We have submitted all the required documents (passport scan, payment information), but we still have not received access. At the same time, funds have already been partially charged from our card, yet there has been no progress from Apple. Support is not providing clear answers, and the process is being delayed. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

We'd like to give account holder role to another person in our team and when I tried to verify my account and post id photos in Developer app, I always got the next answer: 'Unable to Send Information, Your information could not be sent due to a connection error' with 2 buttons (try, cancel). I uploaded all the documents required, but when I try to re-upload the missing one using their upload link, I get this error message: “Sorry, you don’t have access. Also, they’re asking for a business card or an employment verification letter — but I’m the owner and don’t have either. How do you handle this if you’re the only person in the LLC? Hi everyone, I made a mistake when submitting my first app and accidentally set my developer name as the app name instead of my business name. Now all my apps show the wrong developer name on the App Store. Apple support said it can't be changed after the first app, but I've seen some posts mentioning people got it changed through support. Hello, I'm currently living in Finland and would like to apply for the developer program in order to develop an app for the Apple Vision Pro. I understand that Finland is not supported in this matter, so I thought about making an German AppleID, since that is supported in the AVP App Store, and enroll in the program with that. The problem is that, since I'm not a German citizen nor have a residency there, would that cause a problem in the identity verification process? Is this allowed at all? If not, are there any workarounds to be able to get the developer account outside of supported regions? Thank you!

Our organization has an active Apple Developer membership, but since last month, we’ve been unable to access our team information or manage certificates. Our apps are still active in App Store Connect, but we cannot update them. On the Developer account page, a “Join Now” button appears, but clicking it results in the message: “Your Apple Account is already associated with the account holder of a membership.” Additionally, this account was originally registered with an older email when it was used to create a personal developer account in 2015—nearly 10 years ago. My membership got expired and I don't see the renew button anywhere on the website or the developer app. In my case, I have changed the developer account email address 6 months ago and the new email was not mapped for renewal that's why the renew button was not showing (I guess). I tried to reach to Apple support, the phone support wasn't available so I wrote couple of emails. After 48 hrs they have sent an email saying the new email address has been mapped but still I see no renew button. I added required funds and disabled the auto-renew option yet no hope. it's been four days still no replay from Apple. I was constantly checking for the phone support. Today I saw phone support was available so I immediately requested the call and explained the support staff about my situation and he fixed within a minute. so guys if you are facing similar issue and see no solution even after contacting multiple times via emails, wait for phone support and request a call. Hi everyone, I’m trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but I’m stuck in a strange region issue. My Apple ID was originally created in the United States, and I’ve already: • Set my Apple ID region to the United States • Updated my payment and shipping address to a valid US billing address • Changed the App Store country/region on my iPhone to the United States • Signed in to the Apple Developer site after all of the above Despite all this, when I try to pay for the Developer Program, the enrollment page still shows the price in AED (UAE Dirhams) and lists the region as UAE. Apple Support couldn’t fix it and told me to try the forums. I’m worried that if I go ahead and pay, my developer account will be permanently tied to the UAE region, even though everything else is U.S.-based. Has anyone experienced this before? Hi everyone, I transitioned my Apple Developer account from Individual to Organization almost two weeks ago, and ever since, I cannot upload builds, generate API keys, or create certificates. Everything worked perfectly before the transition, and I’ve used the same setup. The biggest issue isn’t just the technical problem—it’s Apple Support’s terrible handling of it: They keep copy-pasting the same request for information, even though I’ve sent everything multiple times. When I call, they say "Everything looks good on our end", but nothing is actually fixed. After asking for the same info repeatedly, they disappear and don’t provide any updates. The only unusual thing in my account is that I have two Free Apps Agreements, and one is showing on "Pending User Info", but I have no option to input anything. I have accepted all agreements and not sure what to do. It’s been two weeks. Has anyone dealt with this before?
