Enrollment stuck in "being processed" 14+ days after document submission (ID: 68UYPM637K)

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone from the Apple Developer support team or another developer who's been through this can help.

Enrollment ID: 68UYPM637K Organization: CHARRY - INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO DE CONFECCOES LTDA

Timeline so far:

  • This enrollment was submitted by our company's owner/founder, who has the legal authority to bind the organization to agreements.
  • We received a request for identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, Articles of Association, and CNPJ card for the organization).
  • We submitted all requested documents through the secure upload portal on July 29, 2026 (14 days ago).
  • Checking developer.apple.com/account directly, the enrollment still shows as "being processed," with no further update or request since then.

At this point we've submitted everything requested and haven't received any update in 14 days. This is delaying a planned app launch for our company.

Has anyone else experienced a delay like this after submitting documents? Is there anything else we should try, or can someone from Apple please take a look at enrollment 68UYPM637K?

Thank you in advance for any guidance.

We are suffering with the same problem. There are more than 40 days that we are waiting for the confirmation.

Hi @charrydev, the enrolment is under review. Please contact support via https://developer.apple.com/contact/ if you have questions.

I’m experiencing almost the same problem.

My Apple Developer Program enrollment has been stuck on Pending since August 10. The $99 membership fee has not been charged, and I still haven’t received any activation email. I also opened a support case, but so far I haven’t received a meaningful response.

Did Apple Developer Support ever reply to you or explain what is causing the delay? If they did, I would really appreciate it if you could share what they told you.

Thank you for the guidance. As suggested, I've now also contacted Apple Developer Support directly regarding this enrollment.

For context: this is actually our organization's second enrollment attempt. Our first attempt (a different enrollment ID) went through a very similar cycle - documents requested, submitted, and then the enrollment was withdrawn for reasons that didn't seem to match our actual situation, with no substantive response from support despite multiple follow-ups. This new enrollment was resubmitted by our company's owner/founder to make sure the legal authority requirement was clearly met.

Given that experience, I wanted to keep this thread updated in case the support case doesn't move forward either. If anyone from Apple can take a look at case 20000136398426 / enrollment 68UYPM637K, or if there's anything else you'd recommend trying, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks again for your help so far.

Dealing with a similar issue. Apple requested additional documents on June 30. I provided them July 1st.

They didn't get verified within 2 weeks, so my account got disabled without any notice.

I contacted support and the case has been "escalated" since July 20.

Multiple emails and phone calls later, it's still not solved.

For almost a month I haven't been able to update my apps.

My membership expires August 24. If this doesn't get fixed, I lose all my published apps and revenue.
