Migration to Organization Account pending for 3 weeks - Case ID: 102799400229
Hi everyone, I'm looking for some insight or advice regarding the timeline for migrating from an Individual to an Organizational developer account. My request was initiated on January 11th, making it over three weeks now. The last communication I received from the support team was on January 24th (8 days ago). Despite sending follow-up inquiries to check on the status or if additional documentation is required, I haven’t received any updates since then. Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? Is there a specific channel or method to escalate this beyond the standard follow-up emails? Request Started: Jan 11, 2026 Last Contact: Jan 24, 2026 Case ID: 102799400229 Thanks in advance for any help!

How Do You Handle Certificates for Client Owned iOS Apps
Hi all, I’m enrolling in the Apple Developer Program as an Individual and working with a freelance iOS developer. The developer is telling me that on an Individual account, they cannot create or manage signing certificates or provisioning profiles unless I either share my Apple ID credentials or export and share a P12 certificate. My understanding is that with App Store Connect Admin access and Xcode managed signing, a third party developer can build, sign, upload builds, manage TestFlight, and submit apps using their own Apple ID without credential or private key sharing. Can anyone confirm the current recommended Apple workflow for this scenario? Is there any functional requirement to enroll as an Organization in order to avoid sharing Apple ID credentials or P12 certificates? Thanks in advance.

Admin on Organization team but cannot access CIP
Hi all, I’m an Admin user in an Apple Developer Program (Organization) team, but I’m unable to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles (CIP) on developer.apple.com. I’d like to understand what permission is missing and where it should be enabled. Context Program type: Apple Developer Program (Organization) My role in App Store Connect: Admin I can access App Store Connect normally, but CIP resources on developer.apple.com are blocked. The Account Holder can access CIP normally. What I see (Problem) In the Apple Developer portal → Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get: “Access Unavailable — You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Contact your team's Account Holder or an Admin.” In Xcode → Settings → Accounts → Team, the “Certificates, Identifiers, & Profiles” section shows a red error indicator and doesn’t load. Only my account is affected; the Account Holder is not. What we’ve tried / confirmed Membership is active (renewal date is valid) Signed out/in of Xcode and re-added my Apple ID Confirmed selecting the correct Organization team in Xcode / Developer portal Account Holder confirmed they can access CIP Questions For an Organization team, what exact permission(s) are required for a member to access Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles? Where is this access controlled — App Store Connect → Users and Access vs developer.apple.com → People? If Admin in App Store Connect is not sufficient, what additional role/setting is needed to grant CIP access?

No service and no complaints procedure
Hi, I requested a callback for Developer support as I was trying to set up a new Apple Developer account for my employer. As this was a new business for Apple, looking to create an Apple Developer Premium account, I thought Apple might be even slightly interested in helping answer some key questions. I requested a callback. The page claimed they would be 'calling shortly'. No call came. So, I requested another callback... The page again claimed they would be 'calling shortly'. Yet again, no call came. Later, I requested yet another callback... The page again claimed they would be 'calling shortly'. As is the norm, no call came. I called Apple support main telephone number, and they explained that this was a failing of their system on their part, hurrah... that was correct. But they told me they could not deal with my issue as it was a developer support issue. I already have a developer account anyway, so really they should be supporting me, I already PAY them! So normal support could only help in so far as they were able to tell me what I already know, the Apple developer support system does not work. The thing is, nobody at Apple actually cares about this. They don't really care about anything, as is clear by the lack of means to escalate issues. So, I sent an email instead, through their website form. I received no response. The next day, I requested another callback, no call came. I sent another email, and got no response. It is totally exasperating that Apple have no functional complaints system at all, and is damning of the origination. It is perfectly clear that they regard users, and customers, with abject contempt. Now I am going to have to write a snail mail letter to their CEO in the USA in the hope that they given more of a damn than those they preside over.

Payment pending for weeks to access the Developer Program
Hi, My payment has been pending since early January to join the developer program in spite of the mention that it should be processed in a couple business days. This is preventing me from moving forward with my app. I see several similar issues on the Forum but no answer to my issue. Any thoughts on how to speed up this process? Any help would be much appreciated!

