Just sharing a bug that exists in GarageBand 10.4.14 in the Beta MacOS 27.0. I believe it's been there even before 27.0 and started with the current GB version. I use the program for an audio podcast and record my audio in one region and edit it I that region. When editing a section of a region (ie: trimming), the APP will delete the section immediately following it. The only way to get it back is to "undo" the trimming. One workaround I have discovered is to drag that segment to another region, edit it there, and then drag it back. Anyone else having this issue? Any resolution? (laptop: Macbook AIR M4, 24G memory)

In my case, my iOS Apple Developer account (Case ID: 102929769930) has been pending for 40 days. I have met all of Apple's requirements, but support staff stated they could not verify my subscription or enrollment. The only potential detail on my end is that the payment was made using my son's credit card (Felipe Silva Ferraz), while the developer account was registered under my own name (Ademir Gomes Ferraz). I have sent multiple emails through the support portal, and my account still hasn't been approved. If anyone has faced this pattern or knows how to properly escalate it, please let me know.

Hi all, Hoping someone has hit and resolved this exact pattern, or can point me to the right escalation path. I'm trying to enrol in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual (Bengaluru, India). The Apple Developer iOS app shows "ID Verification Rejected" under the Apple Developer Program status — but with no specific reason and no retry button. The app does not surface what was actually wrong with the verification. What I have already done: Confirmed my Apple Account name ("Adarsh P S") exactly matches my Passport and PAN card (no extra spaces, correct initials). Opened Developer Support case #102900128848 — the agent replied once on 2026-05-28 asking for a screenshot, which I provided the same day. No follow-up in 3+ business days. Filed a parallel case #102905434551 on 2026-06-02 explicitly referencing the first as escalation, not a duplicate. Apple ID has 2FA enabled, trusted device active, billing address on file. Questions for anyone who has gotten past this: Did the verification reset come from support, or did re-attempting from the app after some delay work on its own? For Indian developers — which ID type was finally accepted (Passport vs PAN)? I understand Aadhaar is not accepted per UIDAI restriction. Is there a specific support topic / contact path that routes to the identity-verification team faster than "Membership and Account → Program Enrolment → Email"? Hi, there's a bug in macOS 27 beta (carried over from 26) that causes base (non-Pro/Max/Ultra) M-series Macs to render certain UI animations, like Finder Quick Look and system dialog pop-ups (Restart, Shut Down, etc.), at ~30 fps unless screen recording is active. Screen recording immediately restores 60 fps across the board. The Quick Look animation is also unaffected by the bug when viewing a video file. I've reproduced the bug on multiple base M4, M5 and A18 Pro Macs in Apple Stores. Not reproducible on Pro/Max/Ultra variants. I filed a bug report in April against macOS 26 and a few weeks ago against 27. I'd very much appreciate if any of you could do so as well if it affects your machines. How to reproduce: Open Finder on any base (non-Pro/Max/Ultra) M-series Mac Press Space on any non-video file Observe ~30 fps animation Start any screen recording Repeat steps 1 and 2 Observe fluid animation Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi everyone, Since updating my iPhone 16 to iOS 27 Beta 4, I’ve had a serious connectivity issue. Both Wi‑Fi and 5G/4G appear connected, but Safari, the App Store, and every other app fail to load anything. Occasionally the connection works briefly, then stops again. I have already tried restarting the iPhone, toggling Airplane Mode and cellular data, and resetting network settings, but the issue remains. Has anyone else experienced the same problem on an iPhone 16 with iOS 27 Beta 4, or found a workaround? I’m considering restoring the phone to the public/stable release. Similar Wi‑Fi and cellular-data issues have been reported by other iOS 27 beta users.

Intune pushes the IOS DDM policy (to push version 18.7.8 to devices using 17.X, with a set deadline) to iOS devices using cellular networks. However, the update fails to succeed. A pop-up window appears indicating "Download and Install", and clicking on "Download and Install" shows no progress bar. But if the device enables Wi-Fi, a progress bar will appear for the download and installation process. I would like to confirm whether there are any restrictions on DDM pushing system upgrades to devices currently using cellular networks.

But this GUI Glitch makes the otherwise very high-quality tvOS GUI appear very unprofessional. Could you please help me? 🤔

Hello everyone, I am currently running the macOS Golden Gate 27 Developer Beta and am experiencing an issue with external displays. I am only able to connect one external display successfully. Any additional external displays I try to plug in do not work or are not recognized by the system. Here are the details of my setup: Mac Model: 16-inch MacBook Pro (Apple M4 Pro, 24 GB Memory) macOS Version: macOS 27 Version 27.0 Beta (Build 26A5353q) Displays: Two LG UltraFine 5K Thunderbolt displays Connection Type: Connected directly using two separate Apple Thunderbolt 4 cables Troubleshooting steps already taken: Restarted the Mac Tested different cables and ports Verified both displays work individually (only fails when both are connected) Has anyone else encountered this issue on this specific beta build? If so, have you found any temporary workarounds? Side note: Feedback Assistant was not working for me. I tried it in the Web, and the native App, neither of them would work. I am posting here because there was nowhere else to submit this bug report.

When the device leaves the range of a known Wi-Fi network, the Wi-Fi icon in the status bar does not disappear, and the device fails to switch to LTE/5G, resulting in a loss of internet connectivity. Turning off Wi-Fi via Settings or Control Center does not resolve the issue either. Only restarting the device fixes the problem. Network settings and general settings have already been reset. The issue occurs on an iPhone 15 Pro and an iPhone 17 Pro. Is there a solution? Apple Support has suggested the troubleshooting steps mentioned above as well as an exchange of the iPhone 17 Pro.

Hello! I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing a significant CPU drain from Spotlight (specifically corespotlightd) in macOS 11.2.2. Since updating to macOS 11.2.2 any time that I access spotlight using Command + Space Bar I immediately experience a system wide lag. Viewing this in Activity Monitor I see a %CPU spike of corespotlightd in the realm of 200-400%. that last for anywhere from 5 to 15 seconds. I have sent this in through Feedback Assistant, but no other reports seem to have been linked to the radar. I have attempted a few different fixes as well: Terminal killall corespotlightd resolves the issue momentarily, but does not fix long term Restarting computer does nothing to solve Re-indexing spotlight does not solve I have also disabled more advanced search functions (Bookmarks and History, Contacts, Events and Reminders, Fonts, Mail & Messages, Music, Siri Suggestions, and Movies are all disabled) - This did not fix the issue. I have also disabled search for external hard drives which also did not solve the issue. Open to any other suggestions for fixes, or if anyone else has a similar issue. Mac mini, 2018 (2020 release), 3.2 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4. External GPU Radeon RX 570 4 GB.

On one week old iPad Air M4 I installed iPadOS 27 public beta, and before that I installed developer beta. I tried using Final Cut Pro but every time, regardless of what I’m doing it crashes after 30-40 seconds. Can this issue be caused by beta and if so when will it get fixed?

I'm having an issue with the Shortcuts app. All I get is a blank screen before it crashes. I have force-closed the app, hard-booted my iPhone, offloaded it, and deleted and reinstalled it.
