Couple of times, I got informed that I have missing documents like shown below. • Applicant’s employment verification • Applicant’s employee badge or business card • Business documents for COMPANY_NAME I have provided employment verification and business documents, but I don't have any employee badge or business card so instead, I've provided my own id card's photo. Apple keeps sending me same email regarding missing documents. What I am missing here? What should I do if i don't have employee badge or business card? Thank you

Unfortunately, for the past two months I've been trying to migrate to a company account. The banking updates are stuck processing with this error message: Apple Developer support tossed me around between 6 or 7 different representatives, each restarting the process of trying to figure out the problem, contacting the engineering team back and forth, and even remote controlling my screen to try and solve it, to no avail. None of them know what is the issue. What do I do?

Hello everyone, I need help with my Apple Developer Program enrollment, as I have been stuck in the processing stage since February 20 and I don’t know what else to do. When I initially tried to enroll, I was told that the process would take two business days, but it has been much longer now. Every two days, I have attempted to purchase again, but I always receive the same message telling me to wait another two days. I have checked my payment method, verified my Apple ID information, and followed all the recommended steps, but I still cannot complete the enrollment. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... Can someone from Apple please tell me what are those reasons? I have been an Apple user for almost 10 years now. I was buying Apps from store. I am using iCloud+. Modest Citizen as some would say. What's the problem? How can I finally get to Apple Developer Program without being rejected by AI or some poor auto system?

So far, we have been using Google Maps to determine distance along a certain route for a MacOS app to register kilometers for a business administration app. But, this is no longer possible, as the login for google maps no longer works. I understand we would have to pay to continue using the Google Maps service as it was and we would have to make changes to the app. That would be ok, but I was just wondering does any developer on this forum have suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Or even maybe have suggestions, to make this work better than before. Three suggestions by chatgpt: use ANWB route planner using google maps, Pro6pp, or to useWisp.Software (something I haven't heard of before. Your suggestions and ideas are welcome. Also, if the Apple Developer team knows of a way how to do this in your app, your advice is more than welcome. Have a nice day!

I signed up for the dev account three days ago. I’ve sent multiple emails and requested a phone call multiple times and no one has responded to me.

I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing! After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing. I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok). Can somebody help me?

Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? When I open developer.apple.com I do not see my other teams on the top right dropdown. After logging in, it directly takes me to one of my teams which is Nautilus and It does not allow me to change to other teams.

I need urgent assistance to resolve this issue. Could someone from Apple clarify which team is responsible for invoice modifications and escalate this matter? I created a developer account in one country and it was active for few years, now it has expired and I have moved to another country. When I want to change the address under "Membership details > Update your information +" it redirects me to a page and I see the following message Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement. So I thought may be I should just go and renew the account, but on the payment page there's no option to change country there as well, which is required as I don't have a card from my previous country. It is an individual account. Is there any hope I can resurrect my account?

Why is it necessary that I have to reload all my personal apps developed by me for my use every year when I renew my Developer License? If I quit the program, anyone that bought my apps (if I had any) on the App Store would not lose the use of those apps. It should be the same for the apps I put on my devices when I am enrolled.

Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company) We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h ! How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline. This kind of experience does not inspire trust or confidence in doing business with Apple... 🔹 Has anyone else experienced such long delays in the enrollment process? 🔹 Is there any way to escalate this to get an actual response?
