Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer account enrollment nearly a week ago (ID: G256C6S5Q2), but despite sending multiple emails to Apple Support, I haven’t received any confirmation or reply. When I enter my account it is stuck on the "Complete your purchase" screen (I received payment confirmation) and nothing happened since then. I ’m eager to publish my app and get started on development, so I really need them to reach out to me—ideally with a call or a direct response. Does anyone have any advice on how to escalate this issue or any tips on how to get Apple Support to contact me? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

I am Developer of SMCB ANAND Application, my Apple Developer Program membership had been expired in September 2024. I observed that expired in November 2024. Since that time i couldn't able to renew Apple Developer Program membership. Hi, My admin account is locked and I have only one admin role account so that I can not maintain my applications that is published also I can not give permissions other developer account as admin role. I send mail and contact apple developer account support but no-one is helped me and they didnt answer me why my account is locked!!!. They didn't give me any support and help to retake my admin account and didn't reset my password although I sent my all documentation about my company. I am waiting for 15 days to solve this problem and distribute new release my application versions. So how can I recover my admin account ? Does anybody have any suggestion? In my AppleDeveloperAccount i'd like to connect to an app in xCode. I'm trying to "Register a New Provisioning Profile" for "iOS App Development". At the step "select Devices" i get stucked, because i do not have an IOS device. I only have a Mac. Do i need a physical IOS device to develop and publish IOS applications?

My developer account pending for more that 4 days. When I login to http://developer.apple.com, it show the following message: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple. Hi Everyone, I have signed up and paid (it has come off my Credit Card) for Apple Developer last Thursday and my account has been stuck on: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I have emailed them and have not received a reply. I want to give them a call but they are also not available for calls either. I have looked to see if the reason they are being slow is because of the Christmas/New Year period but couldn't find any information. What can I do? Thanks

I have enrolled for being a developer 10.03. I have received an order acknowledgment email on 10th of March but there have been no updates since then. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. What should I do to get through?

Since updating to Apple Pay SDK 1.2.0, the Apple Pay button is no longer being rendered. Could you please fix this as soon as possible? From my perspective, the issue is clearly on Apple's side because the button renders correctly when I use Apple Pay SDK 1.1.0. So, the problem lies in your update to: https://applepay.cdn-apple.com/jsapi/1.latest/apple-pay-sdk.js. Additionally, I urgently need a contact option regarding the "AbortError", which has recently started occurring for all our customers. Yes, our Apple Pay integration is web-based and has worked flawlessly until now. In the sandbox, Apple Pay still works perfectly! So why, why, why does it no longer work in the production environment? Could you please provide some indication of the cause? An "AbortError" when calling show() on paymentRequest is not helpful at all.

After updating the iPhone to 18.2, the notification for the watch charging completion stopped appearing on the iPhone. Please note that I also updated the watch to 11.2.

Why my Free Developer account here has many agreement i can see It has Paid Developer Program Agreememt and Enterprise Program Agreement or Everyone who has Free Account also have these agreement too?

I have been invited to teams I can navigate things at https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/ smoothly. But https://developer.apple.com/account does not show teams and don't have access to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/. Thus my Xcode not showing teams too.

Hello Apple Developer Community, I am encountering an issue while trying to pay the $119.99 Apple Developer Program fee through the Apple Developer app. I have linked a prepaid card to my Apple ID, which works perfectly fine for other purchases and subscriptions, but I am unable to complete the payment for the developer fee. Here are the details of the issue: Payment Method: Prepaid card connected to my Apple ID. Amount: $119.99 (Apple Developer Program fee). Location: Cameroon. Other Transactions: All other purchases and subscriptions using the same prepaid card have been processed successfully without any issues. When I attempt to pay for the developer fee, the payment doesn’t go through, and I receive an error message (Payment Failed). I’ve verified that my card has sufficient funds and that the information is correctly entered in my Apple ID account settings. Has anyone else faced a similar issue, particularly with prepaid cards or payments in Cameroon? Any advice or guidance on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.
