I have already paid to join the Apple Developer Program, and now I want to cancel the plan.
I don’t even want a refund; I just want to revert my account to a regular developer status.
Is this possible?

How to report a bug says "With Feedback Assistant available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web, it’s easy to report issues you encounter". The Feedback Assistant User Guide says "Tell Apple about your experience with beta or seed releases". Is Feedback Assistant only intended for reporting bugs in beta software?
A year ago I reported a bug in Xcode 14 and now I'm being asked to verify this issue with Xcode 16 Beta 3. I'm not a beta tester and I don't want to install beta software. How should I proceed?
According to the thread at https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/787500?answerId=863361022#863361022, we should now be able to set VMs provisioning identifiers to run developer builds. However, the identifier check seems to be case-sensitive.
I have an identifier from an old VM that was input (automatically via Xcode) to the portal as all-caps. However, now it's showing up as all lower-case (on the device). When I try to launch my application, the system logs report that the provisioning identifer doesn't match, so my application will not launch:
# Error log
error 13:41:36.173151-0600 taskgated-helper embedded provisioning profile not valid: file:///Applications/my-app.app/Contents/embedded.provisionprofile error: Error Domain=CPProfileManager Code=-212 "Provisioning profile does not allow this device." UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Provisioning profile does not allow this device.}
# Device's identifier
$ system_profiler SPHardwareDataType
Hardware:
...
Provisioning UDID: 9d136dc4ae3ce80124756cc5bcb40cd1117c04b6
# Embedded provision (from developer portal)
$ security cms -D -i /Applications/my-app.app/Contents/embedded.provisionprofile
<key>ProvisionedDevices</key>
<array>
<string>9D136DC4AE3CE80124756CC5BCB40CD1117C04B6</string>
</array>
I have tried disabling the previous record and adding it again (with lower-case) on the developer portal - but all that does is reenable the previous (all-caps) record.
Either the check needs to be case-insensitive, or there needs to be a way to change the registration on the developer portal to properly match.

Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app.
Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta.
As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately.
My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.
I am experiencing a critical issue with the Apple Developer Portal where certificates are being created under the incorrect Team ID despite being logged into the correct team context.
I am logged into the Apple Developer Portal under "Company LLC (Team ID: 12345678)"
However, when creating "Apple Development" certificates through the portal, they are being assigned Team ID "987654321" (my personal developer account)
This occurs even when explicitly creating certificates from within the Company LLC team context. The same is happening if I tried to create the IOS Development Certificate in Xcode, same issue, creates the certificate with the wrong Team ID
This is preventing me from Archive my app in Xcode so i can upload the new version of my App in the App Store. Please Help. Thank you in advance

I've been away for a period of time and coming back to development I want to clean up my account resources.
It appears as though I have 3 Developer ID Application certificates. I've never released code using any of them, and 2 of them have the exact same expiration date. I assume I created these while under the impression they could be revoked and deleted by myself. But this isn't the case.
The fact that I can only use the expiration date to disambiguate between some them, and also that 2 of them can't be disambiguated is problematic if I were to ever notarise code with them.
How can I get some of these certificates revoked and deleted?

I'm at my wit's end with Apple's ridiculous timeframes! They promise 2 days but then completely ghost you for weeks. Here I am, literally trying to give them my money and get things moving, but it's like hitting a brick wall over and over. I've tried everything - even set up a whole separate account - and what do I get? Just more 'pending' status. No updates, no explanations, just endless waiting. How is it possible for a trillion-dollar company to make something as simple as accepting payment so infuriatingly difficult?

This is probably a long shot,
is it possible to develop an IOS app for my personal use only without having to go through the App Store and install it onto my personal ios device?
I’m not interested in selling an app yet, but I would like to create my own apps for my own use.
The only thing I dislike iOS for is that I can’t write programs for myself and use them on my device!
Cheers,
Peter

Apple Developer Program
Hello there,
I have been using all kind of apple products until now. I must create an application for a company for internal use and I want to distribute it via appstore. I have a problem that applications created are only available for a week nothing more without enrolling to apple developer program.
I created a developer account but it says "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program is under review. Please contact us.". I have sent an email regarding the problem but did not get any answers yet. Since I have to publish application as soon as possible I want urgent solution.
How to solve this problem?
I enrolled for the Apple Developer Program on 19 June 2025 for my company. I was then requested to upload the necessary supporting documentation to proceed with the approval process which was done on the same day (19 June) with the case ID 102634582811. I have followed up with Apple nearly weekly since then and still have no concrete feedback or resolution to the status of my enrollment and what remediation is required if any.
I have done some research and approval for the Developer Program takes 3 weeks at most from what I have heard and read. Its been over two months and I feel as though the responses I am receiving are automated without any human intervention or review into my case. This has been a frustrating process which is drastically impacting business productivity as our ability to have access to the developer portal mean we cannot build and distribute our app to users.
I really hope this post can help provide some direction and at most a resolution

I am unable to add an individual tester to a build. When I attempt to submit the information, the test information is rejected because the phone number is invalid. Only numbers are allowed, the field is set to 03453131234, in fact any combination of digits is rejected,
Why does it take 24 to 72 hours after registering a device on Apple Developer Account before it can be used for development and ad hoc distribution? Is there a way to update and process this information immediately?

