Hello it’s my first time to signup on apple developers account .I followed all the necessary instructions an email was sent to my mail box that payment deductions will be done in the next 48hrs since that was on Friday 8 days down the line no deductions have been made kindly advise me on the right actions to take...email..mgariservices@gmail.com

Hello, My Apple Developer Program membership is marked as expired, but I am unable to renew it. The Renew option does not appear in the Apple Developer app or on the website. Both Free Apps Agreement and Paid Apps Agreement are expired. I am the Account Holder of the account. I have already submitted multiple support requests through the Apple Developer Support website under “Program Purchase and Renewal”, but I haven’t received any response so far. This issue has been ongoing for more than 20 days and is blocking access to my apps and agreements. Could an Apple Developer team member please look into this or advise how to proceed when the Renew option is missing? Thank you.

Hello developers and the support teeam, I have tried to enroll my apple developer account, but got charged twice. Firstly, I tried it with the developers iOS app and paid the fee with Apple Pay on my phone. I haven't received any approval/activation/confirmation email. After that I saw on my phone this message: enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available. Then I looked on the website for the enrollement and it said that I should pay again. So I did and now I got charged twice on my card and there is still the same message. Does anyone have the same experience? How do I get a refund? I have already created a ticket, but no answer yet...

Hello everyone, I am unable to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. The payment (credit card) is accepted by my bank but systematically declined by Apple. Note: I am located in France. I have tried multiple times. The support team, via email, suggested I use the Apple Developer app. However, it is "not available in my region," so I have to go through the website. No other payment method is available: Apple Pay is greyed out, and there is nothing else. Support has not responded for weeks, despite my follow-ups. I am very frustrated as I need to launch my app quickly, and everything is ready on the Google side... Would you have any suggestions or solutions? Hi everyone, I completed my Apple Developer registration on November 8, 2025, and paid the fee. Afterwards, I was charged another €99, so I basically paid twice. But nothing has changed on my account so far — it doesn’t even show as “pending” or “waiting” anymore. I also can’t reach Apple Support, since I’m unable to get a call or send an email. Has anyone else experienced something like this or knows what I can do?

I've been wating for 5 business days now and one weekend to get my Apple Developer ID approved. This does delay the publishing of applications. Could a possible solution be delegating the work to other groups? Could the employees in physical stores be included in this work, if the staff allocated to this in head office are not sufficient?

So i just started developing ios apps where i recently purchased macbook, i tried to create developer account got saying i cannot create the acount as of now.

I completed my organization enrollment over three weeks ago and provided a valid D-U-N-S number, which is correctly listed and verifiable. Since submitting the enrollment: The status has remained unchanged I’ve contacted Apple Developer Support three times via email I’ve received no response or timeline updates There is no option shown to request a phone call At this point, I’m unable to proceed with TestFlight, app distribution, or further development planning, and the lack of communication has made it difficult to understand next steps or expected timelines. If anyone from Apple Support or the community can advise: Whether this delay is expected If additional verification steps are required Or how best to escalate appropriately I’d really appreciate the guidance. Hi, I'm trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for my current company. Everything seemed fine, but since yesterday, I keep encountering an 'Unknown Error' when I try to complete the enrollment. It's been about two weeks since I provided all the relevant documents needed to migrate my Apple Developer membership from Individual to Organization. So far, the migration is still in progress, and I am getting the following message: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time." I have a scheduled go-live date in two weeks and would like our release to span both Google and Apple. Do you have any suggestions on how to proceed if the migration isn't completed in time? Can I create a new account, release under "Individual" and transfer the app to the organization later when it is done? Will this affect the App Store reviews?

Hello everyone, I recently contacted Apple Developer Support regarding access to an older iOS beta build (specifically iOS 26.0 Developer Beta 1, build 23A5260u for iPhone 15 Pro). Developer Support confirmed that they can’t provide access to previous betas and advised me to bring the question here. My question: Is there any official or supported method for developers to reinstall or access older, unsigned beta builds for the purpose of testing compatibility or debugging legacy features? I’m aware that Apple stops signing older versions once newer builds are released, but I’m wondering whether programs like AppleSeed, enterprise testing frameworks, or specific partner channels provide legitimate access to prior betas for regression or compatibility testing. In my project, I would like to access the main camera using the Enterprise APIs for visionOS. However, when I try to request permission or view the documentation, I receive the following message: "Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. You must be the Account Holder of an Apple Developer Program for Organizations or an Apple Developer Enterprise Program to view this page." I am currently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual. My question is: Is it possible to use the Enterprise APIs with an individual developer account? If not, what are the available options for students or researchers who wish to use these APIs for academic purposes? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how I can gain access, or alternative ways to use the main camera for research in visionOS. Thank you for your help. The posts I'm reading here are very discouraging. So many people trying to get into the program, even people that have paid and can't get any support. I've been an Apple developer for 15 years now. I've had various business developer accounts over the years. I've developed in my own name and for customers. This is the first time in a while that I had to get a new business developer account. I applied only a few days ago, so I'm not concerned yet but I don't know why this is so difficult. The posts that I'm reading her here are very discouraging. Why can't we get support on this? Very disappointing. What is happening to Apple? I'd like to get my account, and I'd like all these other people to get some help too. But this form looks completely abandoned.

No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text). I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email. I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me. Can Apple solve this years-old-issue? Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you. In case you have the knowledge how to to do this, post the answer here, do not forward me to some 5 years old advice or workaround. If you don't know, do not "guess". Thank you. And yes, I am angry :-)

For iPhones 16 and below, orientation is applied in UIImage or CIImage, but not for iPhone 17. The camera is front-facing, and it uses Vision to capture facial images. Thanks for your help.

API Call: I then include the JWT in the request header as follows: Authorization: Bearer ************ Endpoint: https://api.storekit-sandbox.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/transactions/2000001003740262 Response: Status: 401 Unauthenticated Request ID: S3KCYHDVRMDKUT3TZVTY3QRRWM.0.0 Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there something incorrect with how I’m generating the JWT (e.g., iat/exp values, formatting, or encoding)?
