I've been away for a period of time and coming back to development I want to clean up my account resources. It appears as though I have 3 Developer ID Application certificates. I've never released code using any of them, and 2 of them have the exact same expiration date. I assume I created these while under the impression they could be revoked and deleted by myself. But this isn't the case. The fact that I can only use the expiration date to disambiguate between some them, and also that 2 of them can't be disambiguated is problematic if I were to ever notarise code with them. How can I get some of these certificates revoked and deleted?

Hello everyone, I've encountered an issue with export compliance on App Store Connect that I haven't seen before. In my Info.plist, I have always set the ITSAppUsesNonExemptEncryption key (formerly App Uses Non-Exempt Encryption) to NO. In the past, this was sufficient to bypass the export compliance questions when submitting a build. However, with my most recent submission, I am now being prompted to answer these questions. Nothing has changed in my app's encryption usage. Has there been a recent change in policy or a system-wide issue that would cause this change in behavior? Is anyone else experiencing this? I am trying to enroll my company in the Apple Developer Program. My enrollment status shows as “Under Review,” and I received instructions to contact Apple to continue enrollment. However, when I attempt to submit a support request, I got: "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address." I can't submit Contact Apple Developer Support Online ticket, I got "This email address isn’t valid. To update your email address.". And I cannot change my email. Even tho, my email is correct and used for Apple Business Account. I try calling Contact Apple Support - Apple Support, but they can't help me, They are only technical support for devices. Email is used for Apple Business Account only. How can I continue enrollment?

I'm calling the endpoint https://apple-pay-gateway-cert.apple.com/paymentservices with mTLS and it's taking over 15 seconds to complete the request. This is happening only when deployed through AWS. I have tried a dummy dotnet and node lambda with the same result. Wondering if anyone had the same issue. I am trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program through the web, but I am encountering an issue. When I click "Enroll," I receive the following message: "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time."

Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

For iPhones 16 and below, orientation is applied in UIImage or CIImage, but not for iPhone 17. The camera is front-facing, and it uses Vision to capture facial images. Thanks for your help.

Can someone tell me how to unenroll from the developer program?

We are a sub-office (chapter) of an organization, but we operate independently under a government gazette notification. We have obtained our own D-U-N-S Number in our chapter’s name. However, when we try to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, Apple is not accepting our D-U-N-S Number. The response we received was that we need to use the account of our head office. The issue is that we are effectively a head office ourselves, operating independently with government recognition, and other platforms have already accepted our D-U-N-S Number without issue. Has anyone faced a similar situation? How can we resolve this with Apple so our chapter can have its own developer account?

I enrolled to the program via the Developer app and paid for the subscription, got my receipt. The app now says the enrollment is not available. Xcode says I have no developer account. The Appstore mac app says the subscription is active. The developer website says I need to pay. Again. Is this some kind of scam or what?

We requested our renewal almost 4 weeks ago. No status updates at all. When we've asked support, we get "It's been escalated" and that we just have to wait. We have quite a large number of people who can't do their work as a result and it's causing a major impact. Is there ANYONE at @apple that can help push our renewal through? Anyone???
