Having issues authorizing payment for Apple Developer Program
Hey guysI’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment for about a week and still no luck. As well as I got from a small talk with the customer support – Apple never got my money. So it seems like my payment authorization fails all the time. But I don’t know what’s really going on.Have any of you ever had issues like that?Or maybe you just know what’s going on and how to fix it?

Company Developer Account locked
Hi everyone! Writing this from my personal Developer Account but this is related to my other account, enrolled under my startup organization account. Sunday morning I've started finalizing a feature on my startup that I've worked on with my colleagues for over a year already. I've pushed the code as usual, wanted to do a internal TestFlight build and I was apparently logged out on Xcode from my account. Thought it's no big deal - went to log in in Xcode Settings -> Account but my attempt was unsuccessful - I was presented a message stating "Unknown error occurred". Weird, but then I tried to use the browser to login into App Store Connect using the following account - I was met with the same message. Alright, I thought I might need to reset my password - clicked on Forgot Password and started the reset password flow. To my surprise, I am presented a new message, stating - Your account has been locked and I need to verify my phone number to request access to this account. I proceed, enter my phone number associated with the account and click continue. I am the presented with the message that my Account Access is Requested and I need to wait up to a day. I then also decided to check Keychain and well, surprise surprise - all my certificates have also been revoked from keychain, both development and distribution. Well, I wake up this morning to the following email: And attempting to login/reset password now presents a message stating that my account is now LOCKED: I've been an Apple Developer for more than 7 years. I've had multiple Developer accounts. This is the first time I'm seeing such things. Please, someone explain what is going on and how can I verify my identity with apple to access my account? I cannot release a new version of our startup's app. We are suffering business losses due to failing to meet a deadline with a potential client. I cannot believe such things are happening.

Every enrollment attempt results in the following errors: "Unknown Error - Please try again" "Invalid Request - Service mapping to the requested URL is not available" My Setup (All Verified Correct): Apple ID Region: India Trusted Phone Number: +91 (India country code, matching my Apple ID region) Two-Factor Authentication: Enabled (genuine 2FA, not two-step verification) 2FA Devices: iPhone, MacBook Pro devices, and trusted phone number all verified Account Information: Legal name, address, date of birth, and email all updated and verified on account.apple.com Device: iPhone 17 Pro running latest iOS Troubleshooting Attempted: I have completed every troubleshooting step suggested by the community and by Apple Support myself: ✅ Verified genuine Two-Factor Authentication is enabled ✅ Confirmed Apple ID region matches trusted phone number region (+91) ✅ Updated all personal information (legal name, address, email) on account.apple.com ✅ Force restarted iPhone multiple times ✅ Uninstalled and reinstalled Apple Developer app ✅ Signed out and signed back in with correct Apple ID ✅ Tested on both WiFi and cellular data ✅ Waited 48+ hours between attempts None of these steps resolved the issue. Support Response Issues: This is where my frustration peaks. I have attempted to contact Apple Support multiple ways: Phone Support: Shows "Phone support is currently unavailable" (though it was available last week) Email Support: Submitted via developer.apple.com/support → No response for 4 days Previous Contact: Had contacted support last week, but the troubleshooting steps provided did not resolve the issue Current Status: No follow-up communication or resolution path from Apple Known Issue in India - Why This Matters: I have researched this extensively and found multiple threads in this forum (dating back months) with developers in India reporting identical errors during enrollment. To date, I have not found a single resolved thread with a working solution. This indicates: This is a documented, recurring issue affecting Indian developers specifically Apple appears to have backend infrastructure issues specific to India Support has not provided a resolution path despite multiple reports The Real Problem: Apple's Developer Program enrollment system appears to have specific bugs or limitations that prevent developers in India from successfully enrolling, yet: Support responsiveness is severely lacking There is no documented workaround or known resolution The support team seems unaware of or unprepared to handle this region-specific issue My Request: Acknowledgement from Apple that this is a known issue affecting India-based developers A concrete resolution path (whether manual backend enablement, account review, or system fix) Expected timeline for resolution: Improved support responsiveness - Developers deserve answers, not silence Additional Context: I am ready to provide screen recordings of the exact error I have all the necessary documentation (identity verification, address proof, etc.) I am willing to complete any additional verification steps I simply need clear communication and a path forward I have been developing for iOS and want to contribute to the Apple ecosystem. However, this enrollment barrier is preventing me from doing so. Apple's support infrastructure for India needs improvement, and this issue needs attention. If any Apple team member is monitoring this forum, please escalate this issue. Indian developers deserve better support and communication.

How to renew my annual membership (Apple Developer program)
My membership expires in 10 days and I'm trying to find out how I can renew it.According to Applet:"You can renew starting 30 days before the expiration date of your existing membership or any time after it expires. Your expiration date is available in your account on the developer website. To renew, sign in to your account with the Apple ID you used to enroll, and click the "Renew Now” button. If your membership is still active when you renew, your new membership will activate as soon as your current membership expires and you will receive two (2) new TSIs."So, I sign in to my account with the Apple ID I used to enroll and I can't see the "Reset Now" button anywyere.All I can see is the "Overview", "Membership", "Certificates, IDs & Profiles", "iTunes Connect", "CloudKit Dashboard" and "Code-Level Support" under the "Programs Resources" section, on the left, and the "Documentation", "Forums", "Bug Reporter" and "News & Updates" under the "Additional Resources" section, again on the left.I went to each and every of these and there is no "Renew Now" button anywhere.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

"Unknown Error" - Please try again
Hello Team I tried to enroll using the Apple Developer app on both my Mac and my iPhone and I keep getting the "Unknown error" please try again popup. I'm on the latest macOS and iOS version, have everything in line to the requirements, but nothing seems to be working. Can someone guide me if there's something I've not done right?

