I'm facing an issue with revoking an iOS Development certificate in the Apple Developer Console. The certificate is in "Pending Approval" status, and when I attempt to revoke it, I receive the following error: "The specified resource does not exist. There is no certificate with ID 'XXXXXXXXX' on this team." Despite this error, the certificate still appears in my list, and the only available action remains "Revoke." Steps I've tried so far: Refreshed the page and cleared the browser cache Logged out and back into my Developer account Tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Checked Xcode > Preferences > Accounts for certificate status Contacting Apple Support (Not response since over 3 weeks) Additional Info: The certificate type is iOS Development, not Distribution. The status has been "Pending Approval" since creation.

I live outside of the US and I paid for my developer account back in November 11th 2024, and my status is still pending with no sign that the account will be approved any time soon. Do you have any idea if this is normal or how can I get some help? I'm already behind schedule just waiting for the account.

We applied for the Apple Developer Program more than two weeks ago, and our application is completely stuck with no updates or clear next steps. Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company) We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h ! How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline. This kind of experience does not inspire trust or confidence in doing business with Apple... 🔹 Has anyone else experienced such long delays in the enrollment process? 🔹 Is there any way to escalate this to get an actual response? Years ago, I created a business account within the Apple Developer Program. The business has since been dissolved. How can I return to an individual account to publish new applications? Sticking with the old organization seems problematic due to tax info, etc. being invalid. Apple Support told me that I'd need to create a new Apple ID account but this seems equally troublesome. I'm sure I'm not the first face this situation.

I registered and tried paying for a Developer account about 3 days ago. I got an email saying that activation can take up to 48 hours. It's been about 72 hours and the account isn't activated yet.

We have submitted an application to apply for the Apple Developer account to submit a new app, but its been in the system for 3 months. Despite chasing every other day, its not moving along. Does anyone know how to escalate this in Apple as its causing us a lot of delay.

We uploaded an app to the App Store and discovered a bug that disables activity. We uploaded an update with the bug fix and now we are waiting for Apple to review the latest version and approve uploading it to the store. Thousands of users are waiting and leaving us. Losses of a lot of money and more importantly - a bad user experience. If there is anyone here who can help us, or knows someone who can speed up the process, we are more than happy!!! Wie finde ich die Ursache für den "AbortError" von Apple heraus, der nur in der Produktivumgebung auftritt. In der Testumgebung funktionert Apple Pay fehlerfrei. Es geht um eine Webintegration von Apple Pay mit dem apple pay SDK eine Version vor 1.2.0. Der Fehler tritt auf, wenn ich vom PaymentRequest object die Methode show() aufrufe. Es öffnet sich der Apple Pay Dilaog mit dem Fingerprint-Icon, doch nach einer Sekunde kommt direkt ein Ausrufzeichen und der Apple Dialog schließt sich wieder. Ich weiß, dass unsere Integration zu Apple Pay in der Produktivumgebung bei mehreren Kunden funktionerte. Das aktuelle Problem ist, dass die Fehlermeldung von Apple namens "AbortError" keinen Hinweis auf die Ursache liefert. Das ist startk verbesserungswürdig. Ein Betroffener Kunde ist z.B. der Kunde mit der Merchant ID ...(ist es sicher in diesem Forum eine merchantID zu posten?) I'm trying to add an Enterprise Apple account with the username and password of my developer account, which has worked once before. Now its giving me the following error: "There was an error while trying to log in: No trusted devices or trusted phone numbers are configured for this account." which doesn't make sense because the 2-Factor Auth works when I login to the website. What am I missing? I think the only thing different is I'm using a different Macbook, but should that make a difference? Has anyone else had this error from Visual Studio?

I am facing a problem. I have enrolled developer program on 7th may, 25. It says will take 2 days but I haven't received any confirmation. Again I submitted information on 11th February, 25 but still haven't received any email about confirmation or rejection. I tried to contact apple support. They created ticket for me. But haven't received any further information from them. It seems like I am a ghost and apple is not seeing me. Can anyone tell me what is the problem. Thank you

Hey! I just wanted to inquire is it possible to have 2 separate accounts for my DBA names under one llc's developer account. For example if my 2 DBA names are Henry Foods and Henry Clothes and my LLC name is Parent Henry LLC , can I have 2 separate app store profiles for Henry Foods and Henry Clothes under the developer account of parent Henry ? (Those are just examples names)

I'm trying to renew my developer program membership which got expired 10 days ago. I couldnt find the renew button anywhere on the developer app both in Mac and iPhone. Why is it very hard for a simple program renewal? Why cant this be done on a browser from anywhere? Seriously frustrating, I have been trying to reach support through email but no response yet it's been almost a week and also there is no way to reach through phone.
