Unable to enroll in Apple Developer Program – Invalid State/Region value for Kosovo
Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I cannot complete the payment. During the purchase process, I receive the following error: We are unable to complete your order. There was an issue when we processed your order. An invalid value '1549' was provided for State, Province, or Region. My details: Country: Kosovo State/Province/Region: Kosovo Region (selected from the available option) I have verified my information multiple times, but the error appears every time. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times over the past month.I have not received any response (positive or negative). I need to complete enrollment to publish my apps, and this delay is blocking my work.

Can a control trigger a Shortcut without presenting the Shortcuts UI?
I'm experimenting with Controls in IOS and trying to understand behavior. When a user taps a Control that triggers a shortcut, the shortcuts UI is presented before the action completes. Is there a supported way for a control to execute the shortcut entirely in the background without displaying the shortcuts app or UI? Unfortunately the commands are not available as intents. Or is there an alternative appintent to Run Shortcut with the URL? Lastly, does the user need to install the shortcut as well as the control or does the control "embed" both. Thanks.

App Store Connect: Submission Still in “Waiting for Review” Since May 28 Despite Approved Expedited Review (No Status Change)
Hello, I am requesting clarification from Apple engineers or or experienced developers regarding a potential App Store Connect review queue issue. Current status: App remains in “Waiting for Review” No transition to “In Review” at any point Timeline: Initial submission: May 28, 2026 Status has remained “Waiting for Review” since initial submission. Expedited review request: Approved by Apple Support but No visible change in App Store Connect status Support history: I have followed up multiple times (approximately 4 messages) through the same Apple Support case regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a response or clarification. Case reference: Case ID: 102907712466 At this point, I am trying to understand whether this behavior is expected or if there may be a queue assignment or processing issue preventing the submission from being picked up, even after expedited approval. Specifically: Is it normal for a submission to remain in “Waiting for Review” after expedited approval? Or could this indicate a processing or queue assignment issue in App Store Connect? Any clarification from Apple engineers or experienced developers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

[M5 MacBook Air] Severe Memory Spike & System Freeze When Running Commercial Project - Seeking Troubleshooting Advice
H i Apple Engineers and Community Members, I recently purchased a new M5 MacBook Air and am experiencing a severe memory issue when running a commercial project. I would greatly appreciate some troubleshooting advice. Symptoms: According to Activity Monitor, memory usage continuously climbs from 10GB to over 30GB during runtime, eventually spiking to around 50GB, which causes the entire system to freeze. Strangely, when I try to stop the program, the memory usage doesn't drop; instead, it continues to increase. Troubleshooting Steps Taken: Running a blank project shows stable memory usage with no abnormal spikes. I have cleared the Xcode cache and restarted Xcode, but the memory still surges when running the commercial project. Colleagues running the exact same commercial project on identical hardware report stable memory usage of around 8GB. My Concern: Since this issue is only reproducible on my specific device, I am considering taking it to an Apple Store for hardware diagnostics. However, I am worried that the issue might not be reproducible during the appointment, leading the Genius to find no hardware or system faults. Before sending it in for repair, could any of you suggest additional troubleshooting steps, diagnostic tools, or log-capturing methods to help isolate the root cause?

WWDC Group Labs
First I would like to thank all the people who have been working hard to put on the group labs, they have been very informative. Maybe it should be considered to either have the group labs one week later so those who attend stuff in person can still have the opportunity to participate in the group labs, also it gives people time to explore the new stuff to formulate better questions. Also why not record the group labs, I am sure there are more people that could benefit from it later on either to review something they may not have completely got the first time, or because they missed for real life reasons. I know there are people with learning disabilities and may need the content to be slowed down or reviewable later. We all learn from all the questions people ask in the labs, let's make it more accessible to everyone! Also maybe have it so that the questions that didn't get answered in the group lab automatically get put into the forum and then get answered there. Also why are the Q&As not staying up after the time block even in a read only capacity. They aren't even listed on the developer activities list near where the group labs are listed.

Continuous indexing and New Siri not activated
I am not sure this is the best place for this but ... I've got an M1 iPad Pro, an M1 Max 2021 MacBook Pro and an iPhone 15 Pro Max all of which have the x27 operating systems installed since release on 8 June (9 June for me). It has be 48h or a bit more since the installs completed and both the iPhone (with 260GB of data and apps) and iPad (with about 200GB of data) are still indexing heavily and using power like crazy. The iPad has been on charge and WiFi for almost that entire time. Likewise, the Mac has been on and connected to WiFi for the whole time. All 3 devices say that Settings/Siri/New Siri has "Joined Waiting List". Everything I have seen online so far indicated that should take 1-2 hours or maybe 4 hours. I've tried turning Siri off for a while and then back on. I've tried changing the language and location of the device to English US/United States and the Siri language to English US but it has had no effect. I'm concerned the devices are stuck in a loop. Has anyone else had these issues so far and if so, how have you corrected them. Alternatively, should I assume this is normal (hasn't been for previous major betas) and leave them do their thing?

