Hi,
From App analytics, we found that our app crashed from time to time on users' devices despite that we have tested it thoroughly on our devices. We are doubt that it's the reason why we can't retain them. But how can we get the crash reports for the app installed on user devices? We have no users' emails and can't ask them directly.

iPhone does not show Xcode app when plugged to MacBook. Anybody know something about viewing your app on your iPhone? Thanks
Hi all,
First time trying to upload a game to the App Store, having some trouble with it.
I have managed to build my Unity Project and get it onto Xcode, but when I click "distribute app" it is giving me this error.
Asset validation failed, Invalid Bundle. The bundle at
(app name).app/Frameworks/UnityFramework.framework' contains disallowed file 'Frameworks'.
Xcode version 16.2
Unity editor version 2022.3.30f1
Anyone know how to get past this? Many thanks!
Hello,
PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy Is primordial and without it the app is rejected from the Store I believe.
All 5 ressources I had found related to it, mention XCODE, or explain how to add the code to langages that I don't use (Switf i think?) etc.
I am building the app thought CI/CD, so prior to building it the app does not have privacy manifest and there is not way to generate it automatically without xcode it seems.
My app is written in Flutter prior to becoming an iOS app.
I am seeking for a method to do that. Thanks.
TL;DR version:
AkVox - “Your App in Your User’s Language”
Quickly and easily localize your app into as few or as many languages as you want with AkVox.
Longer version:
AkVox can localize any Xcode project. Simply drag your Exported Localizations folder into AkVox, click translate, then export, and you’re ready to import the translated localizations catalogs back into Xcode. Alas, you cannot import the whole localizations folder as one, you must import each catalog individually, a process that takes around 10 seconds per language.
AkVox can also assist you when you’re ready to publish your app on App Store Connect. You can create a list of texts you will enter to promote your app and AkVox will translate them. Again, you can’t apply all your translations to the App Store in ne go, you have to apply each language individually. To make this task less painful, AkVox has a convenient set of buttons to make the copy and paste process as quick and simple as possible. The same arrangement is available when you come to add “mini texts” during setting monetization subscriptions.
AkVox employs Google Cloud Translate which means you will need an API Key to be able to run full translations. However, Google offers a generous monthly allowance of 500,000 characters to be translated for free each month. This may well mean that you don’t ever pay for the translation process, just the very low price to use AkVox.
The free version of AkVox simulates translating by substituting jumbled versions of Hamlet’s “To be or not to be” speech – this is instead of utilising what would normally be used in this case, the tediously dull Lorem Ipsum text.

When building an app with iOS26 beta3, I received a warning saying "Launch screens will soon be required." Does this mean that, similar to the thread below, the app might not launch in builds for iOS27 and later (including iOS27)? https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/789004
My App cordova based hubrid app , which work fine till ios-17,

How to add speech recognition in + capability in Xcode there is no "Speech Recognition" in the list.
We are developing a cross platform c++ application. We also use some objective-c (no swift) and specific Apple frameworks like AVFoundation, CoreML in the MacOs version of our software.
We use Apple Clang as compiler when building for MacOs. As our code is primarily c++ we would like to use the latest and greatest c++ 20 features.
So we are looking into using vanilla clang instead, the builds with vanilla clang seem to work fine, however our concern is that we might have overlooked possible issues that could arise. So our question is whether there are specific things we need to address when switching compilers, are there things that we need to be aware of?
In the end we just want to know if switching compilers won't cause problems we can't oversee.
So we would like to know if others took the same steps and what your thoughts/experiences are regarding this?

Hello. I face such a problem as the fact that the screen does not work after turning on the developer mode. Read more: I'm trying to install an application that is not available in the App Store, and after installing it, I'm required to use developer mode. I turn it on, restart the phone, and the screen lits up in front of me that everything is ready to use the developer mode, and you just need to swipe up. I'm trying to do it, but the screen doesn't respond to my touch at all. I tried to restart the phone, but it didn't help. I reset it to factory settings - it didn't help either. I would like to hear advice from those people who have faced the same problem, or from those who know how to solve it.

