Corporate Developer Account Terminated Without Specific Explanation or Opportunity to Respond
Hello everyone, I’m writing this post in the hope of hearing from other developers who may have experienced a similar situation, and to better understand whether this level of action without transparency is common. Our company, VISION VENTURES TEKNOLOJİ TASARIM VE PAZARLAMA A.Ş., is the developer of Watchlabb, an app that has been available on the App Store for approximately six months. Watchlabb is not an online watch retailer. We do not own watches, buy watches, or sell watches. Our platform simply connects independent buyers and sellers of authentic watches, allowing them to publish listings, create auctions, and communicate directly with each other. From the very beginning, our goal has been to build one of Turkey’s safest marketplaces for authentic watches. To achieve this, we have invested significant effort into protecting users by: Reviewing listings before publication. Rejecting counterfeit and replica watches. Verifying user identities. Moderating marketplace activity. Building a transparent and trustworthy environment for collectors and buyers. In other words, our platform exists to prevent fraud, not enable it. Despite this, Apple terminated our entire corporate Developer Program membership under Section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. The notice states that Apple has “documented indications of fraudulent conduct associated with your account.” However, it does not explain: What specific conduct allegedly violated the agreement. Which feature, transaction, listing, or activity is involved. Whether the concern relates to a specific user. What evidence led Apple to this conclusion. Before the termination: We never received a warning. We were never informed that our account was under investigation. We were never asked to provide additional information. We were never given an opportunity to explain or correct anything. Even more confusing, our latest app update was approved through App Review just three days before our developer account was terminated. This decision affects much more than our company. We currently have approximately: 2,800 registered users, hundreds of active listings, ongoing auctions, professional stores operating on our platform. Many businesses rely on our application to reach customers, and many users depend on it to buy and sell authentic watches safely. As a registered company, we have contractual obligations, commercial partnerships, and responsibilities toward both our sellers and our users. Having our entire developer account terminated without knowing what specific conduct Apple believes occurred has placed both our business and our community in an extremely difficult position. We fully support Apple’s efforts to protect users and maintain the integrity of the App Store. Those are values we share. What we struggle to understand is how such a severe action can be taken without identifying the specific facts behind the allegation or giving a company the opportunity to respond before permanently terminating its developer account. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Were you able to obtain more detailed information from Apple or successfully resolve the issue? Any advice or shared experience would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Unable to see betas (Mac / iOS)
I’m having a weird issue that I wonder if someone might be able to shed some light on. I’m a fully registered Apple Developer. Paid the $99 a few months ago and have since published 2 iOS apps. So fully registered - this part is important to remember. Also, only one AppleID that I’ve used for years. Zero chance of the issue being a wrong Apple ID. The issue, I can’t see the Mac OS 27 beta or iOS 27 beta being available to download on any of my devices. 2 fully up to date Mac’s (mini / m5 air) running the latest production version of Tahoe and an iPhone 17 pro max, running the latest production version of iOS. When I go to the beta section in software updates all I see is the iOS 26 / Mac OS 26 public betas. Nothing about 27. I have signed in / out of beta updates, no change. Nothing to sign on the developer site. Anyone ever see this before? I have no idea what to do. I emailed apple developer support but who knows when I’ll hear back.

App removed from sale after 5.6 rejection – resubmitted 11+ days ago, still "Waiting for Review"
Hello, Our app was removed from sale following a Guideline 5.6 (Developer Code of Conduct) notice on July 22, 2026, citing concerns about "hidden functionality". We responded in detail explaining our multi-tenant, role-based architecture and provided full Review account access with no restrictions. We submitted a corrected build (version 1.1) on July 24, 2026, which has now been in "Waiting for Review" for 11+ days with no update, rejection, or further communication. App Name: Stay Easie Apple ID: 6784701866 Current version: 1.1 Submitted: July 24, 2026 Guideline referenced: 5.6.0 Developer Code of Conduct We have already: Submitted an expedited review request Called Apple Developer Support multiple times Provided complete role-based review credentials and detailed clarifications The app is currently unavailable on the App Store and this is directly impacting our client's business operations. Could someone from the app review team please take a look at this case? Happy to Provide any additional information needed. Thank you.

