Developer Program Enrollment
Hi Team, Requesting urgent attention for our Apple Developer Program enrollment. Requested documents (ID, employment verification, business registration) were submitted on July 23, 2026 via the upload portal. Initially the verification contact form was missed by our legal contact, later it was reviewed and submitted on August 5, 2026. In this regards, I have raised an issue (Case ID: 20000120413793). Requesting your help in expediting our Apple Developer Program enrollment at the earliest as this delay is affecting our development and release timeline. Thank you very much for your understanding and support in helping us move this forward.

Apple Developer Program Organization Enrollment Pending Verification (Enrollment ID: H4B43LU86W)
Hi Apple Developer Community & Support Team, I am writing to request assistance or guidance regarding a pending Apple Developer Program Organization Enrollment that has been stuck in processing for 10 days. Enrollment ID: H4B43LU86W Submission Date: July 20, 2026 We submitted our organization enrollment (for a governmental entity) on July 20, 2026. However, our designated Verification Contact has not received any email or phone outreach from Apple to verify authority or complete the enrollment process. We have attempted to resolve this through the standard support channels: Submitted multiple support tickets via the official Developer Contact Us channel without resolution. Requested phone calls where we remained on hold for over 30 minutes without reaching an agent. Has anyone been through a similar issue? In my past experience (mostly with regular companies), the verification contact is contacted within 48 hours. Thank you for your assistance.

Enrollment stuck in "being processed" 14+ days after document submission (ID: 68UYPM637K)
Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone from the Apple Developer support team or another developer who's been through this can help. Enrollment ID: 68UYPM637K Organization: CHARRY - INDUSTRIA E COMERCIO DE CONFECCOES LTDA Timeline so far: This enrollment was submitted by our company's owner/founder, who has the legal authority to bind the organization to agreements. We received a request for identity verification documents (government-issued photo ID, Articles of Association, and CNPJ card for the organization). We submitted all requested documents through the secure upload portal on July 29, 2026 (14 days ago). Checking developer.apple.com/account directly, the enrollment still shows as "being processed," with no further update or request since then. At this point we've submitted everything requested and haven't received any update in 14 days. This is delaying a planned app launch for our company. Has anyone else experienced a delay like this after submitting documents? Is there anything else we should try, or can someone from Apple please take a look at enrollment 68UYPM637K? Thank you in advance for any guidance.

No enrollment renewal button
My region was changed several months ago. But now, when the deadline came, the automatic debit from the new card and the new region didn't work. There's also no manual option or "Renew" button on the web, the Developer app on iPhone, or on Mac. Account Holder ID and Media & Purchases the same. I've already tried logging out/logging in, cache, cookies, reboot, dancing around the fire.... Help, please Case ID: 20000133366107

Individual enrollment blocked for 2+ months — identity verification keeps failing (Case 20000134452383)
Hello, I am trying to complete an Individual enrollment and have been stuck for over two months. Current case ID: 20000134452383 Previous case IDs: 102908566671, 102916890689 Region: Türkiye History: I first enrolled using my Turkish passport. Enrollment was withdrawn after identity verification failed, and I was told that Apple Account was no longer eligible for the Apple Developer Program. I contacted Developer Support repeatedly by email, phone and chat over two months with no resolution. During a phone call, an Apple representative advised me to create a new Apple ID and re-enroll. Following that advice, I created a new Apple ID and entered my name exactly as it appears on my passport, without the Turkish character ("Omer" instead of "Ömer"), since I believe the original rejection was a name mismatch. In the process I also made two additional enrollment attempts from separate Apple IDs while trying to get the name spelling accepted. I no longer have access to those accounts and would like them disregarded — I only want to proceed with the account tied to case 20000134452383. If any of them were charged, please refund them. On the current account I attempted verification with my Turkish National ID Card. This was rejected as well. So the account I was instructed to create is now failing verification too, and I have no explanation of the actual rejection reason. What I am asking: Is there a manual identity review path when automated verification keeps failing? Which document is expected for Türkiye — passport or national ID card — and which name spelling should be used when the two differ? Can someone confirm the current status of case 20000134452383 and whether the membership fee will be refunded if enrollment cannot be completed? I understand multiple enrollment attempts may look irregular. They were all made by the same person with the same documents, in an attempt to resolve a name spelling issue, and partly on Apple Support's own advice. I am willing to provide any documentation required, including a live verification call. Thank you.

