Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I am looking for guidance regarding a prolonged Apple Developer Program enrollment issue and would appreciate any advice from the community or Apple Developer Support team. I created an Individual Apple Developer account on 10 January 2026 and completed the payment successfully on 11 January 2026. Since then, the enrollment status has remained pending, and I am still unable to access App Store Connect, create certificates, or manage identifiers. Here is what I have already completed from my side:
• Verified my Apple ID with Two-Factor Authentication enabled
• Submitted all required information and provided proper documents during enrollment
• Checked for any pending agreements or additional actions in the developer portal
• Opened an official support case via Apple Developer Contact Support
• Followed up multiple times on the same case Unfortunately, it has now been more than one month, and there has been no response or update from the Apple Developer Support team, while the account remains in pending status. I kindly request guidance from the community and, if possible, visibility from Apple Developer Support regarding the following:
• Is there any direct escalation process for enrollment issues?
• Are there alternative ways to contact Apple when a support case remains unanswered?
• Could there be any additional verification steps that are not visible in the portal? Any professional advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I'm calling the endpoint https://apple-pay-gateway-cert.apple.com/paymentservices with mTLS and it's taking over 15 seconds to complete the request. This is happening only when deployed through AWS. I have tried a dummy dotnet and node lambda with the same result. Wondering if anyone had the same issue. Hi, I tried to sign up for the Developer Program 7 times, starting on January 5th. It's now been a month. I contacted customer support, they said to try enrolling through the Apple Developer App. I tried that, it asked me to do an identity verification, which I did, successfully. Then the "enroll" button on the app got grayed out and it says: "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple Account. Visit http:// developer.apple.com/programs/enroll/." I go to that link, I click "continue with your enrollment", I pay the $99, it goes through, I don't get charged anything, just a $0.00 authorization transaction, then get the "Order Acknowledgment" email, then nothing happens, it just goes nowhere. Please help. If there is anything I can do, or any more information I should supply for this to go through. I contacted support multiple times, but I don't get any response. My enrollment ID is DPTB3R8T2Z.

I'm getting an error after clicking on a TestFlight Beta version invite from email. The error says The Apple Account you're currently signed in with, ****@outlook.com, doesn't match the one associated to this invitation. The invitation was sent to the email that I use to sign into my Apple account (it is my apple id) and I am signed into my iphone with that account. What can I do to get the invite to match up and go through with TestFlight?

The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. So I just managed to build one app for personal use that I want to use daily in my iphone. However, once installed in my device through XCode, after one week the application is no longer available. I'm aware about the one week trial for free users and one year for a paid account, but... for real? Isn't there an alternative? And if not... does it means that in order to use my app for let's say 5 years I will have to pay 500$? Is just a bit crazy to think about it but I did look on the internet and did not found a clear information about how this works. Thank you in advance :)

Seven days ago, I received a response from a Senior Advisor saying the case was being reviewed and that I’d receive a reply soon—but nothing since then. Plus button is not showing to create a new identifier. Tried Windows+Firefox, Windows+Chrome, Mac+Chrome and Mac+Safari. With none of those combinations I've been able to see the button.
