LONG PROGRAM ENROLLMENT PROCESS
I've been trying to enroll my account in a paid Apple Developer Program. I've attempted this for the third time, and the billing is in process according to the bank, yet it has been more than 48 hours and still no response. Even through Apple Support, I have not received a response to my inquiry. Please advise.

Unable to Complete Apple Developer Enrollment – No Response After Payment
Developer Tools & ServicesHello, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, but I’ve run into repeated issues and haven’t received any response or confirmation. Here’s what I’ve tried: I created a new Apple ID with my real name (first and last name). Enabled two-factor authentication. Verified that my billing and shipping addresses are complete. Tried enrolling both from the web and from the Apple Developer app on an iPhone. Used multiple valid credit and debit cards (Visa and Mastercard). Waited over 48 hours for confirmation or email—still nothing. No charges appear on my bank account either. I submitted a support request via the official Developer Support page but haven’t received any reply. I’m located in TUNISIA, and my Apple ID region matches my billing info and card. At this point, I’m unsure what’s going wrong or if my enrollment is blocked. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any advice on how to proceed or get a response from Apple? Thank you in advance. Apple developer account - stuck in enrolling for over 2 weeks
I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. Apple Developer Program Account Review Delays
I am posting here to express my significant concern regarding the excessive time my Apple Developer Program account application has been held under review. It has now been over a month. This application is for a non-profit church service app. I have provided every single piece of documentation requested—and then some. It honestly feels like I've submitted enough information that if they asked for the original blueprint of the church building, I could hand that over too. The entire process is currently stalled, preventing a service-oriented application from being deployed and ultimately hindering our outreach efforts. Has anyone else experienced a review period this long for a clear-cut non-profit application? More directly, to the Apple Developer Team: What is the current expected timeframe for approval, and why is this particular application still pending after more than 30 days, despite comprehensive documentation? This delay is beyond frustrating and needs an immediate resolution.

Convert from individual to organization membership
Hi all, I initiated the request to Apple to convert from individual to organization membership. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks since last email from Apple. Is there any way to escalate it? I am not receiving any further email updates after asking for an update twice. It would be really good at least to know how many days to expect the outcome if Apple could have simply replied so. Request for access to Family Controls entitlement
I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

Unable to Renew Developer Membership
This really shouldn't be this difficult. Here's the situation: We had a card linked to our Apple Developer account, which expired. It had already seen 2 successful membership purchases. We had auto-renewal turned on for the membership, which failed due to the expired card. I was unable to capture new payment details for about 2 days (battling with various Apple payment pages to get the new card added). But finally managed to do so. Now, there is no way to disable auto-renewal, and no way to trigger renewal. The membership is in expired status. We can't post updates, we can't take apps live. We have several clients eagerly awaiting publication of their apps. And Apple Support has been silent for over two weeks despite numerous requests. Anyone have any idea how to resolve this? I've tried almost every option described on every forum post.

Urgent: Developer Account Access Needed Before September
Hello everyone, I urgently need help with my Apple Developer account. It has been over one month since I started the enrollment process, and I still cannot access my account. My app must be published before September, and this delay is causing serious impact on my work. Developer Account Payment Made, But No Activation Email After 3 Weeks
Hello, I created an Apple Developer account and paid the €79 membership fee. It has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received any email confirming the activation or approval of my account. Apple mentioned that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but I have only received two emails related to the payment invoice. There has been no update regarding the status or activation of my developer account. Can someone help me understand what might be causing the delay, or how I can get in touch with the right support team to resolve this? Thank you.

Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

Developer Program Stuck in UAE Region Despite US Apple ID
Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already: • Set my Apple ID region to the United States • Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address • Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States • Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE. Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a hidden cache, setting, or workaround to get the Developer Program to recognize the U.S. region correctly? Any help would be massively appreciated. Thanks in advance

My developer account pending for more that 4 days. When I login to http://developer.apple.com, it show the following message: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple. Could anyone help to solve this problem?

I am trying to add some more capabilities to my app in the apple developer website. I checked the Notification option and hit save but whenever i refresh the option is left unchecked. I checked console logs and whenever i try saving I get an error.

So basically Apple suspended my developer account for no reason, I just had a lot of purchases from my game, then Apple sent me an email saying they are investigating my account, and finally they suspended my account, I don't know why, so can anyone help me?
