Hi All, Hoping someone can shed light on the correct way to proceed for App Review using an app built with Unity's IAP Service. I'm unsure if I have a problem with my build or there is a problem with my sequencing of the review process. Unity’s IAP won’t recognize a product until it exists on App Store Connect (which you would expect), however App Store Connect won’t publish products until they are reviewed with a submitted binary. I submitted a binary with my first product for review and the app was rejected for “completeness” because the product was unavailable. I requested clarification and the review team sent a screenshot back showing the store page in the game with the IAP UI in the state I would expect for no products returned (the buttons say “unavailable” and are disabled) - which makes sense, because the IAP is not approved and therefore not available. The review team sent the following: "When validating receipts on your server, your server needs to be able to handle a production-signed app getting its receipts from Apple’s test environment. The recommended approach is for your production server to always validate receipts against the production App Store first. If validation fails with the error code “Sandbox receipt used in production,” you should validate against the test environment instead." It seems we are not event to the point of receipt validation because the rejection is due to products not being approved and therefore not returned when the app queries them. So the app can't be approved unless it can be tested before the product exist in App Store Connect, but Unity's IAP won’t recognize the product until it exists in App Score Connect? Since I had submitted once I was able to resubmit just the IAP, but that was rejected for completeness because it didn't include a binary - which was rejected because the IAP was not present - and the IAP was not present because it was not approved. The IAP is a very simple "100 Gems" in game currency pack so I don't believe it is being rejected on its own merits, but I suppose I could be mistaken there. I can’t be the only one with this problem, or I must be missing something… or there is something else wrong with my build. Suggestions much appreciated!

I’m very new to mobile app development but not new to application development in general. I’m close to completing my first app and really excited to get things moving along and then hit a major roadblock and am at my wits end with this. I currently have a free account and have been testing on my own phone. I’m ready to move to TestFlight so went to enroll in the paid program and it just says can’t do so at this time. I sent support an email and they said it’s because they can’t identify me. I called and they told me the same thing and that there is literally nothing that can be done. I tried to create a new Apple ID and figured I’d just use it for the dev work I want to do but I can’t even create a new ID. I did have Family Sharing setup with myself as the organize and removed myself from that to ensure nothing was preventing identification. Still nothing. I can’t possibly be the only one that has gone through this. Frustrated is an understatement and getting this app out was really going to be such a big deal for me. So disappointed. Any suggestions?

Hi. For over 1.5 months, I am trying to opt in apple developer program for my company. Couple of times, I got informed that I have missing documents like shown below. • Applicant’s employment verification • Applicant’s employee badge or business card • Business documents for COMPANY_NAME I have provided employment verification and business documents, but I don't have any employee badge or business card so instead, I've provided my own id card's photo. Apple keeps sending me same email regarding missing documents. What I am missing here? What should I do if i don't have employee badge or business card? Thank you

I had submitted an app for mac for Notarization. After i had submitted the app it stated, "Team is not yet configured for Notarization". After few days i noticed that i am unable to access the features of my membership. Although i had an active membership. I have been trying to contact support from Feb 11 but no reply. Kindly help !

I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

Our organization has an active Apple Developer membership, but since last month, we’ve been unable to access our team information or manage certificates. Our apps are still active in App Store Connect, but we cannot update them. On the Developer account page, a “Join Now” button appears, but clicking it results in the message: “Your Apple Account is already associated with the account holder of a membership.” Additionally, this account was originally registered with an older email when it was used to create a personal developer account in 2015—nearly 10 years ago. We do not know if this is causing the issue. We have contacted Apple many times but no reply within one month. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Beginning yesterday and still continuing when I go to log into my developer account (both iOS and OS X) I am presented with a new Terms and Agreement page. The agreement is not displayed, I am unable to download the PDF and when I check the Agree box then Submit it returns me to the same page. I am unable to contact support as all of the links are invalid or I get kept being sent back tot eh Terms & Agreement page.How do I get out of this black hole?

I work as a mobile developer at the company I recently joined. The department that worked before me set up a developer account for the company. Later, this department parted ways with the company. Now, I want to access the developer account set up under the company’s name. However, I cannot access the account information or reach out to the former employees. I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.” I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided. This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need: A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked. Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access. Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? My membership got expired and I don't see the renew button anywhere on the website or the developer app. In my case, I have changed the developer account email address 6 months ago and the new email was not mapped for renewal that's why the renew button was not showing (I guess). I tried to reach to Apple support, the phone support wasn't available so I wrote couple of emails. After 48 hrs they have sent an email saying the new email address has been mapped but still I see no renew button. I added required funds and disabled the auto-renew option yet no hope. it's been four days still no replay from Apple. I was constantly checking for the phone support. Today I saw phone support was available so I immediately requested the call and explained the support staff about my situation and he fixed within a minute. so guys if you are facing similar issue and see no solution even after contacting multiple times via emails, wait for phone support and request a call. This is the fastest and efficient way to resolve this "renew" issue. add the required funds so that the subscription payment will be done instantly. Have a good day y'll

Hello, I am currently developing a game streaming application using ReplayKit and Broadcast Upload Extension. I would like to ask for your assistance regarding capturing snapshots of a WKWebView in the upload extension without adding it to a visible view hierarchy. From my understanding, calling takeSnapshot(with:) on a WKWebView that is not added to the view hierarchy generally works for simple web pages. However, when it comes to more complex web content — such as animations or WebGL — the snapshot returns a blank or static image. I believe this is because rendering such content requires access to the GPU, which is not fully available when the web view is off-screen. That said, I’ve observed that certain apps are able to capture live animated web content inside their broadcast upload extensions, even when the main app is terminated. This suggests that the snapshot is not being generated by the main app or from a remote server — especially since the network activity confirms the content is served locally (via localhost or local IP). Given this, I believe there must be a way to achieve GPU-accelerated rendering for WKWebView directly within the upload extension context, without attaching it to the app's UI. I would greatly appreciate any guidance, APIs, or recommended techniques that could help me achieve this behavior correctly and within system limitations. Thank you in advance for your support. I enrolled to the apple developer account more than one week ago. Nothing! After 3 or 4 emails to support I received an email with steps I should perform from the iPhone app. I did so, my money was charged and ... nothing. My enrollment has been withdrawn no activation nothing. I made another request (although I am not sure that it is ok). Can somebody help me?
