Apple-hosted Managed Background Assets fails on macOS 26.6.1 with -1200 / -3007
Hi, We are seeing Apple-hosted Managed Background Assets download failures on macOS 26.6.1 and would appreciate confirmation of whether this is a known issue or a configuration problem. Environment macOS app using Apple-hosted Managed Background Assets Apple Silicon Macs: M1 and M4 App version: 1.0.2 (build 10) App and downloader extension are sandboxed and use the same App Group No ba-serve development URL override is configured: xcrun ba-serve url-override reports that no override is set. Observations On the same M1 Mac: On macOS 26.5.2, Background Assets began transferring an asset pack successfully. The log recorded 136,586,876 bytes received before I manually cancelled the download. After upgrading to macOS 26.6.1, Background Assets reaches manifest resolution and download scheduling, but the asset transfer fails. The macOS 26.6.1 logs show: NSURLErrorDomain -1200 The certificate for this server is invalid / secure connection failed kCFStreamErrorDomainSSL -9816 server closed session with no notification NSURLErrorDomain -3007 Download decoding failed A separate M4 Mac running macOS 26.6.1 also reproduces the issue. One relevant variable: both the working 26.5.2 log and the failing 26.6.1 log show the Background Assets traffic passing through a local HTTP/S proxy at 127.0.0.1:6152. I am now testing a direct route for odr.itunes.apple.com and amp-api.apps.apple.com, but this proxy path was also present in the 26.5.2 transfer that started successfully. The asset pack IDs in the two captured logs are not identical, so this is not a strict same-pack A/B comparison. However, the failure is reproducible for Apple-hosted packs on 26.6.1, while the pre-upgrade log shows a real transfer on the same M1 Mac. Has anyone seen either of these on macOS 26.6 / 26.6.1? NSURLErrorDomain -3007 (Download decoding failed) for Apple-hosted Background Assets TLS error -1200 / kCFStreamErrorDomainSSL -9816 during a Background Assets pack transfer A change in support or behavior for HTTP/S proxy routing of Apple-hosted asset-pack downloads I have filed Feedback Assistant report FB24301118 with the relevant logs and diagnostic attachment. Thanks.

AppStoreConnect Xcode Cloud Failed to Fetch
I'm angry — Apple’s support has been awful. I’ve been trying to get help from Apple for two weeks. Their replies feel canned and automated (they even sign with a first name only), and they only provide basic information that doesn’t address the problem. You put in a response and then a week later, some canned response comes back from someone with a single name (Lisenga) I’m now faced with two unacceptable options: stop supporting Apple Safari users or delete my account and start over. Both options punish my users. For a multi-billion-dollar company, Apple’s support is shockingly limited. I ran this issue past ChatGPT Codex, and it confirmed that this is something only Apple can fix. Recent Apple Developer Forum posts describe Xcode Cloud / App Store Connect requests returning null responses because backend team permissions were broken. One post even referenced a case where Apple confirmed the only remedy was an internal fix on their side. To be clear: I am NOT using Xcode. I’ll say it again in case it was missed: I am not using Xcode. Here’s what happens: In App Store Connect, when I click the Xcode Cloud link it prompts me to “upload archive file.” When I upload, I immediately get “Failed to Fetch.” This happens in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox, in normal and private windows. It happens on a different computer 400 miles away as well. My suspicion is this: if a build is created before agreeing to the developer agreements, and the agreements are answered afterward, the system goes out of sync and breaks — a problem that only Apple can resolve. How do you actually talk to a real human at Apple??

App Store Connect not enabled 50+ hours after organization enrollment activated - "Your Apple Account isn't enabled for App Store Connect"
Hi, our organization's Apple Developer Program enrollment was recently completed, but App Store Connect access has never been provisioned, and I'd appreciate help escalating this. Timeline: Organization enrollment verified and completed; "Welcome to the Apple Developer Program" email received more than 50 hours ago Membership shows as active on developer.apple.com under the correct team Apple Developer Agreement accepted; Apple Developer Program License Agreement accepted on August 11, 2026 - no pending agreements are shown on the account page I am the Account Holder, signing in with the same Apple Account that was used to enroll the organization Despite this, signing in at appstoreconnect.apple.com consistently returns: "Your Apple Account isn't enabled for App Store Connect." What I've already tried: signing out of both developer.apple.com and App Store Connect and signing back in via a private/incognito window, different browsers, and navigating to App Store Connect from the developer account page. The error is unchanged. I contacted Apple Developer Support by email (no phone option is available in my region) and am waiting on a reply - case number: 20000135517368 This looks like the known issue where App Store Connect provisioning doesn't trigger for a new organization enrollment. Could someone from Apple take a look or advise how to get the provisioning kicked off manually? Happy to provide the Team ID privately if needed.

