controls…". I have a valid IKEv2 config that exists and is visible in Network settings. I've already ruled out: delete/recreate the config, reboots, 'killall ControlCenter', no MDM activated on this machine, no managed preferences. Any idea how this can be fixed?

In the past I was always able to install every major macOS version on an external drive so that I can test my apps. But now I'm unable to install macOS Tahoe 26 on an external drive. Actually, as far as I'm aware, there are not even official links to macOS 26 installers, but only instructions on how to update to macOS 26 from an existing macOS installation. So I thought I'd install macOS 15 on a separate drive and then update to macOS 26, but whenever I run the macOS 15 installer, tell it to install on the external drive, and reboot after the setup process completes, my MacBook just boots into my main macOS partition as if nothing happened. 3 months ago I somehow managed to install macOS Tahoe beta 1 on an external drive, I don't remember how (but I don't think it was anything crazy); booting into that beta 1 partition and trying to update doesn't work either, as my MacBook again boots into my main macOS partition. I already asked help about the update problem one month ago here, but nobody replied. Could someone at Apple please provide instructions on how one is supposed to install macOS 26 on an external drive (if possible before it becomes available to the public)? Are we supposed to buy a separate Mac for every macOS version that we want to test our apps on?

I was told I would be getting an email shortly after the call to schedule another call with the app review team. However, no such email ever came, and now I cant even call the Apple phone support line for app review issues and just says “it seems this is an issue with your Apple account.” Which doesn’t make sense at all. can someone from apple please reassure me?

Did the phone support get shut down or something?? I've been on the call for 4 hours now and not one person is picking it up. This is now my third day of calling apple all day and still the phone support has not been answered once.

I am having a very odd issue at the moment. I don't know what to categorize it either. I thought it was just iMessage forwarding but it seems to be otter that then that sorry if it seems like I'm repeating myself. Please help if you can. I'm not sure where the best place to post this. Previous to ios 26, if you called a phone number multiple times, it used to have the number of calls in brackets, but more importantly pressing i next to the call would give you the call times for each call. In ios 26, say you called the same number 4 times, now when you press i, it only gives you the call time of the last call. Can anyone on ios 27 beta confirm if this has now been fixed, or if not how it can be raised with the ios development team. Finally, i know you have an option called call history, however for some reason not all calls show, and facetime/ whatsapp calls are not showing at all. Thanks

Hello everyone, I’m looking for advice regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I have been trying to enroll for almost a month, but I’m still unable to complete the membership payment. My enrollment country is Uzbekistan. During the process, Developer Support requested identity and proof-of-address documents. I provided all the requested documents and followed every instruction I received. I was also advised to cancel my previous enrollment and create a new web enrollment using a local Uzbekistan bank card. I followed those instructions, but the payment was never initiated, and no authorization request reached my bank. I already have an open Developer Support case. I was told that the payment issue would be investigated, but I have not received any meaningful updates for several days. I also provided my phone number for a follow-up call, but no one contacted me. At this point, I’m not sure what else I can do. I’m ready to provide any additional documents or information and simply want to pay for my membership and publish my applications on the App Store. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there any way to have an enrollment and payment case reviewed or escalated? Thank you for any advice.

I submitted all three requested documents through the secure upload portal over 15 days ago. I opened a support case (102948028772) to follow up - status still shows "being processed," with no update. I sent a follow-up email to Developer Relations - no response. Checking developer.apple.com/account directly, the enrollment still shows as "being processed." At this point I've tried every channel I'm aware of (document upload, support case, email follow-up) with no response for over two weeks. This is delaying a planned app launch for our company. After updating 13-inch iPad Pro (M4, 1TB, cellular model) to iPadOS 27 Beta 1 and later version, the automix mode in the Music app has stopped working. I have confirmed this issue is unrelated to my subscription status. I tried toggling the Song Transition option back on in Settings and switching to the Crossfade mode, but the problem persists—the Song Transition button inside the Music app remains grayed out and unavailable.

Hi, I am running macos golden gate beta on my Mac. Some applications have issues accessing the local network, i.e. Windows app (former RDP), Orca Slicer, Bitwarden... The apps can not access the local network. And they don't ask for permission to access the local network. In my previous installations with Macos before Golden Gate these all worked with no problems. When I check the settings in System Settings/Privacy&Security/Local Network: In the summary of the section it says there are 3 (three) apps In the list for Local Network, there are only 2 (two) apps listed. The apps mentioned above never appear in this list I also removed in recovery mode the .plist-files for networkextensions => still the same issue How can I grant access for the applications? I built a relationship and dating app called Kolly — something that genuinely didn't exist in this form on the App Store. It includes date ideas, compatibility quizzes, games, an AI companion, and a personal Love CV. Astrology is part of it because astrology is a natural part of modern dating culture — but this is a relationship app, not an astrology app. After my first rejection under 4.3(b), I attended a Meet with Apple appointment. I was explicitly told: "astrology being present is not the problem — being an astrology app is the problem." I was advised to reposition as a relationship app and add more relationship features. I did exactly that. I resubmitted. Same copy-pasted rejection email. No new feedback. My replies go unanswered. I am forced to keep resubmitting blindly because I have no other option. I followed every instruction I was given and I still have no clear path to approval. I am a small independent developer. I have investors waiting. I have spent months and significant money on this. The process feels completely opaque — I can't help but wonder if larger companies with connections get a different experience. Has anyone successfully resolved a 4.3(b) rejection for an app that includes astrology as one feature among many? What actually worked?

When trying to restore iOS 27 Beta 4 to my iPhone, I get the error "To restore your iPhone with iOS 27.0, you need to install the latest version of iTunes." I've examined the BuildManifest.plist file which has the below MobileDeviceMinVersion 1853 but my PC has 1827 which I assume is why it's failing. I've checked both MS Store and the web and I have the latest iTunes installed. When will Apple be releasing a version that supports iOS 27 beta 4 so I can restore it to my iPhone.

The first version would use GitHub Issues for matching and feedback. No source code, private builds, ratings, or review exchange. No separate Co-op account or backend. I’m considering a small pilot of up to ten developers, joining in small waves. I’m mainly trying to understand whether this would be useful in practice or feel too cumbersome. My iPhone SE (3rd generation) keeps developing a dead zone on the left side of the screen. It resolves itself after a restart, but comes back shortly after. It started when I was beta testing iOS 27 Beta 1, but I've since tried both updating to Beta 2, and downgrading back down to iOS 26. The problem persisted on all three versions. I currently have it on iOS 26.5.2. I did have a screen protector on it, but it started a while after I had it applied. I tried removing it to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I have a case on the phone and have never dropped it or spilled anything on it, I am very careful with it, and only got it a couple weeks ago. Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it? Any help is appreciated!

I am experiencing random Wi-Fi and Bluetooth disconnections while using iOS 27. Both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth disconnect unexpectedly, then reconnect automatically a few seconds later. I have seen many similar reports on Reddit, so this does not seem to be an isolated issue. I have already submitted a report through Feedback Assistant with the feedback ID FB23121586. I hope this issue can be fixed soon, because it is really stressful when playing online games on my iPhone and worrying that the connection might suddenly drop. :(
