My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts... everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month. The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting... I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis . oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding... I'm losing money, time and hope to this system.

Hi, I paid for the developer program membership more than 2 days ago. Nothing is happening, though. I wrote to support twice, but nothing as well. What's going on? I read few posts here and it seems like a normal thing.

So i just started developing ios apps where i recently purchased macbook, i tried to create developer account got saying i cannot create the acount as of now.

Each year I get my renewal email from Apple, however, since 2019 (yes, this is the 4th year in a row) I've been unable to renew due to this infamous "Please enter fewer characters" error message. Each time I've had to open a support case, talk to someone on the phone, they take all of my details along with screenshots, etc. and manually renew my subscription. Once they've charged my card I never hear from them again and issue never gets resolved. IDK if any Apple Dev Support folks actually use this forum but this is ridiculous.

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue in the Apple Developer portal when trying to manage my App ID capabilities. Whenever I try to enable or disable a capability and click Save, the page shows the loading spinner but then nothing is saved. App ID: com.kangarli.lucary Team ID: (my Apple Developer account’s Team ID) Tested on different browsers (Safari, Chrome), cleared cache and cookies The issue affects all capabilities, not just Associated Domains Other sections of the Developer portal work normally Is this a known issue with the Developer portal, or is there any workaround? Hello, I need help with an issue regarding my Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed the payment for the annual membership and received the official invoice from Apple. My card was charged successfully, and I have all the payment references. However, after the payment was processed: My account remained in Pending status The message “Complete your purchase” kept appearing When attempting the payment again, the system reported that the order was already paid Now the enrollment flow has reset completely, and the system is asking me to start enrollment and pay again, even though the first payment was successful This seems like a synchronization issue where the payment was recorded in the Apple Online Store system, but not linked to my Developer enrollment. I do not want to be charged again, since the first transaction was already completed. Could someone from Apple please help link the payment to my Apple ID or advise how to activate my membership? Right now my account cannot proceed with enrollment and I cannot access App Store Connect.

Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday afternoon, November 11th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. So I just managed to build one app for personal use that I want to use daily in my iphone. However, once installed in my device through XCode, after one week the application is no longer available. I'm aware about the one week trial for free users and one year for a paid account, but... for real? Isn't there an alternative? And if not... does it means that in order to use my app for let's say 5 years I will have to pay 500$? Is just a bit crazy to think about it but I did look on the internet and did not found a clear information about how this works. Thank you in advance :)

My app has been "In Progress" for over a day. It's release date and these absurd behaviours are happening. Hasn't Apple been able to fix this? We're approaching 2025 with issues that have been happening since 2023. Are these guys serious or they just ignore these issues?

I've been contacting Apple Developer support since last Friday because I am trying to open an individual apple developer account. I have opened 2 or 3 tickets and tried paying the $99 fee 2 times, 2 times I wasn't charged at all. Dear Apple, I had successfully renew my membership with bellow email "Your Apple Developer Program membership has been renewed for another year and your membership details are below. We look forward to the innovative new apps you'll bring to Apple platforms." A few days later, I got another email After several attempts, we're unable to collect payment using the payment method you provided to renew your Apple Developer Program membership. Your access to the Apple Developer Program has been disabled. At https://developer.apple.com/account, It displays a button with "Enroll today" instead of "Renew membership". Clicking it show below error "Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I've tried getting support from https://developer.apple.com/contact/topic/SC1101/subtopic/30007/solution/select, but no reply after a few days. All my apps are not able to receive notifications and I'm afraid it will be removed from PlayStore soon. Anyone experienced such issue and anyway to get it resolved quick?

No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text). I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email. I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me. Can Apple solve this years-old-issue? Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you. In case you have the knowledge how to to do this, post the answer here, do not forward me to some 5 years old advice or workaround. If you don't know, do not "guess". Thank you. I tried twice to enroll on the Apple developer program and on both occasions, my order was cancelled after it was initially marked as completed. I have sent tried to engage the support team but no response from them. I will appreciate any suggestions that i can use to get this resolved. Thank you.

I am member of Apple Developer Program for 4 years. Normally, it is renewing at 27 February each year. This year it is not renewed and also I can not renew it manually. I tried it via Mac, IOS, Apple Developer App but none of them is working. There is no renew/cancel etc option. When I check app only it says you have a membership with a past date but click is not working. Need help urgently!

Hi Everyone, I have signed up and paid (it has come off my Credit Card) for Apple Developer last Thursday and my account has been stuck on: "Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process." I have emailed them and have not received a reply. I want to give them a call but they are also not available for calls either. I have looked to see if the reason they are being slow is because of the Christmas/New Year period but couldn't find any information. What can I do? Thanks

We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

Bluetooth connection is very buggy since updating to iOS 18.4. Beta X (with all betas) Airpods Pro 2 most of the time don't connect directly with my Iphone 15 Max. I have to disable bluetooth and then the connection works find. This issue ist not only with my Airpods, but also with the car, ... Very annoyinig. I reset the network settings. But this didn't help. Any suggestion how to fix this? I hear from quite a few people that they have bluetooth issues with iOS 18.X. Hope Apple fixes this soon.
