Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. DUNS Number Mismatch
I am trying to create a developer account for my organization. I have validated our DUNS number and Entity Name on https://developer.apple.com/enroll/duns-lookup/. However, when I try to add this number to create a developer account, I get a pop-up suggesting a mismatch in the entity and DUNS number. I have tried this several times without any success. Problem to enter iCloud six-digit verification code
When I have created my developer account I do it on a MacPro 2019. Now I develop to a new silicon Mac. To submit the (Mac) application App store Connect give a six-digit verification code. This code must be enter to popup window that appear on Desktop. But the popup window appear on MacPro 2019 instead of silicon Mac. How can I receive popup window in the silicon Mac Desktop, not in MacPro 2019 ? iCloud staff tell that it imposible to change the computer destination that receive popup window... Is it true ? Yes, I can use phone to enter the six-digit verification code but it is very more easy to enter the code in the popup window.

Apple Developer Enrollment — I'm the LLC Owner but Getting Upload Error
Hey everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a company (LLC), and I’m the sole owner and CEO. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Do I just create a business card or write the verification letter myself? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. 🙏 Thanks in advance!

Request for access to Family Controls entitlement
I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

Enrollment Blocked for Near 2 Months – (Case #102640946883 and Case #102649610325)
We’ve been trying to complete enrollment in the Apple Developer Program as a UK-registered company for over a month now, but we’re still blocked without a solution. We’ve opened multiple support cases, including: Case #102640946883 – Identity verification fails in the Developer App. A valid Spanish government-issued ID is rejected because it doesn’t match the Apple ID region (UK), even though the company and bank are UK-based. We were told this was escalated on 16 July, but we’ve received no update since. Case #102649610325 – Payment attempts fail when enrolling via the web portal. We’ve tried 4 different cards, 2 banks (Wise & Lloyds), and even a card previously used to enroll successfully. Banks confirm Apple is not even submitting a payment attempt. We've followed all instructions (Private Safari window, re-submitted enrollment, etc.), but nothing works. No resolution or clarification has been provided, and the situation is seriously impacting our operations and client timeline. We are requesting: An update on the escalated identity verification issue (Case #102640946883) Clarification on whether our entity is being blocked internally from enrolling Escalation to someone who can provide a real resolution We would appreciate any help or visibility from Apple Developer Relations or anyone with similar experience. Our developer account is unable to renew through the https://developer.apple.com
Hello, Our developer account is unable to renew through the https://developer.apple.com/account website. The account will expire in 8 days. When clicking the "Renew Membership" button to proceed to the order details page, I filled in the required personal information and electronic invoice details as instructed. However, after clicking the "Continue to Payment Method" button, the website became unresponsive. By checking the console logs, I noticed a 500 error occurred on the website. Since we specifically require an electronic invoice, the Developer app cannot meet our needs. The account is nearing expiration. Could you please assist us by temporarily extending the account's expiration date? Your support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Cannot enroll
I can log in but not renew dev programm payment: Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership. In trader contact i see a wrong DUNS Number but i enabled no chance to edit. When i try to get a support call, error message wrong email. But in account is the right one confirmed. Thanks for helping, how can i enroll to the dev programm and publish my new App? Android is now approved and i stuck with IOS here.

We are a group of 10 friends using the same device and Apple ID, but each of us has a different account within the same app. We want to purchase the same auto-renewable monthly subscription plan, each using our own app credentials. The issue: after the first person subscribes, the next user (with a different in-app account) is unable to buy the same plan—it shows "already subscribed" and only allows access after the next billing cycle. We don’t mind the auto-renewal being charged each month by a different person. We just want each app account to have access to the same package independently, for 1 month each. How can we achieve this without changing the Apple ID or device?

Issue with Apple Developer Enrollment – Email Validation
Hi Forum, I am currently facing an issue with the Apple Developer enrollment process. My legal entity, Medinertia Technologies Pvt Ltd, is registered in India, and I have obtained a valid D-U-N-S number for it. I also purchased the domain medinertia.co.in and created a business email (support @medinertia.co.in). However, this email is still not being accepted during enrollment. Could you please clarify what domain extensions or email formats are supported for business verification? Without clear guidelines on acceptable domain names and email IDs, it becomes difficult and costly to keep purchasing multiple domains. Your guidance on the correct domain/email requirements will be greatly appreciated. Best regards, Uday

Developer Payment for Enrollment Not Working
I have been trying to pay for enrollment as a developer all day now. i received the same notification that authentication failed. I have tried different cards and all the address information is correct. I am unsure what to do. Support was useless.

Is my payment being processed?
Hi, I paid by credit card to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. I received the invoice by email, and it's been more than two business days and the dashboard still appears as shown in the screenshot below. It says the following (in Portuguese): "Purchase the subscription. To continue your subscription, complete your purchase now."

My developer account is set to expire on June 28th. I submitted the application for renewal half a month ago, but it has not been approved yet. It keeps showing that it is under review. Could you please tell me why?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment
I selected "Individual / Sole Proprietor" during enrollment, but I’m being redirected to an organization agreement with the message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” Why is this happening, and how can I restart enrollment properly as an individual?

我们这边收到的一个通知,是设置的订阅明明是6块,苹果通知过来的是renewalPrice是6000,个别是6000,也有600的,如何设置renewalPrice这个字段是除1000还是除100换算