Individual Apple Developer enrollment in India blocked by “Unable to Continue”
I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program from India through the Apple Developer app. The app immediately displays: “Unable to Continue. Contact support at https://developer.apple.com/contact/.” I cannot proceed to enrollment type selection, identity verification, agreement, or payment. The issue is reproducible on an iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 26.5.2 with Apple Developer app 11.0.2. I verified the Apple Account details at account.apple.com, checked the Developer Account website, and confirmed that Apple Developer System Status reports no enrollment incident. The website shows “Join the Apple Developer Program” / “Enroll today,” while the required app flow remains blocked. I have opened a Developer Support case requesting a manual enrollment-state review and have filed Feedback Assistant report FB24014432 with the exact screenshot and reproduction steps. Has Apple Developer Support identified whether this alert normally indicates a stale historical enrollment, an unresolved identity-verification state, an account-information mismatch, or another backend restriction? I am specifically trying to determine the correct official escalation, secure verification, or reset procedure. Please do not suggest web enrollment as a workaround; Apple’s documentation states that enrollment in India must use the Apple Developer app.

Apple Developer membership originally paid through Russian App Store cannot be renewed with another Apple Account
My Apple Developer Program membership was originally purchased through the Apple Developer app using a Russian Apple Account for Media & Purchases. Current membership details: Program: Apple Developer Program Enrollment type: Individual Membership is active until August 31, 2026 The developer account and all apps are still accessible Automatic renewal has been cancelled Payments are no longer available for the Russian App Store region I created a second Apple Account with the United States as the country/region and successfully added a valid US payment card to it. My current setup is: Apple Developer app: signed in with the original Apple Account that owns the developer membership, Team ID, and apps Media & Purchases on the iPhone: signed in with the new US Apple Account Valid US payment method: added to the US Apple Account However, I cannot renew the membership: There is no Renew or Resubscribe button in the Apple Developer app There is no Renew Membership button on the Apple Developer website The new US Apple Account cannot see or manage the existing Apple Developer subscription The original Russian Apple Account still shows the cancelled subscription, active until August 31, 2026, but cannot use the US payment card because of the region restriction Has anyone successfully solved this situation? Specifically: Is it possible to renew an existing Apple Developer membership using a different Media & Purchases Apple Account? Will the Renew or Resubscribe button appear only after the current membership expires? Can Apple Developer Support switch this membership from App Store billing to manual web renewal? Should I change the country/region of the original Russian Apple Account to the United States instead? Is there a supported way to transfer the Apple Developer subscription between Apple Accounts without transferring the apps or creating a new developer membership? I do not want to create a new developer team or transfer the apps. I only need a supported way to pay the annual fee and keep the current Team ID and applications. Any recent experience from developers who originally paid through the Russian App Store would be very helpful.

Organization enrollment stuck in identity verification loop — Enrollment ID: 6X23Y99AX3
Hello everyone, I'm hoping someone from the Apple Developer Support team or the community can help shed some light on my situation, as I seem to be stuck in a verification loop and unable to move my organization's enrollment forward. We are enrolling as an organization (LLC). I received an email from Apple stating they could not verify my identity and association with the enrolling entity, and they requested several specific documents: Applicant's government-issued photo ID Applicant's employment verification Excerpt from the entrepreneurial registry for LLC I successfully submitted all of these documents in English via the secure file-upload portal (https://developer.apple.com/contact/file-upload/) exactly as requested. However, we have not received any response, status update, or further instructions since the upload. The status remains pending. Here are the details for my enrollment: Enrollment ID: 6X23Y99AX3 Country: Georgia Additionally, because we are located in Georgia, the "Call Me" phone support option is not available for our region in the contact portal, which makes it incredibly difficult to get real-time assistance or escalate the issue. I have submitted an email ticket, but given the critical nature of this developer account for our business timelines, being stuck in this silent waiting period is very concerning.

