Hello. I've moved from France to the UK a year ago and submitted changes regarding my new address and phone number. After several months, my phone number was reverted to the old French one (which I no longer have access to). Since then, I've been trying to update it, submitting numerous support tickets, but have gotten nowhere. Support isn't helpful; they are misunderstanding the Apple Developer phone number with my iCloud number, suggesting I update it myself in the iCloud settings (which is not related at all). One of the tickets was escalated to senior developer support, but I received the same reply: to update the number myself in my iCloud settings (which, again, is not relevant). I log in to my account using a passkey, but I'm still afraid of losing access to my account at any time. Since support is ghosting me, I don't have any other choice left rather but to ask for help here. My ticket number is 102519091037.

I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. Hi all, I initiated the request to Apple to convert from individual to organization membership. I’ve been waiting for more than 2 weeks since last email from Apple. Is there any way to escalate it? I am not receiving any further email updates after asking for an update twice. It would be really good at least to know how many days to expect the outcome if Apple could have simply replied so. How to report a bug says "With Feedback Assistant available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and the web, it’s easy to report issues you encounter". The Feedback Assistant User Guide says "Tell Apple about your experience with beta or seed releases". Is Feedback Assistant only intended for reporting bugs in beta software? A year ago I reported a bug in Xcode 14 and now I'm being asked to verify this issue with Xcode 16 Beta 3. I'm not a beta tester and I don't want to install beta software. How should I proceed?

Hi Apple Developer Community, Since March 2nd, we’ve been trying to register a corporate account for our U.S. company. However, we stopped receiving any updates after March 18th. The last message we received was: "We have received your documents and we'll contact you when an update is available." We’ve followed up several times since then, explaining that we have an app launch and a marketing campaign scheduled for early April, but we still haven’t heard back. Here are our ticket numbers: 102547989016 and 102558098664. Has anyone else experienced something similar, or does anyone know how we can get some help? We’ve provided all the requested information and are really worried about the delay. Thanks in advance!

I paid for an Apple Developer membership, but can only sign 3 apps and restricted to 7 day certificates. I don't even seem to have a way to verify if I am in fact enrolled in the developer program despite being charged for it

A couple days ago I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an individual, filled out my address and payment information, paid the fee, my bank account got charged, and I received an email with a receipt and order number. The email with the receipt says the following: To access your membership resources and benefits, visit Account on the Apple developer website. Simply sign in with the Apple ID you used to enroll. Please note that no package will be shipped to you, and you can begin using your membership resources right away." If I click on my order number it says: "Enrollment Complete", "Electronically Delivered(Completed)", and "Thanks for being a part of the Apple Developer Program.". However, when I sign in to my account on developer.apple.com, and then click on account, it says "Pending", "Purchase your membership." and, "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.", If I already paid and my order says, "Enrollment Complete", why do I still not have access to sign any builds. I would think this would be instant approval being that I live in the US, and have already been charged, but I guess not. Has anyone else had this happen to them? If so what was the resolution?

Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't. I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it. I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was "denied." I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week. I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.