First app submission in "Waiting for Review" for 8 days — Rotation Pool Scorer 1.0.0
My first App Store submission has been in "Waiting for Review" since August 6, 2026 and has not yet moved to "In Review." App: Rotation Pool Scorer Apple ID: 6780028774 Bundle ID: com.michaelmanuele.arscorer Platform: iOS (initial release, not an update) Version / build: 1.0.0 (30) Submitted: August 6, 2026 at 11:04 AM EDT Submission ID: 56d82316-f8f5-4125-b025-5c8f0bef41b2 Items in submission: iOS App 1.0.0 (30) and one non-consumable in-app purchase, both showing "Waiting for Review" Support case: 20000135569120 (emailed August 12, 2026; no reply yet) I understand review times vary and that Apple's published figures are averages rather than commitments. I have confirmed the following on my end before posting: No messages in Resolution Center, and no email from App Review. Paid Applications and Free Applications agreements both Active, and both predate the submission date. Banking, tax (U.S. Form W-9) and Digital Services Act information all Active and complete. App Review Information is filled in, including notes covering the in-app purchase. The app requires no account or login, so no demo credentials apply. Nothing else from this account is submitted or blocking. I have not requested an expedited review, as I do not believe this situation meets the stated criteria, and I have not removed the submission from review. Is there anything further needed from me, or is this simply queue time? Any confirmation of the submission's status would be appreciated.

App stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 5 days
Hello Apple Developer Community, I submitted my first iOS app for App Review, but it has been stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 5 days, and the review has not started yet. I also contacted Apple Developer Support and opened a support ticket because I wanted to understand if there was an issue with my submission, but I have not received a response yet. I would like to ask other developers if anyone is currently experiencing the same issue. App Information App Name: AksiyonSoft Tools -Calculator Bundle ID: com.aksiyonsoft.calculator Platform: iOS Status: Waiting for Review Submitted: August 9, 2026 Waiting time: 5 days This is our first iOS app submission, so I would especially appreciate hearing from developers who have recently experienced a similar situation. Is there currently a delay in the App Review queue, or could there be an issue with my submission that is preventing the review from starting? Has anyone else been waiting for 5 days or longer for their app to enter review recently? Any information or recent experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Legal entity name and address read-only in App Store Connect — DSA verification failing, no reply on account case for 12 days
I have an individual Developer Program account (Team ID 9KS979K27N) with an incorrect legal entity record, and no way to fix it myself. The record shows my name in a shortened form, "Balder Adelgaard", and a former address in Denmark. My actual legal name is Balder Berg Adelgaard — as it appears on my passport, my Hellenic Police residence registration, and my Greek tax filings — and I now live in Chania, Greece. In the Edit Legal Entity dialog, the Name and Country or Region fields are both read-only, so I cannot correct either. The consequences: DSA trader verification failed on 9 August. Developer Support told me the likely causes are insufficient documentation or mismatched information. My identity documents cannot match a record showing a different name and a different country. Until this clears, I can't distribute in the EU. The W-8BEN and U.S. Certificate of Foreign Status pull Country of Incorporation and Permanent Residence from this record, read-only. Submitting them would certify the wrong country of tax residence, and they can't be amended afterwards. So I can't complete tax forms, can't add banking, and Paid Apps stays in Pending User Info. I opened case 20000126301700 on 2 August requesting the address correction. Twelve days, no reply. The related DSA case is 20000126290870. Is there a route to get a legal entity record corrected when the fields are locked? Has anyone had this resolved, and through which channel?

Hello. I've created an Apple developer account but haven't received any feedback. My account is restricted even though I haven't done anything related to my questions. I submitted support requests with numbers 102925492955, 102925472666, and 102924677966 but still haven't received a response. I need urgent help.