Failed to generate new user info using transfer_sub (Sign in with Apple)
Hello, I’m transferring an app from my individual account to my corporate developer account. I’m the primary owner of both accounts. I’m trying to transfer the users that used Sign In with Apple and this is what I did: I generated the transfer identifier for all the users that used Sign In with Apple from the database (50.000 users → 100% success rate) I’m using the transfer identifier previously generated to create the new Apple ID and private email address of the user. (40% success rate) I successfully generated new Apple ID and private email address for 20.000 users but for the other 30.000 users I cannot generate it because I get { error: 'invalid_request’ } on the migration endpoint (/auth/usermigrationinfo), even though I'm using the same request parameters as the ones that are working. I couldn’t find any difference between users that could be migrated and the users that couldn’t. It doesn’t matter if they are old users or new users. What I found is that I can generate the new Apple ID and private email address if the user signs in with Apple for the first time after the app transfer. Then I can use the “transfer_sub” that I have stored for the user to generate the new user details. The same process worked fine for another app that I transferred. Something seems to be broken only for this app on 60% of the users that used Sign In with Apple. Please let me know if you need further information Best, Cosmin

Organization Enrollment Declined After D-U-N-S Verification – Requesting Guidance
Hello Apple Developer Community, I am looking for guidance regarding an Apple Developer Program organization enrollment issue. I am enrolling as a Company / Organization for my US LLC. My organization has a valid D-U-N-S Number, and Apple Developer's D-U-N-S lookup successfully recognizes my company information. I also received confirmation from Apple Developer Relations that my D-U-N-S information can be used for organization enrollment. However, my organization enrollment was declined without a clear explanation. During the previous review process, there was also a technical issue with my company email server, and I may have missed some communication from Apple Developer Support. The email issue has now been resolved. I am the founder and authorized representative of the company, and I can provide any required company documents or verification information. Has anyone experienced a similar situation where: D-U-N-S verification was successful, company information matched, but organization enrollment was still declined? Any advice on how to request a proper manual review would be appreciated. Thank you.

Apple Developer Program enrollment blocked by identity name mismatch after payment
Hello, I am having difficulty completing my Apple Developer Program enrollment because the name on my enrollment does not exactly match the name format on my Pakistani identity document. My enrollment was created under Ovais Mukati. “Mukati” is my family name. However, my Pakistani identity document displays my official name together with my father’s name, Jawed, which has caused Apple’s verification system to identify a name mismatch. The full situation is: I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and paid the membership fee. I initially uploaded identity documents that Apple considered to be in an unsupported language, Urdu. I then uploaded documents containing the information in English. 3. Those documents were also rejected because the enrollment name did not match the name shown on the identity document. I contacted Developer Support several times and asked whether they could either: update my enrollment name to match my accepted identity document; provide an alternative manual identity-verification process; or refund the membership payment if the enrollment cannot be completed. 3. My latest support request has remained unanswered for approximately seven days. I am the genuine account owner and applicant, and I am willing to complete any reasonable verification, including video verification, a live selfie, phone verification, payment verification, or submission of additional official documents. Has anyone experienced a similar issue with Pakistani identification documents or with an enrollment name that differs from the name format on the ID? What is the correct way to request a legal-name correction for an Apple Developer Program enrollment? If the name cannot be corrected, how can I formally request cancellation and a refund for the paid membership? I understand that forum members cannot access my account or support cases. I am looking for guidance on the correct escalation route or the specific Developer Support category I should use. Thank you.