Unable to Subscribe to Apple Developer Program
I have been attempting to complete my enrollment for the Apple Developer Program, but each time I try, I am shown the message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” The issue persists across multiple attempts and days, and I am unable to proceed further. I am signed in with my Apple ID, and the error appears immediately during the enrollment process. Could you please advise on: Whether this is a known issue affecting my region, or If there are any additional steps or verification required to complete enrollment from Cameroon? I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide, as I am eager to continue with development using Apple’s platforms. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Developer account payment issue
Im having trouble paying for my new developer account and it seems its been an ongoing issue for new enrollments. Has anyone else had this issue? If so how did you manage to resolve it? I keep getting "Your payment authorisation failed on card. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." I tried different cards, called my bank, tried on safari, tried on the app and been back and forth with support for a couple of weeks no with no solution. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot enrol and now the button is in grey
I tried to enrol and because I have logged in my computer with an account and it shows not support my account etc. therefore I logged in another account on the Developer App, it went smoothly at the beginning. Then it took me to the yearly subscription and showing billing for the account on my computer. I thought this was not okay. Therefore I signed out the account on my computer and logged the same account as I used for the Developer App. I restarted the process. Filled in basic information, address, then Next. Boom, it said something was wrong and I needed to contact support. I did, but they told me there was an error indication for my account, no solutions what I could do. So what? I am forever not able to publish on Apple Store? Does it mean I should continue my test flight on Android? What's wrong with this? Who could help me?

Apple Developer Program enrolment stuck for weeks with no response
Hello, I am seeking guidance on a prolonged and unresolved Apple Developer Program enrollment issue. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual and submitted a request to migrate the account to an organization Thriveage on Monday, January 15, 2026. After follow-ups, I was informed that additional documents were required to link my individual and company accounts. I submitted all requested documents within 30 minutes of receiving that communication. Since then, the enrollment status has remained in “Processing” with no updates. I have been informed that no timeline can be provided for completion. Despite contacting Apple Developer Support 3–4 times over several days, I have received no meaningful response or status update. At this point: It has been over 15 days since enrollment, and More than 3 business days have passed since the last support communication. There have been: No further requests for documentation No explanation for the delay This unresolved delay is now blocking our ability to publish applications and meet active business commitments. I would appreciate clarity on the following: Is this delay within normal processing timelines? Is there a formal escalation path for enrollment cases that remain in “Processing” without updates? Should I expect a phone verification call, or is there a specific action I should proactively take to move this forward? I am requesting a clear update or direction from Apple Developer Support on how this case can be resolved. Any assistance from Apple staff or developers who have faced and resolved similar issues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program enrolment stuck for 12+ days with no response on timeline
Hello everyone, I’m looking for advice from anyone who has gone through a similar experience with Apple Developer Program enrollment. I initially enrolled as an individual and submitted a request to migrate the account to an organization under Thriveage Wellness Private Limited on Monday, January 15, 2026. After a few follow-ups, I was informed that I needed to submit documents linking my individual account to the company account. I provided the requested documents within 30 minutes of that communication. Since then, the enrollment status has remained stuck in “Processing” with no further updates. Support has informed me that they cannot provide any timeline for completion. Over the past several days, I’ve contacted Apple Developer Support 3–4 times but have not received any response. At this point: It has been over 12 days since enrolment, and more than 3 business days since the last support update or email. There have been: No requests for additional documents No phone call for identity verification No explanation for the delay This situation is blocking our ability to publish apps and move forward with business commitments. Has anyone recently experienced an enrolment delay of this length? Is there a specific escalation path that helped resolve the issue? Should I expect a phone verification call, or is there something I should proactively request from Apple? Any guidance from Apple staff or developers who have resolved a similar case would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Notarization rejected with statusCode 7000 – Team not configured (new developer account)
I’m a newly enrolled Apple Developer Program member and am trying to notarize my first macOS app using notarytool. My enrollment is fully completed: Payment completed Free Apps and Paid Apps Agreements are Active Banking and tax (W-8BEN) are Active DSA compliance (EU) is Active However, every notarization submission is immediately rejected with: statusCode: 7000 “Team is not yet configured for notarization.” The rejection happens before any analysis (ticketContents is null), which suggests an account-level provisioning issue rather than a signing or app problem. I’ve already opened a Developer Programs Support case under: Development & Technical → Other Development or Technical Questions, and provided recent Job IDs for escalation. For developers who have encountered this recently: Is this typically resolved by Apple enabling Developer ID notarization on the backend? Is there anything else required from the developer side once agreements are active? Any confirmation or shared experience would be appreciated.

https://api.storekit.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/history/ Bug
Hello, We are currently using the App Store Server API - Get Transaction History endpoint to check whether consumable in-app purchase orders are completed. (https://api.storekit.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/history/) Recently, we’ve been seeing some cases where consumable purchases appear in the transaction history as completed orders, even though they were already fully processed and delivered to the user. This behavior seems to be a possible issue or bug in the App Store Server API. We would like to understand why this happens. Is there any known situation where consumable purchases reappear as completed orders in the transaction history after fulfillment? What is the most reliable method or best practice to confirm the completion status of consumable purchases to prevent re-processing? We would appreciate any insights or experiences from other developers who have encountered a similar issue. Thank you.
