I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. I'm trying to make my own MDM server and I'm having trouble allowing nginx to proxy the connection. The web app I'm making can accept http requests so I require nginx. I'm using a certificate from letsencrypt. Every time I try to enroll a phone it instantly rejects at nginx. I have tried multiple cipher options in nginx. I found the following link and my cert supports all except the DHE ones but they say you only need 1. Hello all, I created an AppID. Selected "Associated Domains". Selected "MusicKit". I need to add my domains but do not see an option where to add the domains. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Has anyone else run across this after manually renewing an expired developer account? Happens when I go to the "Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles" page and click on anything. Also unable to download any of the iOS SDK's. Any ideas?

Hello Apple Developer Program, Every year this banner shows up, I would follow the link and update my card. It's never expired! My Apple account is able to charge my monthly iClould+ just fine. How come, it can't charge my apple developer account?

Hi I am a new self taught developer who is atm working on the backend of my app. My app successfully collects location of users and stores it to cloudkits public database. I now want to write a python script and run it on a local server on my windows terminal which fetches users who are in a certain proximity to each other so i can trigger a flow on the app. Can someone first of all tell me if this is even possible the way im attempting it. Also atm all i am doing is generating a server to server key which makes me generate a public and private key and i use the private key file eckey.pem plus key id plus container plus team ID to query the required data. but when i run it i get a 401 error (no authorization). I am so stumped as there arent many resources available to help direct me to the right path. Can someone please offer some help/insight/confidence. thanks alot

I have a MacBook with AppleCare+ recently purchased retail (no business account or associated developer account) from the Cupertino visitor center store that is configured with developer mode force enabled. Is it expected for a retail purchased, non-provisioned device to be set up with developer mode force enabled? Or did I hit the lotto?

We've observed two refund cases where we only received REFUND notifications without the expected CONSUMPTION_REQUEST notifications. Both cases came from the same user account. According to documentation, we should first receive CONSUMPTION_REQUEST before any REFUND notification. Has anyone encountered similar selective missing notifications? Could this be user-specific or related to particular refund circumstances? Environment: Production environment Valid server notifications setup (other notifications work fine) Only these two cases from same user showed this behavior

Hello, I created an Apple Developer account and paid the €79 membership fee. It has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received any email confirming the activation or approval of my account. Apple mentioned that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but I have only received two emails related to the payment invoice. There has been no update regarding the status or activation of my developer account. Hi everyone, I'm having an issue completing my Apple Developer Program enrollment. After submitting payment, I keep seeing the message: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” It’s been over 1 week, and this message hasn’t changed. I’ve already made the purchase twice. I’ve tried: • Logging out and back into my Apple ID • Using different browsers • Waiting patiently as instructed (well beyond 48 hours) Still, I can't proceed or access my developer account. This is blocking my app release, and I haven’t been able to get a clear response from the portal. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I escalate this to get it resolved? Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

Hi everyone, I'm an indie developer and I'm currently dealing with a confusing and concerning issue with Apple. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar. 🔻 What happened: I’m based in Poland and recently opened a sole proprietorship. A few days before the issue, I updated my W-8BEN tax form (correcting my personal ID to my business tax ID – NIP). Then, one day before my scheduled monthly payout, I received an email from Apple saying: "Your payments are on hold – we’ve noticed irregular activity on your account." All payments were suddenly put on hold with no specific reason given. My app remains live and available on the App Store. I wasn’t warned ahead of time, and there’s no detailed explanation from Apple so far. 🔸 My questions: Has anyone else had all their payments withheld right before payout like this? What were the reasons in your case (tax issues, account verification, “irregular activity”, etc.)? How long did it take to resolve, and did Apple eventually release the funds? I’ve contacted Apple Finance, but responses so far have been generic and slow. Any advice, experience, or clarification would be extremely appreciated — this payout is essential for covering my operating costs, and being left without funds so suddenly is pretty rough.
