Team Member Can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles
Here on the forums I see a lot of reports like this: According to App Store Connect, I’m an Admin member of a team, but I can’t access the Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles section of the Developer website for that team. There’s one really common reason for this, namely that this is an Individual team. This is clearly documented in Developer Account Help > Access > Roles and access, which says: If you’re enrolled as an individual and add users in App Store Connect, users receive access only to your content in App Store Connect and are not considered part of your team in the Apple Developer Program. So, if App Store Connect indicates that you’re a team Admin but you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles, it’s critical that you check that this is not an Individual team. To do this: Log on to Developer > Account. Select the correct team at the top right. Scroll down to the “Membership details” section. Look at the “Enrolled as” field. If it says “Individual”, then only the team’s Account Holder can access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles. OTOH, if it says something else, like “Organization” or “Enterprise”, then see below. If you’re working for someone else who only has an Individual team, I recommend that you encourage them to update to an Organization team. For advice on how to do that, see Developer Account Help > Membership > Updating your account information > Updating an individual membership to an organization membership. If you can’t access Certificates, Identifiers, and Profiles and you’re absolutely sure that this is not an Individual team, I recommend that you seek formal assistance via Apple > Developer > Contact Us. Account still "Pending"
I signed up for an Apple Developer Program last week. I paid the $99 fee for the account. However, the account still shows pending and the payment alert is still active on the dashboard. I checked my card statement and I do see that the $99 charge hit my account. I believe I paid for the developer account on the morning of the 18th, it's now the 22nd. Any suggestions?

Apple Developer Program Organization Enrollment — Processing for Over 2 Weeks, No Updates I submitted my Apple Developer Program enrollment as an organization on March 7, 2026. My enrollment ID is L9UY78P779. Setup details: Enrolled as Company/Organization (Delaware LLC) Valid DUNS number on file Apple ID has 2FA enabled Work email on a custom business domain The enrollment status has been stuck on "Your enrollment is being processed" for over two weeks now. I have not received any follow-up emails, requests for additional documentation, or any communication from Apple. I have also submitted a support request through the Apple Developer contact page with no response. This is blocking our ability to set up App Store Connect and begin the app review process. Could an Apple team member please review my enrollment and advise on what may be holding up the process? Happy to provide any additional documentation needed. Thank you.

Apple Developer enrollment stuck due to email verification code error
Hi everyone, I’m hoping someone here has run into this before. I created an Apple Developer account and everything was working fine until Apple asked me to verify my work email address. The email is legitimate and matches my website domain. Apple did send me the verification email, and I received the code without any issue. However, when I entered the code, it repeatedly said the code was incorrect — even though I’m certain it was entered correctly. After a few attempts, I hit the limit and now see a message saying I’ve exceeded the maximum number of attempts (3). I contacted Apple Developer Support through the developer site about a week ago but haven’t received any response yet. At this point: I can log into my Apple ID normally with no issues I cannot proceed with enrolling in the Apple Developer Program I can’t pay the fee or complete setup because the email verification step is blocked It’s been over a week since the lockout, and I’m not sure how to reset the verification or trigger a new code. Has anyone experienced this before, or does anyone know how to get this resolved? Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Thanks!

Urgent: Bundle ID Case-Sensitivity Mismatch for Approved Family Controls Entitlement
Hello, I have a critical issue regarding the "Family Controls (Distribution)" entitlement. My app "FocusPact" was approved for the entitlement, but there is a technical mismatch in the Bundle IDs that prevents distribution via TestFlight. [Current Situation] Parent App ID: com.hayashikento.FocusPact (Approved / Capitalized) Approved Extension ID: com.hayashikento.focuspact.ShieldConfigurationExtension (Approved / Lowercase) [The Issue] Due to the case-sensitivity difference (FocusPact vs focuspact), Xcode throws a "Bundle identifier prefix mismatch" error. Since the parent app identifier is already established as capitalized, I cannot change it to lowercase without breaking the existing configuration. [Request] I have submitted a new entitlement request with the corrected capitalized Bundle ID: Corrected Extension ID: com.hayashikento.FocusPact.ShieldConfigurationExtension Could a DTS engineer please help me synchronize the approved status to this capitalized ID? Apple Developer Enrollment Stuck — Paid Twice, Still Pending
Hello, I am writing this post because the Apple Developer Program enrollment process is clearly malfunctioning, and I have reached a point where this situation is unacceptable. First payment I initially purchased the Apple Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time). The payment was fully completed, confirmed by my bank, and I received the official Apple Store receipt. • Order ID: W1557478965 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Despite this, my account continued to show: • “Purchase your membership” • Enrollment status: Pending • No access to App Store Connect After several days with no response from Apple Support and no activation, I assumed something had gone wrong on Apple’s side. Second payment Because I was completely blocked and received no reply from support or the forums, I made a second payment to rule out any payment failure. • Order ID: W1694587309 • Amount: 1029 TRY • Status: Completed / Posted Current situation At this point: • Two separate payments • Two unique Apple Store order IDs • Zero activation • Zero response from Apple Support • Enrollment still Pending • App Store Connect still inaccessible Support case details: • Apple Support Case ID: 102769533427 • Multiple follow-ups sent • No reply • No action taken This is no longer a delay — this is a system-level failure. I have paid twice for a single Developer Program membership and received nothing in return: no activation, no explanation, and no support. I am formally requesting manual intervention by Apple staff to: 1. Immediately activate my Apple Developer Program membership 2. Investigate and resolve the duplicate payment (refund or clarification) 3. Explain why a paid enrollment can remain blocked with no support response If this forum is monitored by Apple employees, this issue requires urgent escalation. individual to an organization
Hello, it's been 3 weeks now since I started the process of migrating my individual profile to a company profile. However, I still haven't received any information, and despite contacting support multiple times, I haven't received a response. When I log into my profile, all I see is: "We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. Please note that your membership benefits are temporarily disabled during this time."

