Subsequently, I received an email stating that my identity was not verified. Here is the exact wording from the email: "We can’t verify your identity with the Apple Developer app or provide further assistance with the Apple Account for Apple developer programs." After that, I tried to reach support several times, but there has been no response from them.

Testing on Stable iOS Versions: The issue is exclusive to iOS 18.2 beta; testing on earlier stable iOS releases confirms that the function works as intended. Hey everyone. This is probably the last straw I am trying to pull since I tried almost everything else. I have applied for the Apple Developer Program and the whole process started at the end of 2024. I got rejected the first time because Apple could not charge my card. It was clearly shown that the cost is $99, however, it was 106.65 Euros (I created a Revolut card with the $100 because I don't trust placing my card everywhere). I started the new process but this time I knew about the amount issue so I placed 150 Euros just to be safe. Automatic rejection with robotic AI response: "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time." When I raised ticket about it I got no replies. Than both my friend and wife tried to apply for the program. Both rejected with the exact same messaging. I created a new Apple ID, new card, new everything and did everything "by the book". Again. Rejection with the same exact messaging: For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program couldn't be completed. We can't continue with your enrollment at this time... And I have submitted multiple support tickets and asked for the status, and ALL of the replies are "uNDer rEvIEW". For real? 423 days? How can it possibly take this long? This is beyond unreasonable. I'm trying to enroll in Apple Developer and I continuously getting a "Payment Declined" message despite trying 4 credit cards, a debit card and even my apple card. When I try this through the developer app the "Enroll Now" button is greyed out. It's not a bank issue I've already checked and they don't see any requests coming through. But when I click it, I’m redirected to Agreements, Tax and Banking, and there is no agreement to accept — the page is empty. I checked with the team, and none of us can see the agreement. Is it possible that the required agreement is available only to the Account Holder and not visible to Admin or Developer roles? Hey everyone, I purchased an Apple Developer Program for 99 USD on January 1 2024, filled out my credit card that I use for iCloud+ storage plan, got my confirmation email that within 48h my developer account should be activated, but it never did. Plus after waiting more than 48h I wrote to support, describing everything, but never heard back from them. One thing I noticed during the checkout was I was asked for everything (name, address, CC number, expiry date) but not the CVV number. Is this normal, and would Apple be able to process the payment without it? I though about going through the enrolment process again, but am afraid of a double charge, in case my original enrolment gets accepted... I downloaded the iOS and iPadOS 18.4 beta and it worked. Instead on Apple Watch Series 6 it does not install. It says to connect to the Internet but I am connected. I have already tried to restart iPhone 12 pro and Apple Watch but nothing to do. I also did factory data Apple Watch but nothing changed. Apple support told me that they do not help you on betas. I also sent feedback on Apple feedback app. I do not know what to do anymore. Does anyone have the same problem as me? Can it be solved?

I created a developer account in one country and it was active for few years, now it has expired and I have moved to another country. When I want to change the address under "Membership details > Update your information +" it redirects me to a page and I see the following message Your account can’t access this page. There may be certain requirements to view this content. If you’re a member of a developer program, make sure your Account Holder has agreed the latest license agreement. So I thought may be I should just go and renew the account, but on the payment page there's no option to change country there as well, which is required as I don't have a card from my previous country. It is an individual account. Is there any hope I can resurrect my account?