Developer Account Status in Limbo
Hello Apple Developer Support and anyone else who can please help me! I am posting here after receiving no response through the standard support channels in the hope that a staff member can help unstick my enrollment. I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual about 2 weeks ago. I received the standard order acknowledgment email stating I would receive a response within 2 business days. It has now been almost 3 weeks with no further communication. The specific issue: My account status at developer.apple.com/account shows "Pending" The page still displays a payment button, as if I have not yet paid No charge from Apple has ever appeared on my credit card statement I have not been issued an Enrollment ID. I have not received any request for additional information or verification. Does anyone know what I can do?? Thank you for any help you can provide. Sincerely Mark

App Store Connect Status Not Syncing After Successful Membership Renewal
Dear Apple Developer Support Team, I recently renewed my Apple Developer Program membership on August 8, 2026. When checking my account portal at developer.apple.com/account, my membership status shows as active with the new expiration date set to August 9, 2027, and all current agreements have been accepted. However, my App Store Connect dashboard still displays a banner stating that my membership has expired, and my apps remain unavailable. Could you please assist in manually refreshing or syncing the account status between the Developer Portal and App Store Connect?

Complaints Handling: Member Blocked from App Store Connect
I have spent eight weeks trying to get this account opened, and I paid for it over six weeks ago. Roni confirmed that the escalation managers have had every piece of information they requested for weeks, but the account still has not been opened. I asked to file a complaint about the escalation managers. Roni could not tell me the name of the department that would review my complaint, nor could she explain the complaint process. After she gave me conflicting information, I said I would also like to complain about the lack of clear information; she told me she did not know Apple's complaint process at all. She then said that any complaint about her would go to a separate team. When I asked whether both complaints would go to the same team, she said she was not allowed to tell me. I have therefore paid for a service that has not been delivered, and been given no usable route to complain about either failure. An account taking 8 weeks is bad service. An advisor telling you she cannot name the reviewing department, cannot describe the process, and is not allowed to say whether two complaints go to the same team — that's a company with no functioning complaints route. Complaints are discretionary for Apple; money isn't. A paid-for service has to be performed within a reasonable time, and 6+ weeks with zero outstanding items is past it. App Store Connect isn't a convenience — it's the entire benefit of the thing I paid for. No App Store Connect means no submissions, no builds, no releases, no revenue. I haven't received partial service; I've received none of it.

Apple Developer Enrollment Issues, Payment Problems, and Account Access
Hello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m having an issue with the enrollment and payment process. I initially signed up through the Apple Developer app. However, when I try to enroll, I cannot click “Enroll Now.” Under the enrollment section, I see a message saying: “Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account.” I then went to the Apple Developer website to try to complete the enrollment and pay the $99 USD membership fee. However, the payment did not go through, and I received the message: “We’re having a problem with your payment.” A team member then tried to make the payment using their credit card. The payment went through, and Apple asked me to provide identity verification documents. I uploaded the requested documents, and Apple confirmed that they received them. However, a couple of hours later, I received another email saying: “We’re having a problem with your payment.” This has left me confused about the status of my enrollment. My main concern is what happens if I successfully pay the $99 USD membership fee I’m wondering if there is an issue with my account, my enrollment, or a policy violation. What i need to do to receive my Developer Program membership, or could my enrollment account suspended/terminated after payment? When I log back into the Apple Developer website, I see this message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files. To sign in with a different Apple Account, or to continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” Could someone please explain: Why my Apple Developer app says enrollment is not available for my Apple Account. Why my payment keeps showing “We’re having a problem with your payment.” Whether payment of the $99 fee guarantees enrollment or if Apple still has to approve the account afterward. What happens to the $99 payment if enrollment is rejected or the account cannot be activated. What happens if an enrolled developer later violates an Apple Developer Program policy Thank you for any help or clarification.