Hi, experts,
I want to find Siri response window by bundle id and use it for checking or printing, here is my example code:
XCUIDevice.shared.siriService.activate(voiceRecognitionText: "call mom")
let siriApp = XCUIApplication(bundleIdentifier: "***")
// Print out text from siriApp,
// expecte print: "Sorry, I can't make a phone call with your iphone."
Where should I put into ***?
I tried "com.apple.SiriViewService", "com.apple.siri.velocity", "com.apple.springboard' but nothing work
Any suggestion appreciated, thanks!
am I correct in thinking that local agentsic coding is going to come to Xcode at some point ? I'm thinking cursor ai or windsurf / cline style.

One of the libraries that makes up my application depends on -undefined dynamic_lookup to link, and has since at least Snow Leopard if not earlier. I think iOS hasn't liked this for a while, but with the new linker I'm getting deprecation warnings even on OS X. I don't entirely understand what this flag does, other than it makes the build successful. :) So I'm at a loss on how to even approach fixing it. At this point, even links to useful resources would be appreciated, since googling hasn't yielded much beyond "remove -undefined to quiet the deprecation warning."
FWIW, there is a bit of circular dependence between this library and another. On another OS, we need a carefully choreographed dance of building object files, then import libraries, then final linking to make this all work. So I suspect this may be related, but even if I'm correct, I don't know what would be the equivalent tools on Apple platforms.
Hi All,
I have an App on AppStore, recently the minimum supported version of the app was changed from iOS 12 to iOS 14.
Post that the TestFlight builds are crashing on launch.
If we revert the minimum supported iOS version to 12, the crash no longer happens.
This project is using cocoapods, and from the crash logs it seems the issue with with PLCrashReporter framework.
"EXC_CRASH" Termination reason: DYLD 9 weak-def symbol not found '__ZN7plcrash3PL_5async15dwarf_cfa_stateljiE10push_stateEv'.
This issue is happening only on TestFlight builds where the minimum supported version is 14.0
Any pointer to a solution is welcome.
Hello!
We would like to know the steps required to build an application and submit it to the Apple Store using an automated process on a server.
Here are our conditions:
We have a server running macOS Sonoma 14.6.1 on Amazon EC2.
Xcode 16.1 (Build version 16B40) is installed.
We use only console commands, as the GUI is not available.
We use Cordova to add the iOS platform to the application.
A private key, certificate, and provisioning profile have already been created and are located on the server.
Could you please clarify:
What commands are needed to configure the Keychain to use the certificate and provisioning profile?
How can we build the application using xcodebuild?
What are the steps to sign and submit the application to the App Store with minimal human interaction?
Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Thanks for your help!
By default, AppleClang adds /usr/local/include to the application search folders for include files (as opposed to the system include dirs). This causes problems with the expected include order because application search folders always have priority over system includes. Specifically it causes problems with the conan package manager as library includes are added with -isystem
This behaviour differs from LLVM mainline clang and GCC, where /usr/local/include is a system include (added with -internal-isystem).
Steps to reproduce -
run
echo 'int main() { return 0; }' | clang -xc -v -
the output is as follows
Apple clang version 17.0.0 (clang-1700.0.13.5)
Target: arm64-apple-darwin24.5.0
Thread model: posix
InstalledDir: /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Toolchains/XcodeDefault.xctoolchain/usr/bin

Hello,
I have created a .NET MAUI application in Windows Visual Studio 2022.
Also I have a MAC fully configured with latest Visual Studio for MAC and Xcode Installed.
When pairing the MAC for windows machine I am able to run the simulators for various IPhone devices(as they are attached to MAC) but when I try to run for the MacCatalyst from my Windows machine it doesnt work.
Is it possible to create a build for the MAUI application for MacCatalyst from my windows machine. The build should be created in my Windows folder directory.?
