Report a Dynamic Island bug
Please note that after enabling the "Larger Text" option under Settings -> Display & Brightness -> Display Zoom, when the Dynamic Island is present, a bug occurs where the Dynamic Island blocks the signal strength icon when you repeatedly return to the home screen and open apps. I hope you can fix this bug and release an iOS 18 build. In line with what I mentioned in my previous post, please allow regular users to successfully roll back to iOS 18. The signing window for iOS 18 was closed too quickly this time—I haven’t even finished experiencing it before getting stuck on iOS 26. Moreover, iOS 26 currently has numerous bugs, and you have no reason to force users to use an unfinished system. Note that this bug still persists on iOS 26. I hope my feedback can be accurately translated by AI without ambiguity. If you have any doubts, please feel free to ask me. I really can't get used to iOS 26, so please be sure to release a system version that allows downgrading from iOS 26 to iOS 18. My device model is iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Urgent help!! Apple developer account still not approved
I have been waiting almost 2 months for my Apple developer account to be approved. I am unable to reach Apple even though I have submitted a ticket and made phone calls and requested to escalate. I have an event at the end of next week so I need the account approved so that I can upload the app. Can someone help? I am really desperate. Im based in Saudi Arabia And have provided all the requested documents from Apple.

26.1 Beta Update Bug
I am using iphone 15 pro max since last two years. Recently I did a 26.1 beta update. Since then the phone haptics malfunctioned. The phone keeps vibrating even after picking up the call and only way to get rid of it is to switch off the haptics but then one miss the calls when on silent mode. Another issue which has cropped up after 26.1 beta update is sudden disconnections of apple car play when I am talking on the phone in the car while using wireless Apple CarPlay.

New Trouble with Over-the-Air Installs
All of a sudden my apps made with my client's Enterprise account won't launch when downloaded over-the-air on iOS 17+, but WILL launch when installed over a wire. The usual 'trust' mechanism found under Settings>General>VPS and Device Management seems not to be available for over-the-air downloads. But it is available for over-a-wire sideloads! This seems not to be an issue with iOS 15+ Does anyone here know what to do about this? Thanks, Craig Umanoff

Business Name Change Blocking Critical App Identifiers
I’m in crisis mode and desperately need advice. Launching in 10 days and just hit a major roadblock. Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? The business name change was purely administrative - nothing structural changes. But these identifier updates are absolutely critical for launch functionality and we didn’t realize they were needed until trying to launch into testflight. This is our first time so learning a lot the hard way 🫠. Thanks in advance for any help!

Need Help Updating Incorrect Information Submitted During Enrollment
Hello, I’m facing an issue with my developer account enrollment and would appreciate your guidance. I created an account and gave access to my developer to assist with the process. After I completed the payment, I didn’t proceed with enrollment immediately. Later, my developer attempted to enroll on my behalf, but he mistakenly submitted his own personal information instead of mine. Now, whenever we try to enroll, we keep encountering errors. I believe this is due to the incorrect identity information that was submitted earlier. I would like to update the enrollment details with my correct personal information so I can complete the process properly. However, I’m unable to find an option to edit or reset the information already submitted. My questions are: How can I change the identity information that was previously submitted? Is it possible to reset the enrollment process so I can start fresh with my correct details? Do you require any proof of identity or documentation to assist with this change? Apple 403 detected - Access forbidden
Good afternoon, I have a project called 'Minha Ufal'. When I try to generate the build, I'm asked to log in to Apple Developer. After that, I get the following error: Log in to your Apple Developer account to continue √ Apple ID: ... wilamis@****** › Restoring session C:\Users\will.app-store\auth\will\cookie √ Logged in Local session ✖ Failed to register bundle identifier br.edu.ufal Apple 403 detected - Access forbidden. This request is forbidden for security reasons - You currently don't have access to this membership resource. Error: build command failed. I currently have App Manager, Customer Support, and Sales permissions. Could you help me or give me some insight on how to solve this problem? I thank you in advance and await your response.