Apple Developer Program enrollment blocked for 2 months despite escalation – Case 102909604897
Title: Apple Developer Program enrollment blocked for 2 months despite escalation – Case 102909604897 Hello, I am seeking assistance with an Apple Developer Program enrollment issue that has now remained unresolved for approximately two months. When I attempt to enroll as an individual, clicking “Enroll” immediately results in: “Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.” The error occurs immediately, before I can proceed through the enrollment process or reach payment. What has already been established: • My Apple Account works normally and two-factor authentication is enabled. • My legal name and account information are correct. • I can access developer.apple.com/account. • Apple Developer Support confirmed that my trusted device is already associated with an existing Apple Developer Program or Apple Developer Enterprise Program account. • I subsequently found an Apple email sent to my current Apple Account in January 2026 confirming “Agreement Signed: Apple Developer Agreement.” • I am not aware of any other active Developer Program membership that I could use. Support case 102909604897 was escalated to a Senior Advisor. I was informed that the Operations Team had reviewed the case and forwarded it to another appropriate internal team for further review. Unfortunately, approximately two months have now passed without resolution. I have followed up several times and have been told that support volumes are high, but I have not received a technical resolution, a request for additional information, or an estimated timeframe. This is now preventing me from using TestFlight and distributing my iOS applications. I understand that account-specific information cannot be investigated publicly. I am therefore not asking for account details to be disclosed here. Could someone from Apple Developer Program Support please review or internally follow up on case 102909604897 and advise whether any further action is required from my side? I am fully available to provide identity documentation or any other information required through an appropriate private Apple support channel. Thank you. Christian Thiel-Hirschmann

Apple Developer Account Migration Stuck for Over 3 Months — No Support Response
Hello Apple Developer Community, I’m posting here as a last resort, hoping someone from the community or Apple can help me resolve this issue. I have an individual Apple Developer account and submitted a request to migrate it to an Organization account. According to the message shown in my Apple Developer account, the migration is still being processed: “We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization.” The problem is that this has been going on for more than 3 months, and during this entire period, my developer membership benefits have been disabled, meaning **I cannot properly use my Apple Developer account or access the services I need. ** I have tried every available support channel I have genuinely tried everything I could: Support tickets: Submitted and still open, with no meaningful response. Email: Contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times, with no response. Phone support: Called multiple times and waited more than 3 hours on some occasions, without someone answering my calls at all. I have repeatedly attempted to follow up, but I am still stuck at the same stage. At this point, I don't know what else I can do. Three months is an extremely long time for an account migration, especially when the process completely disables the developer membership. I understand that account migrations may require verification and processing, but there should at least be a clear status update or a way to escalate an issue that has been pending for this long. I would really appreciate it if someone could advise me on: How can I escalate this migration request? Is there a specific Apple Developer team or department that handles delayed organization migrations? Is there any way to get an actual status update on my request? Can Apple restore my developer membership benefits while the migration is being processed? I’m not looking to bypass Apple's procedures. I simply need someone to review the case and tell me what is causing the delay and what I need to do to complete the migration. My account currently shows that the migration is still being processed, as shown in the attached screenshot. If anyone from Apple Developer Support sees this, please help me escalate this case. Thank you.

Account Holder of a team, but portal shows free account and enrollment is blocked — support case unanswered for 3 weeks
I've hit a state I can't get out of and support hasn't responded, so posting here in case someone from Apple can route it. developer.apple.com/account shows me only the free-account view — no Membership section, no team, no Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, and no Renew option. It offers "Join the Apple Developer Program". But clicking Enroll lands on developer.apple.com/enroll/ineligible/account-holder: "Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." Xcode: "Unable to find a team with the given Team ID 'S25RFUK37U' to which you belong." App Store Connect still works and still lists my published apps, so the team record clearly exists. So I can't enroll (Apple says I already have a membership) and I can't renew (no membership is exposed anywhere in my account). I'm the sole Account Holder, nobody else administers the account, and I received no email about expiration or termination. Case 102945522781 has been open since July 18 with three messages sent and only automated acknowledgements in return. Has anyone seen this specific combination, and is there a way to get a Developer Account team review other than the standard contact form?

