AuthenticateAsClient(this.Host、this.certificates、System.Security.Authentication.SslProtocols.Tls12,false)
Apple's push cannot receive information, use the open-source library JdSoft. Apple.Apns.Notifications Because I am not familiar with it, I modified Tls12. Playground with a Logger - Error: Couldn't look up symbols: __dso_handle
Xcode 16.4, MacOS Sequoia 15.5 If I try to use a logger in an Xcode Playground e.g. import os import UIKit var logger = Logger(subsystem: "Loggertest", category: "") logger.info("Hello, world!") I get the following error error: Couldn't look up symbols: ___dso_handle ___dso_handle Hint: The expression tried to call a function that is not present in the target, perhaps because it was optimized out by the compiler. Its the logger.info ... that is causing the error. I have raised FB18214090 but there are no other reports. I would be grateful if some of you could verify if the Playground runs or errors on your system. A workaround, still using Logger, would be a great help. Thanks, Chris

Xcode 16.3 C++ compiler makes binaries with corrupted memory.
I am creating an xcframework for a static library for iOS, but I am encountering a perplexing issue with Xcode 16.3. When I build an xcframework using C++ in one project and import it into another project, the application runs with corrupted memory. In the framework project, I use os_unfair_lock, but when attempting to lock, the app crashes due to a state error. This suggests that memory corruption is occurring. When the xcframework is built with Xcode 16.2, a proper binary is generated, and the app runs without any problems. Since I do not want to disclose the source code, I am trying to construct a minimal project that reproduces the issue, but so far I have not been successful. Fundamentally, I feel that the compiler in Xcode 16.3 cannot be trusted.

load_eligibility_plist errors
I'm just getting started with swift development using Xcode 164 on a MacBook Pro running Sequoia 15.6. When I try to run the simplest "Hello World" app against iPhone simulators, I get the error messages below. I've looked at that location and none of the directory structure /private/var/db/eligibilityd below the 2224B135-8383-4C69-B339-B6DF9D88F6FD folder exists. Just wondering if I have a config error somewhere or if there's somewhere else I should be looking to correct this. It doesn't occur when I run on a physical iPhone device. Error message: load_eligibility_plist: Failed to open /Users/****/Library/Developer/CoreSimulator/Devices/DB1919F3-ECB8-4C55-817C-85B68F083F57/data/Containers/Data/Application/2224B135-8383-4C69-B339-B6DF9D88F6FD/private/var/db/eligibilityd/eligibility.plist: No such file or directory(2) Failed to send CA Event for app launch measurements for ca_event_type: 0 event_name: com.apple.app_launch_measurement.FirstFramePresentationMetric Failed to send CA Event for app launch measurements for ca_event_type: 1 event_name: com.apple.app_launch_measurement.ExtendedLaunchMetrics

Authentication in UI tests
Hello! I am writing UI tests for an app with OAuth authentication and want to avoid the login screen. I want each developer to store the password and username locally on their machines. The bash script will get the token. I need to access that token from my test target somehow. The idea was to write them to a temporary file that git ignores and access this file from the bundle. But I can't add the file from the build script to the target and make it accessible from the code.

Price in a Xcode synced StoreKit configuration file is not updated when I change it on App Store Connect and always shows the starting price
Hello, I've noticed the prices of my products in my Xcode synced StoreKit configuration are not updated when I change the price in App Store Connect. I tried to manually sync the file, to remove and add it again to my project but old initial prices are still used. In the screenshot below, the price is currently $2.99 but the file still uses the initial price of $1.99. It makes testing a little bit painful because I'm never sure which product is being shown. Is this a bug? Is there a way to get the live production App Store prices be used instead of the starting prices? I filed a feedback for this: FB17798486 Regards, Axel

Is a modulemap file required when importing a static library objective-c framework? If not when is a modulemap required?
I am a bit confused. My understanding previously was that a modulemap was required in order to have a bridging header be generated. Now it has come to my attention that a modulemap is both a build input and something you can put in the Modules folder of the built product if you so choose. I have tried reading the clang modulemap documentation, but am really struggling to connect most of what it says to the problem at hand. In a project I am working on, the generation of the modulemap file is quite problematic. The framework imports C++ libraries and itself writes Objective-C++ wrappers for them. Currently, the modulemap file is both set as the Module Map File in "Build Settings" and presumably used when the Swift project later imports it. In this project the modulemap is a list of the objective-c++ header files then export * I am trying to understand what I would lose if I do one or both of two things: What happens if I dont set this module map file in the build settings for the objective-c++ framework? What happens if I dont have a modulemap involved whatsoever in this objective-c++ framework and then it is imported into Swift? And does any of this change if its compiled as a static vs dynamic library? What if I embed it vs not embed it? Because the build in the real project is so complicated its hard to isolate what is going on. So I built a smaller sample app. There is CFramework which has an objective-c++ class. There is SwiftProject which imports that framework and is purely Swift. It imports the module and uses it. I did not write a modulemap file, and the Swift project builds just fine. In the timeline it: Prepares packages Computes target dependency graph Builds static cache for iPhoneSimulator18.2sdk As near as I can tell even though the objective-c++ framework is not built with a modulemap in its build settings and there is not a modulemap included in the framework everything works. So then the modulemap file is useless? Perhaps it speeds things up but what step would theoretically be skippable?

No active account
I created an app that uses the camera function in Xcode, but it says I don't have camera permission. The app only runs once and then won't run again. The log below says "No active account." Is this because my paid account isn't properly reflected in Xcode? In Xcode Settings > Account, I'm logged in my acciunt, with the team set to "my Organization name" and the role set to "admin." However, in Manage Certificates, the Status is blank. It should say "Valid." How can I properly reflect my account in Xcode? iOS beta 26 simulators will not in "Apple could not verify"
Apple could not verify “iPad_Air_M2_26.0_23A5260n_Restore.ipsw” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy. xCode 26 fails to download simulators. I downloaded from the apple developer site. When I double click I get the above message. I went to the System Settings > GateKeeper, and selected Open Anyway. This poped up a window with a button, Open in xCode-bata. Clicking the button does not appear to do anything. I can not use xcode without simulators.

Xcode 16.3 / 16.4 UINavigationBar rendering issue?
I've recently upgraded to Sequoia and Xcode 16.3 (now 16.4RC) and a significant change I've noticed vs 16.2 is that the height of UINavigationBar components in storyboards and XIBs is incorrect. Xcode 16.2: Xcode 16.4: This only affects simulated metrics in storyboard / XIB files. I have been unable to find any discussion of this issue anywhere online. Is this actually an Xcode bug that has gone unnoticed / unfixed or is there some underlying intentional change here that I'm unaware of?

Network Instability in TestFlight Builds When Using Xcode 16+
We are experiencing networking issues in our iOS application when it is built with Xcode 16 or later. Our app includes a video conferencing feature that works reliably when built with Xcode 15 or earlier — we can sustain hour-long video sessions without interruption. However, when the app is built using Xcode 16 or higher, network connections drop after 2–3 minutes during a session. When running the app via Xcode debugger, the issue does not occur. The issue is consistently reproducible in TestFlight builds created with Xcode 16 or later. TestFlight builds created with Xcode 15 do not exhibit this issue. All the videoconferencing runs on C and C++ code What We’ve Tried: Reviewed Xcode 16+ release notes but found no relevant changes or deprecations. Verified app configuration and entitlements. Confirmed that no app-side changes occurred between the working and broken builds. Request: We’re seeking guidance on what changes in Xcode 16+ could be affecting networking behavior in release/TestFlight builds. Any insight into relevant build settings, compiler changes, or runtime behavior differences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your assistance.
