Getting 401 Unauthenticated when calling StoreKit In-App API with JWT
Hello, I am trying to call the StoreKit In-App API, but I am consistently receiving a 401 Unauthenticated error. Here is what I have done so far: JWT creation (via https://jwt.io): Header: { "alg": "ES256", "kid": "**********", "typ": "JWT" } Payload: { "iss": "********-e662-43d2-be42-012d0138ce39", "aud": "appstoreconnect-v1", "iat": 1757389187, "exp": 1757390987 } Private Key (.p8): -----BEGIN PRIVATE KEY----- -----END PRIVATE KEY----- Algorithm used: ES256 This generates the JWT successfully. API Call: I then include the JWT in the request header as follows: Authorization: Bearer ************ Endpoint: https://api.storekit-sandbox.itunes.apple.com/inApps/v1/transactions/2000001003740262 Response: Status: 401 Unauthenticated Request ID: S3KCYHDVRMDKUT3TZVTY3QRRWM.0.0 Has anyone else faced this issue? Is there something incorrect with how I’m generating the JWT (e.g., iat/exp values, formatting, or encoding)? Do I need to generate separate keys for Sandbox and Production, or is the same key valid for both? Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Developer Account Yearly Purchased Money Taken Twice
In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed". But in the main page it says Purchase your membership. continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

Getting invalid_client error when using Sign in with Apple (Web) via Firebase
I'm currently facing an issue while integrating Sign in with Apple on a Firebase web app using JavaScript. ✅ What I’ve done: Created a Service ID Created an App ID and enabled Sign in with Apple Linked the Service ID to the App ID under Web Authentication Configuration and also add these Domains and sub-domains: apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com Registered return URL: https://apple-signin-test-next.firebaseapp.com/__/auth/handler Generated a key with Sign in with Apple capability and added: Key ID Team ID Private Key Client ID (Service ID not App ID) all in the Firebase Auth Apple Sign-In configuration I’ve tried multiple test projects and keys, including deleting and recreating everything, but I still consistently receive this error: invalid_client 🔎 Additional Details: The client_id in the auth request matches the Service ID exactly I’m not using an iOS app — this is purely web-based Sign in with Apple I am using a valid Apple Developer account enrolled in the program What could be the reason Apple keeps returning invalid_client even though all configuration seems correct? Please help us to resolve the issue. We are ready to connect for a call too. Thanks

From my understanding of the App Store Review Guidelines, apps involving real-money gaming must comply with specific rules around licensing, geo-restriction, and payment handling. However, I’d appreciate clarification on the following points: 1. Licensing Requirements: • What type of license or legal documentation is required for listing an RMG app in India? • Does Apple require proof of approval from Indian gaming authorities? 2. Geo-restrictions: • If certain Indian states do not permit real-money Rummy, how should those states be restricted within the app? • Does Apple mandate geo-fencing at the app level? 3. Developer account renew payment refused
Hi, We're trying to renew our subscription as we've always done before. But somehow all our credit cards were rejected. We've tried changing to different cards but with no success. The error message we get is: We are unable to complete your order. There was an issue processing your order. Verify that your information is correct and try again. If you need further assistance, contact us. If you'd please be so kind as to help us figure this out. We don't know what the issue is exactly. And we got an email saying: To avoid a delay in receiving your order, contact us via the Developer page to change your payment information. If after 4 days we're still unable to process your payment, your order will be canceled. You may contact your card provider to find more information. We've tried the developer app as suggested and that didn't work as well. We got the following error: We've sent a reply in the emails we got but there were no answers and every method you propose does not seem to tell us why 4 credit cards from 3 different countries were all rejected. Please, send us an explaination first as to why the payments were rejected and then what can we do to solve this ASAP Best regards Best regards.

I paid to activate the developer account but 1 month has passed!
Hello. I paid 1012 Turkish Liras from Turkey a month ago, maybe more than a month ago, through my Apple Developer Account, and my order number is as follows: W1340824368 The fee has been reduced but I have not received any notification or email! All documents are available. Please guide and help me, thank you.

Delay beyond 75 days - Apple Developer Program Enrolment for non-profit
Applied to the developer program with the waiver for a non-profit that I'm associated with. Application process was initiated on July 4th 2025 and have followed up multiple times since to get an update or clarity on timelines. We have a DUNS number. We are a registered NON PROFIT in INDIA and have the relevant documentation as required by them. We have submitted all of these documents at least twice for review but there's no update from Apple's end. Anyone have any recourse for escalation?

Request for access to Family Controls entitlement
I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

Stuck in Manual ID Review for Apple Developer Program (39 Days and Counting)
Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.

Enrollment Blocked for Near 2 Months – (Case #102640946883 and Case #102649610325)
We’ve been trying to complete enrollment in the Apple Developer Program as a UK-registered company for over a month now, but we’re still blocked without a solution. We’ve opened multiple support cases, including: Case #102640946883 – Identity verification fails in the Developer App. A valid Spanish government-issued ID is rejected because it doesn’t match the Apple ID region (UK), even though the company and bank are UK-based. We were told this was escalated on 16 July, but we’ve received no update since. Case #102649610325 – Payment attempts fail when enrolling via the web portal. We’ve tried 4 different cards, 2 banks (Wise & Lloyds), and even a card previously used to enroll successfully. Banks confirm Apple is not even submitting a payment attempt. We've followed all instructions (Private Safari window, re-submitted enrollment, etc.), but nothing works. No resolution or clarification has been provided, and the situation is seriously impacting our operations and client timeline. We are requesting: An update on the escalated identity verification issue (Case #102640946883) Clarification on whether our entity is being blocked internally from enrolling Escalation to someone who can provide a real resolution We would appreciate any help or visibility from Apple Developer Relations or anyone with similar experience. WeatherKit - conditionCode rules
Hello, We’re using the Apple WeatherKit API in our application and would like to better understand how the conditionCode field is determined in the hourly data. In particular, we have encountered cases where both rain and strong winds occurred within the same hour, but the conditionCode returned was related to wind (e.g. windy), even though rain was present and more relevant to our use case. Could you please clarify: What is the logic or prioritization used by WeatherKit when selecting the conditionCode for an hourly period that includes multiple weather events? Is rain ever prioritized over wind in this field? If so, under what conditions? Since precipitation has more impact for our analyses and decision-making than wind, understanding how this field is computed is important for us. Thank you in advance for your help. Best regards,

Couldn't open apple account from Bangladesh
I'm trying to open an Apple account to enroll in the developer programme from Bangladesh but couldn't get verification code on Bangladeshi phone number. So basically Apple suspended my developer account for no reason, I just had a lot of purchases from my game, then Apple sent me an email saying they are investigating my account, and finally they suspended my account, I don't know why, so can anyone help me?

HELP I can't access my program resources
Hello, I logged in to my Developer Account and I can't access my Program Resources - img 1 Even if I try to re-enroll, it doesnt allow me as I'm already enrolled - img 2 I have just emailed support and phone support is only available on weeks days. I need to access my certificates asap to fix a push notification issue. Any suggestions?

I paid for an Apple Developer membership, but can only sign 3 apps and restricted to 7 day certificates. I don't even seem to have a way to verify if I am in fact enrolled in the developer program despite being charged for it

Not able to register new APPID
Hi I have just create a new account on developer and I want to register a new APPID when I navigate to https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list I am not able to see the + button to register a new APPID.