Phone heating problem after update iOS 26.0 (23A5297m)
As I had mentioned earlier, I was facing two issues after the initial update, but I’m happy to inform you that both of those issues have now been resolved. However, after updating to iOS 26.0 (23A5297m), I’ve started experiencing a new issue related to overheating. Since yesterday, my iPhone has been getting extremely hot while charging. It also became very hot after clicking just a few photos. The same heating issue occurred again today during charging. This problem only started after the latest update. Kindly look into this issue and advise on how to resolve it.

Organization Enrollment Automatically Withdrawn Due to Trademark Issue
Hello everyone, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. Legal Entity Name: WANMAC LIMITED D-U-N-S Number: 352292777 Apple successfully finds my D-U-N-S record and allows me to submit the enrollment. However, shortly after submission, I receive an email stating that the enrollment has been withdrawn because the legal entity name contains an Apple trademark. I submitted two separate enrollments and both were withdrawn with the same reason. Has anyone experienced something similar with a legitimate registered company name? Were you able to resolve it through Apple Developer Support? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Fraudsters gained access to my wife's phone through their APPLE ID
Hello everyone! We are from Russia, and we no longer have an official Apple store. All phones are imported through parallel imports. Yesterday, my wife logged out of her Apple ID and logged in to someone else's account, and as a result, her phone was in lost and locked mode. We have a sales receipt confirming the purchase, but it is from a Russian store. Can you please tell me if there is a way to unlock the phone or if it is already a brick? Scammers are asking for money to unlock the phone. Thank you in advance for your reply!

Please reconsider iPadOS 27 support for the 2018 iPad Pro
I think Apple should reconsider adding the 2018 iPad Pro to the iPadOS 27 compatibility list. The bigger issue here is that iPadOS 26 has become the final major OS version for the 2018 iPad Pro. That is a very disappointing end point for a Pro device, because iPadOS 26 has widely been perceived as one of the heavier, less stable, and less responsive iPadOS releases in recent years. This feels like a missed opportunity when considering that iPadOS 27 is mainly focused on refinement, performance, responsiveness, and stability. Excluding the 2018 iPad Pro means this model misses precisely the update that would matter most for its long-term usability. All the main features for iPadOS 27 have been about Apple Intelligence which is not compatible with this device anyways, so what we are missing from these A12X iPads is just the performance improvements (which is what it really needs!) The gap between the 2018 and 2020 iPad Pro models also makes the cutoff feel arbitrary. The 2020 models are supported by iPadOS 27, even though the real-world difference between A12X and A12Z is relatively modest compared with the later transition to M-series iPads. For a high-end Pro device that still feels physically and functionally modern, iPadOS 26 would be a poor final software version. I hope Apple reconsiders and gives the 2018 iPad Pro one more refinement-focused release.

CloudKit Limitations
itle NSPersistentCloudKitContainer sharing with relational Core Data graph fails with 134060 multi-zone corruption Post I’m looking for guidance from Apple or other developers on the supported limits of NSPersistentCloudKitContainer sharing for relational Core Data graphs. My app uses Core Data + CloudKit sharing with graphs like: Athlete -> Performance -> Compevents -> CompEventsSplits and Athlete -> NewYtp -> AthPlans -> PlanWeekRow The failure mode I keep hitting is: • export fails with NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=134060 • failure reason says related objects are assigned to multiple zones • after that, I may also see Zone Not Found, history-analysis corruption, and reset/recovery that still leaves the mirrored store unusable This seems to happen once one logical graph is effectively spread across multiple CloudKit share zones. Questions: Is this an expected limitation of Core Data + CloudKit sharing for related object graphs? Is there a supported pattern to guarantee one logical graph remains in one share zone? Once 134060 multi-zone corruption occurs, is there any supported recovery path besides resetting the mirrored store? For complex shared relational app data, is NSPersistentCloudKitContainer still the recommended approach? I’m mainly trying to understand whether this is: • a bug • a design limitation • or expected behavior with a required architectural constraint If Apple engineering has guidance on the supported boundary here, I’d appreciate it.
