Hi, I need to contact Apple developer support. But on "Call Me" - it get a response to say the email is invalid (it is a telephone number!). I can also see in dev tools it fails with "errorToken": "EMAIL_VALIDATION_FAILED". "errorMessage": "Given emailAddress : xxxx is Invalid", I get the same error on the "Send a Message" form. The other members of my team also have the same problem, so we have no way to contact support.

Bluetooth connection is very buggy since updating to iOS 18.4. Beta X (with all betas) Airpods Pro 2 most of the time don't connect directly with my Iphone 15 Max. I have to disable bluetooth and then the connection works find. This issue ist not only with my Airpods, but also with the car, ... Very annoyinig. I reset the network settings. But this didn't help. Any suggestion how to fix this? I hear from quite a few people that they have bluetooth issues with iOS 18.X. Hope Apple fixes this soon.

I have been waiting almost 2 months for my Apple developer account to be approved. I am unable to reach Apple even though I have submitted a ticket and made phone calls and requested to escalate. I have an event at the end of next week so I need the account approved so that I can upload the app. Can someone help? I am really desperate. Im based in Saudi Arabia And have provided all the requested documents from Apple.

Hello, In 2024 I received notice of Apple Developer Account termination (Team ID: FCKZLDS8EQ) (with no reason) and in 5 days I have sended the appeal. After 30+ days - my account was terminated. The notification said that I only have a month to file an appeal, I did it within 5 days, but neither during the month nor so far - I have not received a response. Also, after the appeal, I contacted support saying that there was no response to the appeal and still remained unanswered to these tickets: 102346160903 and 102349953096. I described everything in detail in that appeal. I have an Apple Developer membership since 2014 and this is some kind of misunderstanding, I have an old trusted developer account without any violations.

In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed". But in the main page it says Purchase your membership. continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

I have created my first subscription and pay wall, everything works 100% in testing, however when it comes to launching to Apple for review I feel like I get caught up in a chicken and egg issue which never resolves. When the product goes in to waiting for review it can no longer be displayed or fake purchased on my Superwall paywall. If it doesn't display apple can't approve and this goes on and on. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Hi All, Posting here after completely spinning our wheels with Apple Business Support AND Apple Developer Support thus far. Problem: Our team of Developers have been using Corporate e-mail addresses (companyname.com) as Apple Developer Accounts. A couple of months ago we enrolled in Apple Business and enrolled our .com domain under management. Developers and others were given 30 days to enroll their accounts manually at the end of which it would be done automatically. One of our Developers did the manual transition with the result that his Developer Account "came with him" i.e. signing certificates and whatnot. Our Master Developer - my term, sorry if incorrect reference to the primary Developer Account - did nothing and his e-mail address but not his Developer Account was "forcibly" enrolled. The result being that he lost access to his Developer Account. Apple Support explained that the Developer Account had automatically been assigned a temporary access in the format "user dot name-company dot com at temporary.appleaccount.com". Great, all the Developer needs to do is to log in and follow the immediate prompting to assign a new valid e-mail address. Unfortunately, any address that the User enters is accepted and a verification code is expected. But no verification code is ever received. Not in our Corporate e-mail gateway under a working alias, not in other private accounts. Not in Spam, Junk etcetera. Something is inhibiting the change. The Developer is now stuck because he cannot log in in order to create his own support ticket. I have done so on his behalf, explained clearly the issue, received a link to an open page that does not require authentication, and he created a new ticket. The response comes again back from L1 Support on how to recover or change your login e-mail. Absolutely no recognition of the problem that has been clearly and repeatedly documented. (Bangs head against wall in frustration.) Questions: Is this Problem Description clear? If not PLEASE ask for clarification! Does anyone recognise this issue? Does anyone have a solution OR a way to reach the appropriate level in Apple Developer Support SO THAT our key Certificates etcetera that are no longer accessible in this "blocked" account can be recovered! Hi everyone, I transitioned my Apple Developer account from Individual to Organization almost two weeks ago, and ever since, I cannot upload builds, generate API keys, or create certificates. Everything worked perfectly before the transition, and I’ve used the same setup. The biggest issue isn’t just the technical problem—it’s Apple Support’s terrible handling of it: They keep copy-pasting the same request for information, even though I’ve sent everything multiple times. When I call, they say "Everything looks good on our end", but nothing is actually fixed. After asking for the same info repeatedly, they disappear and don’t provide any updates. The only unusual thing in my account is that I have two Free Apps Agreements, and one is showing on "Pending User Info", but I have no option to input anything. I have accepted all agreements and not sure what to do. It’s been two weeks. Has anyone dealt with this before? How do I get someone at Apple to actually look at the issue instead of sending copy-paste responses? Thanks.

Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... Can someone from Apple please tell me what are those reasons? I have been an Apple user for almost 10 years now. I was buying Apps from store. I am using iCloud+. Modest Citizen as some would say. What's the problem? How can I finally get to Apple Developer Program without being rejected by AI or some poor auto system?

I can not accept new agreement on account web portal. When I navigated to the page, my personal team can not be seen. So I can not accept the newly agreement. I asked help via email/phone 3 months ago, and Chinese developer team just said you need to wait. I am wondering how long need to take actions or have a conclusion...

I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing! After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing. I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok). Can somebody help me?

Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue when logging into my Apple Developer account on the official site. After entering my Apple ID and password, I immediately see: too many verification codes sent At this point I should receive a 6-digit 2FA code via SMS to my trusted phone number, but nothing ever arrives. I’ve waited from one to seven days and tried again, but I still get the same error and still no SMS. I’ve double-checked that: My trusted phone number is correct in my Apple ID settings. My carrier isn’t blocking or rate-limiting SMS messages. Steps to reproduce: Go to developer.apple.com and click “Sign In.” Enter Apple ID and password. Submit credentials → immediately see “too many verification codes sent.” No SMS arrives. Retrying doesn’t help. Expected behavior: Apple sends a new 6-digit 2FA SMS to my trusted number. After entering it, I can complete the login flow. Actual behavior: I receive the “too many verification codes sent” message instantly. I never get the SMS code, even after waiting or retrying. Has anyone else experienced this on the standard Developer portal? Is there a way to clear the “too many verification codes sent” flag or otherwise force delivery of the 2FA SMS? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hi everyone, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program nearly two months ago. Initially, I had issues using both the website and the Developer app on Mac/iPhone to complete the process. After contacting Apple Developer Support, I was told that they don't accept EU residence permits through the automatic system, only national ID cards or a driver’s license, which I don’t have, as a few years ago I relocated from a 3rd world non-EU country. But they said this can be reviewed manually. Eventually, Apple Support provided me with a link to upload my passport and residence permit photos. I submitted them right away, but it’s now been 39 days with no progress. I followed up multiple times.. after 10 days, 3 weeks, and again just recently, and each time I’m told my documents are still under review, with no ETA or further details. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything else I can do to move this forward, or is it just a matter of waiting indefinitely? Thanks in advance for any advice or insight.
