Hi,

I purchased the Apple Developer subscription yesterday and the payment has already been successfully processed. However, my account is still not showing as active.

Given that the payment has been completed, I would expect the activation to be reflected by now. This delay is impacting my ability to proceed with development and deployment, so I need clarification on what is causing the issue.

Please review my account status as soon as possible and let me know: • If there is any pending verification or required action on my end • The reason for the delay in activation • The expected timeframe for the subscription to become active

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.

taks to im in privet, i wating 2 weeks , and they cost me lost of a customer - I am initiating legal proceedings against them, if you would like to join

I'm experiencing the same thing right now. It's been almost a month since I enrolled. 11 days ago, they asked for my ID, which I sent right away for verification, but I haven't received a response yet. Why would you process the payment, take my money, and the subscription expires the same day I enrolled, but not activate my account at the same time? This is just absurd!

Same issue

Apple already charged my account the 99 USD for the membership 15 days ago, but my developer account is still not activated and my enrollment is stuck with no clear status or explanation. During these 15 days I have received no useful update, no resolution, and no clear timeline.

I have contacted support multiple times, provided all requested information, and I keep getting generic responses that do not solve the problem or move the process forward. This delay is blocking my work, my app releases, and my business plans in a completely unnecessary way.