Enrollment blocked — both ID documents rejected by automated verification (Serbia-based account, foreign passport)
I've been stuck on Individual enrollment for three weeks and I'm hoping someone here has found a way through this. Setup: Apple Account region is Serbia. I'm a legal resident of Serbia with a Serbian address, Serbian bank card, and a Serbian residence permit. My passport was issued by another country. What happens: Web enrollment stalled after the order acknowledgement email — no charge, no membership confirmation, and the site kept showing "Complete your purchase" indefinitely. Developer Support told me to re-enroll through the Apple Developer app instead, which is where I hit identity verification. In the app, both of my documents are rejected, each with a different error: Serbian residence permit card → "Upload Error — Your identity couldn't be verified because the image you submitted is unclear or obscured. Please try again." Retried on multiple devices, good lighting, plain background, no glare, full document in frame. The card is clean and valid. I suspect the scanner simply doesn't support this document type. Passport → "Invalid Submission — Your identity couldn't be verified because the ID you submitted isn't accepted for your region or doesn't match the document type you selected. Please try again." Passport was correctly selected as the document type, so this looks like a region/nationality mismatch check rather than a user error. So one document is the right region but an unsupported type, and the other is a supported type but the wrong region. There is no third option available to me. What support suggested: change my Apple Account region to match my nationality and enroll again. I don't think that's viable — the account region is supposed to reflect where you legally reside and where your payment method is registered, and in that country App Store payment processing has been discontinued, so the membership couldn't be paid for anyway. Current status: the case was escalated to "the relevant team" eleven days ago. Two follow-ups, no response since. Phone support isn't offered for my country in the contact tool. Questions for anyone who's been here: Has anyone with a foreign passport and a local residence permit gotten through identity verification for an EU/Balkans account? Which document worked? Has anyone received a secure upload link for manual document review? How was it requested, and how long did it take? Is there any channel that reaches the identity verification team directly, or is waiting on the escalation the only option? Case number: 20000120667511 Any pointers appreciated.

Duplicate Payment and Enrollment Not Activated
Hello, I am currently trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, and I seem to have encountered an issue. I completed the enrollment process and made the payment of $99. I received a payment confirmation, but my enrollment has not been activated after 46 hours. When I checked the status, it still indicated that payment was required, so I mistakenly made a second payment. I have now received confirmation for both payments. Here are my order details: First order ID: D009543166 Second order ID: D009549194 Could you please: Confirm the status of my enrollment Help activate my Apple Developer account Advise on the duplicate payment and process a refund if applicable Thank you for your assistance. Best regards, Kobe Shust

How can I fix: Your enrollment could not be completed.
I encountered the message “Your enrollment could not be completed” and "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." on the Developer website. The issue persists with app enrollment as well. I attempted to resolve it via telephone support; however, representatives stated they were unable to identify the cause or provide a solution. I am seeking assistance, as the lack of clarity and resolution is concerning. Can anyone provide guidance? I'm stuck with this problem with 5-6 months.

Organization Enrollment Stuck in Document Review for 2+ Months – Enrollment ID: BXK7HD22VL
Hello, I am posting here regarding a long-pending Organization enrollment that has been stuck for over two months. Details: Enrollment ID: BXK7HD22VL Organization name: Production Times Account type: Organization Timeline: Approximately two months ago, I completed the D-U-N-S verification process with Apple Developer Support on a phone call. Immediately after the D-U-N-S step, I uploaded all required legal documents as instructed. Since then, the enrollment has remained in “In Review” status with no further updates or requests for additional information. Support attempts so far: I sent an email to Developer Support one week ago and have received no reply. I have also tried calling Developer Support multiple times. On two separate occasions I waited on the IVR for 2 hours and 1.5 hours respectively, but no agent ever connected. I have completed every step that was asked of me (D-U-N-S + legal document upload) and have been waiting for the document review to finish for over two months with zero communication. Could someone from Apple Developer Support please look into Enrollment ID BXK7HD22VL and provide a status update or escalate the case? Thank you.

Apple Developer Enrollment Issues, Payment Problems, and Account Access
Hello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m having an issue with the enrollment and payment process.

Keeps "pending" and "payment" after Developer Program subscription already paid
I purchased the Apple Developer Program subscription using my iPad. However, the dashboard still displays messages prompting me to make a payment and indicating a "pending" status. Does anyone have the same issue? I've tried to e-mail got any response and phone callback is never answering? What to do now?

Thank you.

Your apps will not be available on the App Store until you renew your membership. To renew your membership, the Account Holder needs to visit the Membership section of their” and I don’t know what to do to solve this
