I'm facing an issue with revoking an iOS Development certificate in the Apple Developer Console. The certificate is in "Pending Approval" status, and when I attempt to revoke it, I receive the following error:
"The specified resource does not exist. There is no certificate with ID 'XXXXXXXXX' on this team."
Despite this error, the certificate still appears in my list, and the only available action remains "Revoke."
Steps I've tried so far:
Refreshed the page and cleared the browser cache
Logged out and back into my Developer account
Tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome)
Checked Xcode > Preferences > Accounts for certificate status
Contacting Apple Support (Not response since over 3 weeks)
Additional Info:
The certificate type is iOS Development, not Distribution.
The status has been "Pending Approval" since creation.

I completed my Apple Developer account enrollment nearly a week ago (ID: G256C6S5Q2), but despite sending multiple emails to Apple Support, I haven’t received any confirmation or reply.
When I enter my account it is stuck on the "Complete your purchase" screen (I received payment confirmation) and nothing happened since then. I ’m eager to publish my app and get started on development, so I really need them to reach out to me—ideally with a call or a direct response.
Does anyone have any advice on how to escalate this issue or any tips on how to get Apple Support to contact me? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I live outside of the US and I paid for my developer account back in November 11th 2024, and my status is still pending with no sign that the account will be approved any time soon. Do you have any idea if this is normal or how can I get some help? I'm already behind schedule just waiting for the account.

Years ago, I created a business account within the Apple Developer Program. The business has since been dissolved. How can I return to an individual account to publish new applications?
Sticking with the old organization seems problematic due to tax info, etc. being invalid.
Apple Support told me that I'd need to create a new Apple ID account but this seems equally troublesome. I'm sure I'm not the first face this situation.

I'm receiving this error when attempting to log into my game and authenticating via Firebase and Game Center. I am using Unity to develop my game and have been able to successfully authenticate with Google Play and Apple Sign In but Game Center is giving some trouble. The error seems easy enough except I have triple checked that I am signed in to Game Center with the profile that is set up in Sandbox Testing.
Other things I have verified:
I have a provisioning profile and game center is on it.
In xCode I have Game Center on my signing capabilities, entitlements, and have the GameKit.framework in my Link Binary with Libraries.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this error to throw? Maybe another step I missed somewhere?

I’m having a problem with my Apple Developer subscription payment:
1️⃣ My card was successfully charged €99 – I have a confirmation email from the payment system
2️⃣ But my Apple Developer account shows "Order Canceled" – the cart displays this status
Additionally, when I log into my account, it prompts me to register again as if the payment didn’t go through.
Questions:
How can I restore access to Apple Developer?
What should I do about the payment—will it be refunded automatically, or do I need to contact support?
Could this be a system error, and should I try paying again?

We uploaded an app to the App Store and discovered a bug that disables activity. We uploaded an update with the bug fix and now we are waiting for Apple to review the latest version and approve uploading it to the store. Thousands of users are waiting and leaving us. Losses of a lot of money and more importantly - a bad user experience. If there is anyone here who can help us, or knows someone who can speed up the process, we are more than happy!!! It is critical and urgent. And yes, we signed up for Apple's fast track program... It didn't help. Thanks!

I need to contact Apple developer support.
But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!).
I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid",
I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form.
The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

I been searching about this for so long now i don’t think it’s possible anymore & its more of a talk about thing than doing😭😭.
But i’m a Mixing/Mastering Engineer for Music, & I’m always seeing people music releasing to Apple Music, with the icon “Apple Digital Master“
But when I do research the only thing i can find is it needs to be done in an approved Apple Studio, But me personally i’ve never heard or seen one.
So i’m patiently & sincerely waiting for the right response that can help me or lead me to the right person or direction to help me out please, Because all this seeking is really starting to make my brain have aneurysm.

I recently submitted for the enrollment in Apple Developer Program and provided all the required information. I received an email confirming my order summary, stating that the payment would be processed within two business days and that I would receive a notification once it was completed. However, it has been longer than that, and I haven’t received any updates—no confirmation of account activation or payment rejection.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there anything I can do to check the status or speed up the process? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program.
I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked.
Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable.
Can you please guide me through what went wrong and how I can try again?

I am facing a problem. I have enrolled developer program on 7th may, 25. It says will take 2 days but I haven't received any confirmation.
Again I submitted information on 11th February, 25 but still haven't received any email about confirmation or rejection.
I tried to contact apple support. They created ticket for me. But haven't received any further information from them.
It seems like I am a ghost and apple is not seeing me.

My clients are waiting.. i had to give them some excuses and discounts...
everything is ready from my side but the enrollment is delayed already more than 1 month.
The support did replay after 1 week , all they did was to withdraw my enrollment and tell me to try again , and back to point zero... and I'm waiting...
I did try to open two accounts , one personal and one for organization so i can at least give my clients their app. now I'm checking both accounts daily basis .
oh you may wounder what happened with support ? they did answer fallow my case a little but didn't provide a solution , and then stopped responding...

I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.”
I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided.
This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need:
A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked.
Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access.
Advice from anyone who has faced the same unexplained lockout.