Unable to Contact Support While My Apple Developer Enrollment Is Under Review.
I am trying to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program. My enrollment status shows as “Under Review,” and I received instructions to contact Apple to continue enrollment. However, when I attempt to submit a support request, I got: "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address." I can't submit Contact Apple Developer Support Online ticket, I got "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address.". And I cannot change my email. Even tho, my email is correct and used for Apple Business Account. I try calling Contact Apple Support - Apple Support, but they can't help me, They are only technical support for devices. Email is used for Apple Business Account only. How can I continue enrollment?

From Organization to Individual program
Hello, Few years ago I submitted the Apple Developer Program as organization using my personal email. Today, the organization does not exist anymore. I renewed my membership but I cannot delete the organization that does not exist anymore. How can I switch from the organization to the individual program? I hope I should not pay twice Thanks Andrea

Apple Developer Program Renewal Issue
I am trying to renew my Apple Developer Program enrollment, but my order has been cancelled six times without any explanation. My setup: macOS version: 26 Tahoe Apple Developer account region: Australia Device: US-manufactured MacBook Payment method: Australian credit card What happens: Every time I attempt to renew, the order is placed but then cancelled by Apple, with no reason given. What I’ve tried: Verified payment details Confirmed account region settings Retried multiple times with the same result Question: Has anyone faced a similar issue with Apple Developer Program enrollment renewal? Unable to use API key to create new app in CI
Hi, We run an app house where we're creating a new app through our store for clients every few weeks. We've been using the Apple ID login through fastlane to create new apps in our CI, however we find having to log in to multiple machines every few weeks very frustrating, as it requires 2fa, and always seems to happen right when the system admins are on leave. We've tried to use the API key instead however creating apps doesn't appear to be supported, as we get a 403 error stating we can't use create. This was with the App manager role. Is it at all possible to crate an app using the api key, turn off the timeout on the ID Login or, automate this so we don't need to log in every few weeks?

Failed to submit my application for my Apple Developer Account
I am trying to have an Apple developer account, but when I submit the payment it says that the bank didn’t authorise my transaction, which is not true because I already spoke to the bank and they say they didn’t get a notification of any transaction and they didn’t block anything. I believe the error is on Apple's side and I would be very happy to have any support, especially since I can’t reach to Apple via call and I can’t find their email. Thank you

Desperate for our license renewal
We requested our renewal almost 4 weeks ago. No status updates at all. When we've asked support, we get "It's been escalated" and that we just have to wait. We have quite a large number of people who can't do their work as a result and it's causing a major impact. Is there ANYONE at @apple that can help push our renewal through? Anyone???

App Manager Unable to Enter Certificates, IDs, & Profiles Page
Hi, I'm a novice Account Holder and one of my teammate, who's role is already assigned as App Manager, cannot log into Certificates, IDs, & Profiles Page, nor adjust his account to Organization Account in Xcode's Apple account setting. I tried to change my personal account to a App Manager to see if this is a general setting stuff but I didn't come across problems above. I am able to not only log into the Certificates page but also change my account setting in Xcode. Is there anything I can do in this situation, or just hand it to Developer Support ?

D-U-N-S Number Not Accepted for Sub Office / Chapter Organization
We are a sub-office (chapter) of an organization, but we operate independently under a government gazette notification. We have obtained our own D-U-N-S Number in our chapter’s name. However, when we try to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, Apple is not accepting our D-U-N-S Number. The response we received was that we need to use the account of our head office. The issue is that we are effectively a head office ourselves, operating independently with government recognition, and other platforms have already accepted our D-U-N-S Number without issue. Has anyone faced a similar situation? How can we resolve this with Apple so our chapter can have its own developer account?

I'm signing up as an Apple Developer, but I've paid 4 times, and after about 10 hours each time, the order status changes to Cancelled, and there is no email explaining the reason for the cancellation, and the payment has not been refunded to me, and no staff has contacted me. I was confused

Failed to submit my application for my Apple Developer Account