App Store submission rejected with error 90034 despite Apple Distribution signature
Hi, I’m trying to submit my iOS app Minha Pecuária to App Store Connect, but Apple consistently rejects the build with: Validation failed (409) Missing or invalid signature. The bundle ‘br.com.minhapecuaria.ios’ is not signed using an Apple submission certificate. Error 90034. I have already verified that: The app is signed with an Apple Distribution certificate. The App Store provisioning profile is linked to the correct Distribution certificate and Bundle ID. Automatic signing is enabled in Xcode. The exported IPA was independently checked and shows Apple Distribution as the signing authority. The same error occurs through both Xcode Organizer and Transporter. I also reproduced the problem with a clean/new project. Could anyone from Apple or anyone who has experienced error 90034 confirm what could cause Apple’s server to reject a binary that is correctly signed with Apple Distribution? Thanks!

Appstore connects is not active after 05 days renew
Hello Guys, I dont know what to do in my case: Apple says 02 days but mine is 05 days already. Appstore connects shows this: Developer Program Membership Expired Your membership has expired, and your apps have been removed from the App Store until you renew your membership. To renew, a user with the Account Holder role must sign in and renew the membership on the Apple Developer website. Learn More. But developer portal says my account has been activated on 9aug26. No Response From Apple
I submitted my app for review on August 3rd, and it's now the 13th. The email I received said that 90% of apps are reviewed within 48 hours, but my app still says "Waiting for Review." I understand it may take longer, and that's fine, but the lack of feedback and communication I've received is really concerning. There has been zero contact from Apple — even on a support request I opened days ago, where I was just checking in. All I'm looking for is some communication, or something to let me know that my app will be reviewed. Is this a typical experience with Apple? This is my first time submitting an app, and it's been a frustrating one. If anyone else has been through this, please let me know what you did to get a response.

So review taking five days
Apple loves to say they do 90% of app reviews in under 24 hours but in my experience it takes them around a week ? Evan expedited reviews take around five days ,when you contact support you hear nothing but an automated acknowledgment of reply . Where do I get help ? I Evan tried to ring and was on hold for an hour . I need help ? Any ways of actually getting through to someone in good time ?

W-9 shown for single-member US LLC owned by a non-US individual — should be W-8BEN (disregarded entity)
Hello! I have a new organization-level Apple Developer account and I'm stuck on the Tax Forms step in App Store Connect (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/business). The system is showing me U.S. Form W-9 as the only option, but in my case filling out a W-9 would be incorrect — and I'd appreciate guidance from anyone who has resolved this. My setup: I am a non-US individual (not a US citizen, not a US resident, never lived in the US). I am the sole owner of a single-member LLC registered in the US (set up via Firstbase specifically to distribute a mobile app). For US federal tax purposes, this LLC is a disregarded entity — it's not treated as a separate taxpayer from its owner. Why W-9 is not the correct form in my case: The IRS instructions for Form W-9 explicitly state: "If the owner of the disregarded entity is a foreign person, the owner must complete an appropriate Form W-8 instead of a Form W-9. This is the case even if the foreign person has a U.S. TIN." Form W-9 also requires me to certify, under penalty of perjury, that I am a US person — which I am not. The LLC itself doesn't certify anything on a W-9 because it's disregarded; the IRS looks through to the beneficial owner, who in my case is a foreign individual. The correct form for me should be W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner — Individuals). What I've already tried: I opened two support cases 4 days ago and have not received a substantive response yet: Apple Developer Support — Case ID: 20000112974233 Ack Tax / Tax category settings — Team ID: 7YYWN3MYCY, Case ID: 19944616 My questions: Has anyone in the same situation (non-US individual, sole owner of a US single-member LLC) successfully switched the tax form from W-9 to W-8BEN inside App Store Connect? If so, how? Is there a specific path in the Business / Tax Forms section to declare the beneficial owner as a foreign individual that I might be missing? Is there an escalation channel beyond the standard support cases for tax-form issues that are blocking onboarding? Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Foreign-owned US LLC stuck on W-9 form, tax team silent for a month
My developer account is a US single-member LLC owned by a non-US individual. The LLC is a disregarded entity with a valid EIN. App Store Connect only shows me the W-9 workflow. But the IRS instructions for W-9 say: ▎ "If the owner of a disregarded entity is a foreign person, the owner must complete an appropriate Form W-8 instead of a Form W-9" So I legally cannot submit a W-9. I need the W-8BEN workflow enabled. Apple Finance told me all US legal entities must complete a W-9, then suggested I get an EIN (I have one) or change my address. When I sent the IRS guidance, they said their system can't make the change and forwarded it to the tax team. That was May 14 (Case-ID 19771345). Over 15 business days later: no reply, no timeline, and my paid agreement is still inactive. My business is on hold. Has anyone with a foreign-owned single-member US LLC gotten the W-8BEN workflow enabled? Is there any escalation path beyond iTSPayments and the Finance contact form? Both have gone quiet.

