Hi
I enrolled in the Apple Developer program 2 months ago and immediately upon enrolling, I requested a migration from an individual to an organisation membership. This processed has significantly delayed the publication of my apps. I have received 2 case numbers with the latest being case ID 102933236128.
I have received emails stating that I have a developer support team member who is assisting me but I have to wait for days on end to receive feedback to my emails and I have yet to receive any feedback to message sent using the Apple Support Messaging Link. May someone please advise on:
- How to expedite my migration process that still shows as in progress?
- Any other way I can contact the developer support team member assigned to my case number?
