I sign up the apple account and enabled all 2FA security items, and then go to enroll the program, I fill in the company information in the form, and then I was redirect to the page "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.", I have rechecked few times but same message, I'd like to resolve the issue. Thanks.

Enrollment pending — two support cases, only automated replies (Enrollment 79825663CF)
Hello, I am posting here because the standard support channel has not produced any response from a representative, and I can see several recent threads describing the same situation. I would appreciate visibility from Apple Developer Support, or advice from anyone who has resolved a similar case. Situation: Enrollment ID: 79825663CF Entity: Stratify Sports Labs LLC (Wyoming, United States) Status: Pending, unchanged Case 20000121692951 — submitted 28 July 2026 Case 20000131272793 — submitted 7 August 2026 What has happened so far: I submitted the enrollment with all required documentation, including a passport for identity verification. I have never been contacted for additional documents or clarification. I opened case 20000121692951 on 28 July. I received the automated acknowledgment the same day and nothing since — ten days with no reply from a representative. I opened a second case, 20000131272793, on 7 August, explicitly requesting escalation. Again, only the automated acknowledgment. No rejection, no request for information, no explanation. The status simply has not moved. The contact form offers only email as a contact option for my region. No phone or callback option is available to me. Why this is blocking: Our application is fully developed and already published and approved on Google Play, available in 177 countries. The iOS build is ready. This enrollment is the only remaining blocker to our launch, and it is affecting commitments with partner clubs. My questions to the community and to Apple: Is there any escalation path for enrollments that sit in Pending with no support response? Has anyone in a similar situation found a channel that actually produced a reply from a human? Are there verification steps that happen outside the portal and are not visible to the applicant? I understand verification takes time. What is difficult is the complete absence of communication — there is no way to know whether something is required from me or whether I simply need to keep waiting. If any document or action is outstanding, I will provide it the same day. If anyone from Apple Developer Support can look at enrollment 79825663CF, or at either of the two cases above, I would be very grateful. Thank you.

Application has been withdrawn
I was trying to enroll our new company with the Apple Developer program but keep getting the automatic reply that the company already is a member (although it's definitely not). Has anyone else experienced something similar? I tried to get into touch with the Support couple of times, but no reply or someone picking up the phone at the hotline.

Individual enrollment stuck for weeks — ID verification fails repeatedly, no active Enroll button, payment made with no activation
Case ID: 20000117609350 I've been stuck in the Apple Developer Program (Individual) enrollment process for several weeks and support has not been able to resolve it. Details: During identity verification, I attempted to upload my national ID, passport, and driver's license (multiple attempts, different lighting/settings). Every attempt failed with a message that the document could not be verified, despite the images being clear and valid. After these failed attempts, the enrollment/ID verification step became inaccessible. I now only see a payment screen — no active "Enroll" button. I submitted payment ($99) in good faith. It has now been a while with no activation. I created a second Apple ID and attempted enrollment again from scratch. The same identity verification failure occurred. I have submitted multiple email support requests referencing my Case ID. Each response has been the generic instruction to "go back and enroll through the Apple Developer app," which doesn't help since the enrollment step itself is inaccessible. Has anyone experienced this same loop and found a way to get it escalated to a human reviewer, or get a manual document upload option instead of the automated scanner? Any guidance on getting this routed to the Enrollment Operations / Identity Verification team would be appreciated.

Your enrollment could not be completed.
Hello everyone, I am experiencing a roadblock while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and am hoping to get some insight or advice from anyone who has resolved a similar issue. My Setup & Steps: Account Type: Individual / Sole Proprietor The Issue: I completed the initial information steps, but immediately after clicking to accept the Developer Program License Agreement, the page redirected to a generic error screen. Error Message: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. What I've Done So Far: I have already contacted Apple Developer Support directly to investigate this from the backend. They have opened an official case for me (Case ID: 102921563857). Since I am currently waiting on a response from support, I wanted to check if this is a known system glitch or if there is a common trigger for this error (e.g., identity verification hiccups, regional payment issues, or Apple ID region mismatches) that I can fix on my end in the meantime. Has anyone else encountered this exact error immediately after the agreement step? If so, how long did it take to resolve, or what did support require to clear it up? Thank you in advance for your help!

Organization enrollment approved then cancelled by support — now blocked by region-unsupported ID verification (Kosovo)
Posting this partly to ask for help and partly because I can't believe it's real. The 8 week wait I started an organization enrollment through the web. Document verification took 8 weeks — business registry, translated records, signed authorization letter from our Managing Director, my photo ID, a selfie holding the ID, VAT certificate. Eventually: approved. Contract signed. All that was left was paying the $99. The payment that never happened My Kosovo business card wouldn't go through. Tried my US card — the order was accepted and showed as pending, but no money was ever actually taken. No charge, no decline, nothing on the statement. Waited the 2 business days Apple's confirmation email promised. Then another 4 days. Nothing. No notification, no error, no status. Support's fix: delete the approval I contacted Developer Support — and anything else I could find. An advisor told me to enroll through the Apple Developer app instead, because alternate payment options are only available there. I downloaded it, signed in, and it wouldn't let me enroll. So support reset my approved organization enrollment — the one that took 8 weeks — so that I could "now enroll through the app." I emailed back immediately to confirm they understood my enrollment had already been approved, and to ask whether re-enrolling would mean waiting another 8 weeks. No reply. Point zero I tried the app anyway. It asks for a government ID or passport. Open camera, take the photo, it loads, then fails: Document is not available for this region. Same for the passport. Same for the ID. So here's where I am: My approved enrollment is gone The app can't verify me — my country's documents aren't supported The web billing form doesn't work for my country's address I can't request phone support — the callback form doesn't accept Kosovo (+383) numbers No reply to my emails Kosovo is a supported App Store territory. But apparently developers here can't actually enroll. Our app is already live on Google Play in 177 countries. We just want to pay Apple $99 and ship on iOS. Has anyone from a smaller/unsupported market dealt with this? Specifically: is there any way to get a human at Developer Support to reinstate an enrollment they cancelled, or to pay by invoice/bank transfer? Or is registering a US entity the only real answer here?