App Store Connect still shows “Developer Program Membership Expired” one week after renewal
Hello, I renewed my Apple Developer Program membership on July 29, 2026. The payment was successfully processed, I received the invoice and renewal confirmation, and the Apple Developer website shows that my membership is active. For approximately one week, App Store Connect has continued to display this error: Developer Program Membership Expired Your membership has expired, and your apps have been removed from the App Store until you renew your membership. To renew, a user with the Account Holder role must sign in and renew the membership on the Apple Developer website. Because of this incorrect status, I cannot submit apps, and App Store Connect states that my existing apps have been removed from the App Store. I have contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times. I received two responses, but neither addressed the App Store Connect membership-status issue. The renewal itself is already complete; the problem appears to be a synchronization issue between the Apple Developer portal and App Store Connect. Has anyone experienced this situation? How long did synchronization take, and was there a specific support team or escalation path that resolved it? Any advice would be appreciated.

App in Review for more than 2 weeks now.
Multiple apps of mine have been stuck in “In Review” or “Waiting for Review” for more than two weeks now. This is quite unusual for Apple, as the review process normally doesn’t take this long. Has anyone experienced something similar recently, or know what might be causing the delay? Any advice on how to resolve or escalate this would be appreciated.

(BUG) IAPs and first auto-renewable subscriptions stuck in “Ready for Review” but not in Draft Submission
I am having an issue with both In-App Purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions using the current App Store Connect submission workflow. My app was previously submitted for review along with its IAPs and first auto-renewable subscriptions. The app itself was approved, but the IAPs and subscriptions were not approved with it. Afterward, the IAPs/subscriptions showed “Developer Rejected.” I did not intentionally reject these products individually. Because App Store Connect states that the first auto-renewable subscription must be submitted with a new app version, I created a new version (1.1.8), uploaded a new binary, and added version 1.1.8 for review. I now have the following situation: • My In-App Purchases show “Ready for Review.” • My subscription group shows “Ready for Review.” • Both auto-renewable subscriptions show “Ready for Review.” • The Add for Review controls for these products are disabled, so I cannot add them to another submission. • App Store Connect shows only one Draft Submission. • When I open that Draft Submission, the only item listed is iOS App 1.1.8. • None of the IAPs, the subscription group, or the individual subscriptions appear in the Draft Submission. Therefore, App Store Connect appears to consider the IAPs and subscriptions Ready for Review, but they are not actually visible in any Draft Submission and I have no way to add them to the 1.1.8 submission. I have tried removing iOS App 1.1.8 from the Draft Submission and adding it again. This does not change the status of the IAPs or subscriptions and does not make them available to add to the submission. I have contacted Apple Developer Support twice, but so far they have not been able to provide a solution. Has anyone encountered this with the new App Store Connect IAP/subscription submission workflow? Is there a way to reset the review/submission state of IAPs and subscriptions that show “Ready for Review” but are not actually present in any Draft Submission? I would strongly prefer to keep the existing product identifiers rather than recreate all of the IAPs and subscriptions.

Expedited review taking long
Expedited review is for emergency so I wonder why it takes them longer when you use it ? I put my app on expedited review each time it’s taken about a week and then they come back and reject me ,without giving any screenshots to pinpoint the issue and are never specific about why there rejecting , just vague reasons . I fix that then they come up with a new reason to reject me . im in an emergency and they don’t seem to care I’m about to loose another creator deal I need the app reviewed fast and then clear reasons with screenshots if somethings wrong . But it never comes what’s the point of expedited review ?

Legal entity name and address read-only in App Store Connect — DSA verification failing, no reply on account case for 12 days

developer account

Thanks, Danh