Unable to upload builds to App Store Connect or access my Developer Program membership
For almost two weeks, I haven’t been able to upload any builds from Xcode to App Store Connect. I first noticed the problem on July 19, when I tried to upload a new build of my app. I received the following errors: No Account for Team … Add a new account in Accounts settings or verify that your accounts have valid credentials. and: No signing certificate “iOS Distribution” foundNo “iOS Distribution” signing certificate matching team ID … with a private key was found. I then checked my account on developer.apple.com. Instead of information about my membership, I saw this message: Join the Apple Developer Program When you’re ready to build more advanced capabilities and distribute your apps, you can join the Apple Developer Program to distribute on the App Store. However, when I click “Enroll today,” I get this message: Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time.Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership. I also can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles section. Instead, I see: Access Unavailable This resource is only for developers enrolled in a developer program or members of an organization’s team in a developer program. My Apple Developer Program membership is paid and active. It appears on the list of active subscriptions associated with my Apple Account. I contacted Apple Developer Support by email (Case ID: 102946376316). After several days, I received a brief message saying that my case had been escalated to senior advisors for further review. As I didn’t receive any further updates, I contacted phone support. The first advisor I spoke to, more than a week ago, was unable to help and only asked me to wait. A few days later, I called again. This time, the advisor sent me a link where I could upload my ID and proof of address. I submitted both documents immediately, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved, and I haven’t received any further information. Today, I tried to contact phone support again, but I couldn’t reach an advisor despite trying throughout the day. I’m a relatively new developer and started developing apps about a year ago. Recently, one of my apps has begun getting more downloads, and some users have even purchased subscriptions. I really want to continue developing the app and adding new features, but this problem has prevented me from doing so for almost two weeks. It’s extremely frustrating. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? If so, how long did it take Apple to resolve it? Is there anything else I can do?

Organization enrollment stuck in "being processed" since March 11, 2026 — Enrollment ID 827PLC4U54
Our organization enrollment has been showing "Your enrollment is being processed" since March 11, 2026 — more than four months, with no change in status. Enrollment ID: 827PLC4U54 What we have verified on our side: The Apple ID on the account is active with two-factor authentication enabled. The D-U-N-S lookup resolves our legal entity correctly, and the account page shows the entity name as submitted. We have received no email from Apple requesting documents, verification, or any further action since the initial acknowledgment in March. We are not aware of any verification phone call. We have not cancelled or resubmitted the enrollment, and we have not been asked to pay. The account page shows no pending action on our side, so we have no way to tell what the enrollment is waiting for. Could Apple Developer Support please review enrollment 827PLC4U54 and let us know what is blocking it, or what you need from us? We can provide any documentation immediately.

Unable to complete Apple Developer Program enrollment payment (Turkey region)
Hello, I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program (Individual) from Turkey, but the payment is repeatedly declined at the final step. My bank confirms there is no problem on their side and that the charge is not being declined by them. What I have already tried, all with the same result: Multiple cards from 3 different banks 3 different browsers, plus Linux, Windows, and an iPhone The Apple Developer iOS app (as suggested by Apple Support over email) Matching the billing address exactly to my account address Removing Turkish characters from my name This looks like the known issue currently affecting Turkey-based enrollments, as many other developers are reporting the same problem in these forums. Could a member of Apple staff please review my account and manually process the enrollment if needed? Account email: omerfarukunlu@ proton.me Region: Turkey Enrollment type: Individual Support case ID (varsa): 102892859221 Thank you for your help.

Apple Developer Program renewal completed, but account still shows expired after 4 days
I manually renewed my Apple Developer Program membership on July 27. The account had expired on July 17. I paid by credit card and received the confirmation email with transaction reference W1638315711. Today is July 31, and my developer account is still showing the same expired status. The renewal has not been reflected yet. I have already tried contacting Apple Developer Support by phone four times, but nobody answered. I also tried the renewal process again today, and the payment was successfully processed with a new transaction reference W1661850333, but my account status remains unchanged. I am currently on the phone with Apple Support again, and I have already been waiting for more than 1 hour and 30 minutes without anyone answering. Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there another way to get the membership status updated or have the payment manually verified?

Thank you.

I had a company in the past and created a developer account for an organization. Can I switch it back to individual? Or should I create a new one and enroll again?

Change Business Entity in Developer Account
I set up my developer account set up a few years ago using a business entity that is not longer active. I have a new business entity that I want to build for. I tried to change the my membership details but couldn't access the screen because my membership lapsed. I renewed my membership and now can't see a way to change the entity. I have all the numbers and documents ready. Is there a way to change the business entity on a developer account?
