Hi I'm trying to setup external users to test my app. When I get to the screen attached its not letting me complete the setup because it says I have to only use numbers for the phone number. I have only used numbers, I've ensure I've done so but its not recognizing this. Has anyone else had this issue? Could you make suggestions as to how to fix the problem? I am seeking clarification on recurringPaymentRequestwith Apple Pay. I am using the Apple Pay JS API to make a recurring payment request. My Payment processor is Authorize.net. The initial payment processes fine via the token. My question is, how can my web application process the subsequent payment? Authorize.net doesn't allow me to set up an ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) profile for Apple Pay tokens, unlike Credit Cards. How would I go about obtaining another token for the customer? I cannot find good documentation on the recurring billing setup with Apple Pay and Authorize.net anywhere. I recently purchased an Apple Developer Account on March 01, 2025. Upon completing the purchase, I received a confirmation message stating that my account would be activated within 48 hours. However, it has now been more than ten days, and my account still remains inactive. I didn't recieve any further email regarding apple developer account enrollment. Hi, I am looking for a way to implement X-day free trial and then the feature would be locked. User should purchase the in app purchase to unlock the feature after trial period if they wish to continue to use it. From the older post, I can see other people suggest non-consumable tier-0 IAP will should cost nothing. From app store connect, I am not able to find 0 dollar as an option. I can see in apple's storekit documentation. There are officially a free trial subscription. I don't believe this can fit in my use case. Is anyone still able to create free in app purchase ?

Hello, I’m facing an issue with my developer account enrollment and would appreciate your guidance. I created an account and gave access to my developer to assist with the process. After I completed the payment, I didn’t proceed with enrollment immediately. Later, my developer attempted to enroll on my behalf, but he mistakenly submitted his own personal information instead of mine. Now, whenever we try to enroll, we keep encountering errors. Hello Community, A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations. I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. We are facing a challenge with the renewal of our Apple Developer Program. Last year, we renewed it using a UPI ID, but that UPI ID is no longer available. We have added a new UPI ID and want the payment to be deducted from it. However, when we click on ‘Renew the Program,’ it redirects us to the old UPI ID, which we are unable to delete. It also shows that there is a currently active subscription linked to that UPI ID. We are in the 30-day grace period. We contacted the Apple Support team, but they have not provided a solution. Hello, i have apple account with name droob app, i am trying to enroll to apple developer program, with my name, but when i submit the requested fields , i get this message : Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. what should i do to complete enrollment process

I recently made the enrollment for developer program and make the payment on Apple developer website. I saw the payment amount is debited from my account. But the developer program is not approved. When I contacted the developer support, they said Apple did not receive the money and you have to enroll again. So, I asked my Bank to make sure the payment is processed or not. The bank said it is already processed and they even sent me reference number and approval number. Even I sent the screenshot of those information, but the support guy keeps saying they did not receive it but without any helpful information to troubleshoot the issue at all. I am really amazed a company such as Apple has such terrible customer support. Now, I have to request payment dispute to my bank about it. If I do not get my money back, I will tag Apple CEO on x.com and post about it every day with a schedular script.