Apple Developer Program order request not processed after promised two business days
Hi, I submitted my Apple Developer Program enrollment on Friday, 31 of July 2026. I received Apple’s order-request email stating that the request would be processed within two business days and that I would be notified when the membership was ready. However, it is now nearly a week later and my enrollment remains pending. The US$99 payment has not been charged. I have not received a membership confirmation or activation email. I already submitted a Developer Support request and have tried phone support. Could an Apple representative please check whether there is a verification or payment-processing hold on my enrollment? Enrollment type: Individual Country/region: Switzerland Support case ID: 20000129939894 Thank you.

Enrollment stuck in processing - Contact Us form failing, portal returns 501 error
I'm trying to get help with a stalled Apple Developer Program enrollment for our organization and have hit a wall on every available channel. Details: Enrollment ID: Q4KF52S8DL Enrollment type: Organization Status: Has been stuck in processing far longer than the standard timeframe, with no update or request for additional info. Issues reaching support: When attempting to log into the Developer portal to check enrollment status, we consistently get a 501 server error. The online "Contact Us" support form fails when we try to submit a ticket — we're unable to get a case created. We cannot resolve this by phone, as general Apple Support has no visibility into Developer Program enrollment status and cannot escalate it. Since the standard self-service and ticket paths are both broken on our end, I'm hoping someone from Apple Developer Support/DTS monitoring this forum can look into enrollment ID Q4KF52S8DL directly, or can point us to a way to get a case opened given the Contact Us form isn't working. Has anyone else run into the 501 error on the portal recently, or found a workaround for submitting a ticket when the form fails? Thanks in advance for any help.

Organization enrollment — all requested documents submitted, then complete silence Case ID 20000126845865
Hello, I am enrolling my company in the Apple Developer Program as an organization. Developer Support contacted me by email and requested additional documents. I uploaded everything they asked for. Since then there has been no contact at all — no reply to my follow-up emails, no status change on the enrollment, and callback putting on queue forever. It has now been weeks. Case ID: 20000126845865 The email thread was active before I submitted the documents, so I know the case reached a real person. It simply stopped after that. Can't "Add for Review" (unexpected error) + Subscriptions page won't load ("An error has occurred")
I've been unable to resubmit my app for review for several days, and now App Store Connect can't even load my subscription data. Submission: "Add for Review" / "Resubmit to App Review" on my app version (iOS 1.0) or subscriptions returns "An unexpected error was encountered when submitting for review. If the issue persists please contact us." The app version shows "Removed" and the subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) show "Developer Rejected," and I can't add them back. Subscriptions page: Distribution → Subscriptions now shows "An error has occurred. Try again later." under both Subscription Groups and Billing Grace Period, so the page can't load my subscription data at all. Diagnostic detail: builds 7 and 9 both fail the submission error (both "Complete" in TestFlight, no Missing Compliance), while an earlier build (5) added for review fine — so submissions work in general; it's specific to the current submission/subscription state. Already tried: fresh incognito + a different browser, removing and re-adding items, uploading new builds, waiting several days. I've emailed Developer Support (no reply yet) and can share the submission ID and app ID with an Apple staffer. Has anyone hit this, or can an Apple staffer help get it unstuck? Thank you.

HTTP 406 / resultCode 202000 while submitting Individual enrollment
Hello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual from Turkey. Enrollment fails both on the web and through the Apple Developer app. On the web, the failure occurs immediately after I accept the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. I do not reach the payment page. The browser network log shows the following response: Request: POST /services-enrollment/submitIndividualEnrollment HTTP status: 406 resultCode: 202000 resultString: “Your request could not be processed” userString: “Your request could not be processed” The requests immediately before the submission complete successfully: getUserProfile: HTTP 200 getEnrollmentEligibility: HTTP 200 listAgreements: HTTP 200 The agreement response indicates: Agreement status: active isIDVerificationRequired: false isCountryUpdateRequired: false My Apple Account country/region is Turkey. Two-factor authentication is enabled, and I have access to my trusted phone number. My Developer profile is active. I also tried enrolling through the Apple Developer app on an iPhone 12 running iOS 18.3.2, but the enrollment could not be completed there either. The Apple Account used inside the Developer app is my own account. This failure happens before payment, so no payment or membership purchase has been processed. I found older reports showing the same HTTP 406 and resultCode 202000 response, but I could not find a documented explanation for this code. Has anyone successfully resolved this specific 202000 response? Could this indicate an incomplete previous enrollment, an identity-verification association, or an internal enrollment eligibility restriction on the Apple Account? I have already tried both the official web and app enrollment paths. I would appreciate guidance on the correct escalation path or whether Apple Developer Support needs to reset or manually review the enrollment state.

Thank you.