Hello, Apple Developer Support Team, I registered for the Apple Developer Program using the Developer app on my iPhone. Payment and identity verification were completed successfully. Nevertheless, the phrase "Complete Your Purchase" still appears when I check in online, and my registration status is listed as Pending. Even though I've already finished the enrollment procedure on my iPhone, the system seems to be requesting me to do it again. I already have opened a case with Case ID: 102844593298 but had no response. Would you kindly check my account and let me know how my registration is going right now? I appreciate your help. Dev Acct membership enrollment limbo
I signed up for membership on Monday March 16th. It took my credit card info and put me in ‘Pending’ state. My cc was charges $99 but when I go back to my account it has a box for me to continue to signup for membership where it asks to charge my account again. I tried using the account support where it asks to with provider a phone number to call me or to send an email. I chose phone. It called me almost immediately but it was already in the middle of explaining options to select. And before I could get to my keypad it said that my time had expired. ‘Good Bye’. I went back to try again and saw a case id assigned. But it would not let me do another callback or email. Instead I got “Error processing your request”. I’ve tried for 3 hours trying to find another channel to get help. They have my money and I dont have membership. can anyone suggest where I go from here?

GST Tax Form Question
I am in the end stages of creating my app and apple is saying I need to include Business number and GST (RT) number - I'm Canadian and not sure how this applies to developers in other countries. Just wondering if any developers from Canada can shed light on this process of getting a GST number, the CRA is saying you can create a GST account/number once your business reaches $30,000 is revenue so its seems different than what Apple is saying to do. This is my first time creating an app and I'm a solo developer.

Apple Business Account Verification Stuck, No Response After Multiple Submissions
Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to set up a business account on the Apple Developer Console, and I’ve run into a really frustrating issue. Last month, I was asked to submit additional documents for verification. I submitted everything as requested and received a confirmation email: “Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days.” However, weeks passed with no update. About 1–2 weeks ago, I reached out to support again. I was asked to re-submit the same documents, which I did. Once again, I received the same confirmation email stating a response would come within two business days. It’s now been 7 days since that second submission, and still no response. At this point, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong or if this is just a delay on Apple’s side. What’s more confusing is that we’ve successfully created developer accounts on other platforms (like Google Play) using the same business information and DUNS number, with verification completed in under 24 hours. Has anyone experienced something similar with Apple Developer business verification? Is there something specific Apple looks for that I might be missing, or is this just a backlog/delay issue? Dear Apple Developer Support, I am writing to formally report an issue I encountered during my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. I paid the required fee for the enrollment, but the process did not complete successfully. Instead, I was prompted to re-enroll from the beginning. When I attempted to do so, it asked me to make the payment again. Since I already paid, this triggered an error stating, “This is not available in your region.” I would like your urgent assistance to resolve this issue, as I have already completed the payment, but cannot proceed with the enrollment. Apple Developer Program Enrollment Not Activated After Payment (15 March)
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed the $99 payment on 15 March. However, my developer account is still not activated. When I try to sign in to App Store Connect, it still shows that a Developer Account is required. I also contacted support through the developer contact page but have not received any response. The only email I received was the payment invoice. Has anyone experienced this before? How long does activation usually take, and is there anything else I need to do? Thank you.

Has anyone experienced something similar with Apple Developer business verification? Is there something specific Apple looks for that I might be missing, or is this just a backlog/delay issue? Enroll problem
Dear Apple Developer Support, I am writing to formally report an issue I encountered during my enrollment in the Apple Developer Program. I paid the required fee for the enrollment, but the process did not complete successfully. Instead, I was prompted to re-enroll from the beginning. When I attempted to do so, it asked me to make the payment again. Since I already paid, this triggered an error stating, “This is not available in your region.” I would like your urgent assistance to resolve this issue, as I have already completed the payment, but cannot proceed with the enrollment. Please advise on the steps I should take next.

Developer Program Enrollment - Stuck
I bought the developer program 2 weeks ago, have been charged, and still am pending and have not been accepted, or heard anything back. I have submitted 2 tickets, haven't heard anything either, as well as called and was told there's nothing I can do. Any tips for next steps? Or anything else I can do?

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Not Activated After Payment (15 March)
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and completed the $99 payment on 15 March. However, my developer account is still not activated. When I try to sign in to App Store Connect, it still shows that a Developer Account is required. I also contacted support through the developer contact page but have not received any response. The only email I received was the payment invoice. Has anyone experienced this before? How long does activation usually take, and is there anything else I need to do? Thank you.