I'm not able to download the p8 Private Key
I'm not able to download my Private key since Yesterday and I get the following error message when I click on "Download" Auth Key can only be downloaded once. This auth key has already been downloaded. I revoked all my existing keys and created new ones and I get the same error message. I tried all the mentioned solutions on this forum and StackOverflow like using Safari,turning off VPNs,removing spaces from Key name, using my iPhone, using a Mac, incognito/private mode on Windows Microsoft Edge, clicking done then pressing download after, right clicking on download Linked File as...nothing seems to work

Enrolling, LLC Disregarded company (Non- Us Resident)
Hi There, I´m From Spain with an LLC Company in the USA. Is a Disregarded company, the problem is that when I try to set up the paid apps agreement, Apple display the form W-9 instead of Form W8-BEN (that is for non-us resident) My question is... is this right? Under the name of my company, appear an option that ask me ... "Who is the Beneficial Owner? " You can choose between : Individual, Limited Liability - Disregarded Entity, Limited Liability - Partnership, Other... I choose Limited Liability - Disregarded Entity I m not sure if the form W-9 is the right for me because my other online business is about selling books on amazon and there the form that I m using is W8-BEN

Notice of Termination
Last week we received this e-mail from Apple, without any information about reasons. Our infrastructure builds on Apple infrastructure and contains more than 1000 iOS devices. We have paid enterprise account until April 2025. Why Apple cancelled our membership? We are reaching out to inform you that your Apple Developer Enterprise Program ("ADEP") membership will be terminated, effective February 12, 2025. Please be assured that this decision is not a result of any action or inaction on your part, and it is not subject to appeal. As of February 12, 2025, you will no longer have access to your membership and account-related services for developing and distributing in-house, internal use software. Certificates, identifiers, and provisioning profiles will be revoked, and the apps associated with your account will no longer function. In accordance with Section 11.3 of the ADEP Agreement, please immediately destroy all Apple Confidential Information that is in your possession or control and note your continuing obligations upon termination. Nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies Apple may have, all of which are hereby reserved.

Developer account stuck in limbo (Case ID: 102451753655)
Hi everyone, I’m seeking advice or guidance regarding a frustrating issue with my Apple Developer Account that’s been unresolved since October this year. Here’s the situation: My account was fully functional from October 2023 until October 13, 2024. During that time, my enrollment as a US LLC was accepted, I paid the membership fee with auto-renew enabled, and everything was in order. On October 13, 2024, I encountered a problem where my account is now stuck in what seems like a “limbo.” When I log in to developer.apple.com, I see an option to “Enroll today,” but clicking it shows the error: “Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple ID is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership.” I’ve contacted Apple Support multiple times over the past month and a half. Each time, I’ve been told my case (ID: 102451753655) has been escalated to an internal review team, but I’ve received no updates, timelines, or resolutions. This issue is severely impacting my business, as my app is ready for release but cannot be published. I’m looking for advice: • Has anyone experienced something similar? • Are there alternative ways to escalate this issue beyond the usual support channels? At this point, I’m considering taking this issue to public platforms like Twitter/X and LinkedIn to get Apple’s attention. If the problem persists, I’ll likely need to involve legal representation. It takes a long time to create a developer account as a company.
We registered as a developer company (NGO) more than 50 days ago and it's still under review. We've already sent the documents, we've confirmed by phone, and every time we contact them we receive no information. They just tell us it's under review and there's no deadline for when this review will be completed. On the same day we registered with Apple, we registered with Google and our app has been published on Google for more than 30 days. We have no support or answers. Could someone help us to at least know a deadline for this review?

Can't renew, can't update contact info
I originally created my Apple Developer account when I was living in Canada (years ago). Now that I live in the U.S. I want to renew it, but I can't - because it thinks I'm still in Canada. When I go to change my contact information, I get a screen that says: "Unauthorized Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement." What do I do?

Your Apple ID is already associated with the account holder of a membership (Enroll today)
I can't access my approved and verified Apple Developer account on the web and my certificates were revoked. When I sign in with the correct email and password, I am redirected to a page asking me to enroll in the Developer Program, even though I successfully enrolled and was approved months ago. Everything with Apple Developer account had been working fine for months, and the iOS App Store app confirms that my Apple Developer Program membership subscription is still active. And if I click "Enroll Today," it says my Apple ID is already associated with an "account holder of a membership." Additionally, my macOS app certificates have been revoked without any email or explanation, and I cannot create new ones due to this issue. Also I can access my developer account via iOS and macOS apps normally, but I can't access it on the web to create new certificates. This I urgent and time sensitive for me, can someone please help?
