We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Is there anyone who can help with this?”

Hi, We run an app house where we're creating a new app through our store for clients every few weeks. We've been using the Apple ID login through fastlane to create new apps in our CI, however we find having to log in to multiple machines every few weeks very frustrating, as it requires 2fa, and always seems to happen right when the system admins are on leave. We've tried to use the API key instead however creating apps doesn't appear to be supported, as we get a 403 error stating we can't use create. This was with the App manager role. Is it at all possible to crate an app using the api key, turn off the timeout on the ID Login or, automate this so we don't need to log in every few weeks?

We are a sub-office (chapter) of an organization, but we operate independently under a government gazette notification. We have obtained our own D-U-N-S Number in our chapter’s name. However, when we try to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, Apple is not accepting our D-U-N-S Number. The response we received was that we need to use the account of our head office. The issue is that we are effectively a head office ourselves, operating independently with government recognition, and other platforms have already accepted our D-U-N-S Number without issue. Has anyone faced a similar situation? How can we resolve this with Apple so our chapter can have its own developer account?

Hello I have been developing an app that I want to deploy on the App Store through EAS cloud. My boss had purchased the apple developer account and invited me to a development team and I signed in with the same credentials. But when I try eas build and then select IOS as the platform I am getting this error shown in the image. Does this mean I have to purchase an apple developer account? Any help would be greatly appreciated

We requested our renewal almost 4 weeks ago. No status updates at all. When we've asked support, we get "It's been escalated" and that we just have to wait. We have quite a large number of people who can't do their work as a result and it's causing a major impact. Is there ANYONE at @apple that can help push our renewal through? Anyone???

Hi everyone, I made a mistake when submitting my first app and accidentally set my developer name as the app name instead of my business name. Now all my apps show the wrong developer name on the App Store. Apple support said it can't be changed after the first app, but I've seen some posts mentioning people got it changed through support. Has anyone successfully changed their developer name after initial setup? Is closing the account and starting fresh the only real option? Really don't want to lose my app's reviews and ratings. Hey everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program as a company (LLC), and I’m the sole owner and CEO. I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Your account isn’t authorized to upload files.” Has anyone faced this before? Is there a fix or do I need to contact Apple directly? Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? I am testing the Music API and I am hitting walls every single moment when I try to do something that is DOCUMENTED but doesn't work/exists. Documentation says, /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}/view/{view}/ NEVER returns 404, while I am getting 404 for even content I know it's available on Apple Music. e.g /v1/catalog/us/artists/1487603897/view/appears-on-albums/ results 404 while they are appearing on an album FRIGID TORTURE of Nosphere artist. So when I request for appears-on or featured albums it shoud appear as a result, but I get 404. It's here so it should appear: https://music.apple.com/us/album/frigid-silence/1791001624?i=1791001626 I found NO WAY to get that album for this artist using the API, which is very frustrating and annoying. Similarly if I try this: /v1/catalog/us/artists/{ID}?views=>appears-on-albums it will result an EMPTY array for the data property Also the documentation is unclear about the several limitation max values, many parameters (e.g. include parameters are unknown ) we can't tell what value can we use. Is Apple Music Api unreliable or I just don't understand something?! I don't even understand why I have to do 4 different requests to get an artists all albums (full, single, featured, appears-on)... this should be MUCH more easier to do it one single request (with pagination). We are working on a long-term major investment in music startup and trying to move from Spotify API (due to recent changes and limitations) and finding a better alternative. Based on the docs Apple Music API seemed the most promising one, but now we are testing it we are very disappointed so far. So should we trust in this or should we forget about Apple Music API?

My legal entity, Medinertia Technologies Pvt Ltd, is registered in India, and I have obtained a valid D-U-N-S number for it. I also purchased the domain medinertia.co.in and created a business email (support @medinertia.co.in). However, this email is still not being accepted during enrollment. Could you please clarify what domain extensions or email formats are supported for business verification? Without clear guidelines on acceptable domain names and email IDs, it becomes difficult and costly to keep purchasing multiple domains. We are a group of 10 friends using the same device and Apple ID, but each of us has a different account within the same app. We want to purchase the same auto-renewable monthly subscription plan, each using our own app credentials. The issue: after the first person subscribes, the next user (with a different in-app account) is unable to buy the same plan—it shows "already subscribed" and only allows access after the next billing cycle. We don’t mind the auto-renewal being charged each month by a different person. We just want each app account to have access to the same package independently, for 1 month each. How can we achieve this without changing the Apple ID or device?
