Push Notifications for Apple Wallet Passes (PassKit) — Why don't notifications arrive despite successful APNs responses?
Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? Restrictions or limitations of Wallet pass notifications? Thanks in advance for your help!

Enrollment not processing
I already enrolled and paid for the developer program but on the main developer page it still says "Join the Apple Developer Program" with a button to "Enroll Today" but when I click on it, it redirects me to a page that says "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I tried to speak to apple support about it at least a dozen times and they give me no reasonings or anything as to what the issue is and why I'm not able to get past this error. Every time I ask them for any update or an estimate on when I will even get an update, they just say they can't provide any information.

Can't figure out first subscription
I have created my first subscription and pay wall, everything works 100% in testing, however when it comes to launching to Apple for review I feel like I get caught up in a chicken and egg issue which never resolves. When the product goes in to waiting for review it can no longer be displayed or fake purchased on my Superwall paywall. If it doesn't display apple can't approve and this goes on and on. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

Developer Beta 3 Lag
Hi all, It’s a new year, and the betas are out, but one thing I have noticed with this build is how much lag is everywhere. It’s one of my main issues with the current state of iOS 26 and the question I bear is ‘What is Apple going to do to make their software less laggy?’. I get how Liquid Glass is a rendering intensive material, but I don’t think normal users could handle the amount of lag happily.

Developer Account Payment Made, But No Activation Email After 3 Weeks
Hello, I created an Apple Developer account and paid the €79 membership fee. It has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received any email confirming the activation or approval of my account. Apple mentioned that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but I have only received two emails related to the payment invoice. There has been no update regarding the status or activation of my developer account. Can someone help me understand what might be causing the delay, or how I can get in touch with the right support team to resolve this? Thank you.

Urgent help!! Apple developer account still not approved
I have been waiting almost 2 months for my Apple developer account to be approved. I am unable to reach Apple even though I have submitted a ticket and made phone calls and requested to escalate. I have an event at the end of next week so I need the account approved so that I can upload the app. Can someone help? I am really desperate. Im based in Saudi Arabia And have provided all the requested documents from Apple.

🔥 Developer Account Expired — No Option to Renew, No Timely Support (India)
I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. Unable to Renew Developer Account - Payment Fails Despite Valid Cards
Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program subscription was supposed to renew last month, but the payment failed. Surprisingly, the subscription didn’t expire right away, I got an extra month. I’ve now tried updating the payment method using multiple credit/debit cards (including my own and my dad’s), all of which are working perfectly elsewhere but the payment continues to fail. In the Developer app on macOS, I don’t see any option to manually renew the subscription (see attached screenshot). I also noticed that the street address on my developer account doesn’t match the billing address of the card I’m using. Could this be the cause of the issue? If automatic renewal fails, is there a manual payment method available? I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the solutions they suggested haven’t worked. With my subscription now set to expire in just 3 days, I’m running out of time and options. If there's any way to manually pay or resolve this, I would really appreciate it. I’m in a desperate situation and need to renew to keep my app updates live. Thanks in advance!

Business Name Change Blocking Critical App Identifiers
I’m in crisis mode and desperately need advice. Launching in 10 days and just hit a major roadblock. Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? The business name change was purely administrative - nothing structural changes. But these identifier updates are absolutely critical for launch functionality and we didn’t realize they were needed until trying to launch into testflight. This is our first time so learning a lot the hard way 🫠. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello Community, A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. App Manager Unable to Enter Certificates, IDs, & Profiles Page
Hi, I'm a novice Account Holder and one of my teammate, who's role is already assigned as App Manager, cannot log into Certificates, IDs, & Profiles Page, nor adjust his account to Organization Account in Xcode's Apple account setting. I tried to change my personal account to a App Manager to see if this is a general setting stuff but I didn't come across problems above. I am able to not only log into the Certificates page but also change my account setting in Xcode. Is there anything I can do in this situation, or just hand it to Developer Support ?

Unable to Re-Enroll in Apple Developer Program Due to Document Rejection
Hello, Two months ago, I tried to enroll in the Apple Developer Program and provided official documents such as my ID and passport. However, I was repeatedly asked to upload them again until my account was declared no longer eligible for use in the Apple Developer Program. I don’t know why my ID was rejected. I tried uploading a regular photo of the document, I tried a scan, and I tried various formats, but nothing worked. Now I want to try again and enroll, but the button is not clickable. Can you please guide me through what went wrong and how I can try again? Thank you.

not a developer being hacked
i am not a developer but im being hacked and my devices are being enrolled into developer / mdm on all my personal apple devices it startted off with all these logs on my phone/ mac that was logging all my activity, networks, device details etc. its gotten to the point that its putting my life in danger my 911 calls even were being intercepted and i saw a list of voices downloaded and when certain words i said were said; they would be ignored or replaced. i suspect my identity haa been stolen and ive been illegally enrolled or configurated by apple configurator to basically have a software license agreement that i never agreed to and do not even have the capability of using when i go to apple developer it says all system status active please i need help asap someone is hacking me and i do not agree to these terms!!

Cannot Create Identifiers – “+” Button Missing on Identifiers Page
I'm currently unable to create new identifiers in the Apple Developer portal at this URL: https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/list The “+” button that should appear to create a new identifier is missing entirely from the page. What’s odd is that another team member (with the same access level and role under the same team) can see and use the button without any issues. So this doesn't appear to be a permissions-related problem. I’ve already tried: Logging out and back in Clearing browser cache Using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Using Incognito/Private mode Still no luck. Has anyone encountered this before or knows how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

I been searching about this for so long now i don’t think it’s possible anymore & its more of a talk about thing than doing😭😭. But i’m a Mixing/Mastering Engineer for Music, & I’m always seeing people music releasing to Apple Music, with the icon “Apple Digital Master“ But when I do research the only thing i can find is it needs to be done in an approved Apple Studio, But me personally i’ve never heard or seen one. So i’m patiently & sincerely waiting for the right response that can help me or lead me to the right person or direction to help me out please, Because all this seeking is really starting to make my brain have aneurysm.

Follow-up on Company Enrollment – Case ID: 102578249178
Hi, While I understand that some enrollment reviews may take time, it has now been nearly a month since we submitted our company enrollment on April 11, and unfortunately, we still have no concrete updates or next steps. As a small business, this extended delay is significantly affecting our operations. We are unable to proceed with our product launch, engage with partners, or move forward with development work. Each passing day adds to the financial and operational pressure we’re facing. To be completely transparent, we honestly don’t believe there is a large set of documents or verifications that would justify such a long review. Our company’s D-U-N-S information has been provided and contains clear, publicly verifiable details about our registration and address. Beyond that, there is no additional documentation that should require extended evaluation. From our research, we’ve learned that some enrollments may get stuck in the review pipeline indefinitely unless manually escalated — and some companies only managed to resolve the issue after getting in touch with senior contacts or executives. We kindly ask — and sincerely hope — that instead of a standard response confirming the enrollment is “under review,” we can receive a more concrete update: what stage it is truly at, whether any verification is pending, and whether manual intervention is required. Join Apple Developer Program
I'm signing up as an Apple Developer, but I've paid 4 times, and after about 10 hours each time, the order status changes to Cancelled, and there is no email explaining the reason for the cancellation, and the payment has not been refunded to me, and no staff has contacted me. I was confused
