Changing Developer Account type from Organization (Business) to Individual
I have just started the process of closing down my limited company and would like to change my Apple Developer ID account type from Business (Organization) to Individual to release my apps under my own name. I was planning on releasing software in the App Store under my limited company, but I encountered an issue (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/759605) that has blocked the development for almost a year and Apple has never bothered to fix the issue. This has forced me to close down the company. I have decided I will be releasing the software as an open source project. All I want now is to be able to sign the software using my regular, personal Apple Account ID. However, my Apple Account is currently tied to my company's Organization Developer Account. It is registered as a business with business accounts, the App Store Connect agreements are signed by my company, and everything else on my Developer profile is tied to that company. I do not see the option to close down the company/business account. The only relevant post I found online was here: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/702447 Unfortunately, people mention in the comments that the workaround does not actually work. I have tried reaching Developer Support but had no response via email, and I cannot schedule a call back via the Support page because I cannot verify my overseas phone number. Seems like I have a really tough luck with Apple Developer ecosystem... Has anyone ever managed to do this? Any help much appreciated!

Payment Issue for Apple Developer Business Account
Dear Apple Developer Support Team, I am reaching out regarding an issue with completing the $99 payment for my Apple Developer Business account, which has already been verified. Despite several attempts, the payment process has not been successful. Here is a summary of my attempts: I tried making the payment using local bank cards from Sri Lankan banks (BOC, HNB, and Commercial Bank), but these were declined. Following your advice from my support ticket, I attempted payment using a foreign card while in Sri Lanka, but this also failed. Assuming the issue might be related to my location, I asked a friend in the UK to make the payment using her card. The transaction was processed successfully, but it has now been four days with no updates or progress. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Please let me know if any further information is required to expedite the process. Thank you for your time and support.

No Renew button (membership)!
We had a work card attached to our developer's account. team ID 924RUYJZ34 dev ID 8771bf7b-31a9-4602-baae-02580fe5b6c4 Funds are debited from this card in other services, there are no problems with it, the amount in the account is sufficient. Our membership subscription did not renew automatically. The applications are blocked. We can't renew our subscription, there's no Renew button anywhere. There is no way to extend it on any device, web version, or anywhere else. We can't even cancel and re-arrange it, all the functions don't work. Please help us, how can we renew our subscription?!

Issue with Apple Developer Enrollment – Trusted Device & Subscription Conflict
Context: I recently encountered an issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program with my personal Apple ID, and I need guidance on how to resolve it. A few months ago, I helped a client set up an Apple Developer account because they didn’t have an iPhone, Mac, or even an Apple ID. To assist them, I created an Apple ID for them and used my iPhone (via the Apple Developer app) to enroll their account in the Apple Developer Program. Now that the project is complete, I have removed myself from their Apple Developer account and given them full control over the app. However, when I tried to enroll my personal Apple ID in the Developer Program, I was unable to do so. After contacting Apple Support, I was informed that my phone number is still recognized as the trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, preventing me from enrolling in the Developer Program under my own account. Additional Issues: When I checked my Apple ID subscription list on account.apple.com, I noticed that the Apple Developer Program Membership is still listed under my personal Apple ID. However, when my client logs into their Apple ID subscription list, the Apple Developer subscription does NOT appear under their account. Even though the Apple Developer Program subscription is listed under my Apple ID, I cannot access the Apple Developer portal (developer.apple.com/account) to manage my account, enroll, or create apps. However, my client CAN still access the Developer portal and create/manage apps, even though the subscription is NOT in their Apple ID subscription list. Problems: My phone number is still a trusted device for my client’s Apple ID, blocking me from enrolling my own Developer account. The Developer Program subscription appears under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, even though my client is the one using the Developer account. I cannot access Apple Developer features, while my client can—even though the subscription is technically under my Apple ID. Questions: How can I unlink my phone number and device from my client’s Apple ID so I can enroll in the Apple Developer Program? Why does the Developer Program subscription appear under my Apple ID instead of my client’s, and how can I fix this? Why can’t I access the Developer portal, even though the subscription is listed under my Apple ID? Has anyone faced a similar issue, and if so, how was it resolved? Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Issue with Apple Developer Subscription Payment
I’m having a problem with my Apple Developer subscription payment: 1️⃣ My card was successfully charged €99 – I have a confirmation email from the payment system 2️⃣ But my Apple Developer account shows "Order Canceled" – the cart displays this status Additionally, when I log into my account, it prompts me to register again as if the payment didn’t go through. Questions: How can I restore access to Apple Developer? What should I do about the payment—will it be refunded automatically, or do I need to contact support? Could this be a system error, and should I try paying again? Thanks in advance for your help!

Apple developer account - stuck in enrolling for over 2 weeks
I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. Many thanks.

Individual Developer Account and Enterprise Developer Account are locked by Apple?
Hello, I am an employee of EVN Corporation, the largest energy corporation in Vietnam. Our corporation has been developing mobile applications on the iOS platform since 2017 and has purchased several development accounts, including these two accounts: (developer) and (Enterprise Developer). However, both accounts are experiencing issues and cannot log in to developer.apple.com to continue development. Upon investigation, our accounts may have been flagged for violating certain Apple terms, however, we did not receive any notification via email. We sincerely hope that you can identify our specific issues and help us resolve them to restore these accounts. Thank you very much! Note: For privacy and security reasons, it might be better to mask or remove the actual email addresses when posting publicly. Would you like me to provide information about common reasons for Apple Developer account suspension and steps for resolution?