Can someone tell me how to unenroll from the developer program?
I'm successfully creating the AAR file on my system:
Manifest file:
{
"assetPackID": "my-ba",
"downloadPolicy": {
"essential": {
"installationEventTypes": [
"firstInstallation",
"subsequentUpdate"
]
}
},
"fileSelectors": [
{
"file": "file1.bin"
},
{
"file": "file2.bin"
}
],
"platforms": [
"iOS"
]
}
Command:
xcrun /Applications/Xcode-beta.app/Contents/Developer/usr/bin/ba-package my-ba.json -o my-ba.aar
I'm using Transporter on my Sequoia 15.6 system - when I'm uploading the AAR file, I'm getting the following error:
ITMS-91140: Invalid manifest file. Invalid manifest file. Your asset pack’s manifest file can’t be verified. Make sure it follows the manifest template, then upload again.

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I keep getting stuck in a frustrating loop.
After logging in, I’m asked to agree to the Apple Developer Agreement. I accept the terms, but then it redirects me to an error page that says:
“You’ve already agreed to the Apple Developer Agreement. Continue to your account or sign out.”
When I click “Continue to your account,” it just brings me back to the same agreement page—and the cycle repeats endlessly.
To make things worse, I can’t contact Apple Developer Support because I apparently need an active account to do so, which puts me right back into the same loop.
I’ve also tried enrolling from different Apple devices, but I keep receiving this error:
internal exception occurred
ErrorCode: 991991
ErrorMessage: The request cannot be processed at this time. Please try again later.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there a known fix or workaround?
I’d really appreciate any help or suggestions on how to break out of this loop or get in touch with Apple support.
Thanks in advance!

Despite following all the support information and YouTube tutorials I cannot get my AirPods Pro 2 to take the OS 26 beta firmware. My iPhone 14 Pro Max showed the option once now it does not give me the option. I get it on my Mac mini (M2). It still doesn't update.

Hello everyone,
I'm a developer who has been facing a significant issue with my Apple Developer account and the app submission process. I hope to get some guidance or assistance from the community or Apple support.
Timeline of Events
Four months ago: I prepared an app and submitted it to TestFlight for review.
Initial rejection: The app was rejected due to technical issues such as screenshots, app description, and insufficient permission explanations for features like location, camera, and microphone.
Resubmission after fixes: I carefully addressed all the issues mentioned by the Apple review team and resubmitted the app.
Second rejection: This time, the app was rejected citing general policy violations related to copyright issues. The rejection was vague, and I couldn’t understand the exact problem.
Further attempts: To resolve the issue, I removed all video, photo, and media content from the app and resubmitted it. However, it was still rejected for the same reason. I went through this process about 7-8 times, each time getting rejected without clarity on the root cause.
Account deletion notice: Eventually, I received an email stating that my account was set to be deleted in 30 days. This was alarming because I had been diligently trying to comply with Apple’s policies for months.
Deleting the app: To prevent any harm to my account, I decided to delete the app from my account within the 30-day period, effectively abandoning the project.
Account still deleted: Despite deleting the app, my account was still deleted after 30 days.
Discovery of similar app name: Later, I noticed that there was another app on the App Store with a name very similar to mine. For example, my app was named "ABcdefgh," and the existing app was "AB.cdefgh," with the only difference being the "." I believe this name similarity might have been the cause of the copyright issue, but it was too late as my account had already been deleted.
Contact with Apple Turkey: I reached out to Apple Turkey, and they were very attentive, spending about 40 minutes trying to help me. However, they ultimately informed me that they couldn’t intervene and that the issue could only be resolved through Apple America.
Attempts to contact Apple America: I tried filling out forms multiple times to contact Apple, but since I had deleted the app, I couldn’t see the responses from the team.
Impact of the Issue
This situation has been very distressing as I’ve lost my developer account and the ability to publish apps. My users are constantly inquiring about the iOS versions of my apps, and I’m unable to provide them due to this issue.
Request for Assistance
I’m seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. Specifically:
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with app name similarity leading to account deletion?
Are there any specific steps I can take to appeal the account deletion?
Is there a direct way to contact Apple America for developer account issues?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide.
Best regards.
