Hi. For over 1.5 months, I am trying to opt in apple developer program for my company. Couple of times, I got informed that I have missing documents like shown below. • Applicant’s employment verification • Applicant’s employee badge or business card • Business documents for COMPANY_NAME I have provided employment verification and business documents, but I don't have any employee badge or business card so instead, I've provided my own id card's photo. Apple keeps sending me same email regarding missing documents. What I am missing here? What should I do if i don't have employee badge or business card? Thank you

Hello, I created an Apple Developer account and paid the €79 membership fee. It has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received any email confirming the activation or approval of my account. Apple mentioned that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but I have only received two emails related to the payment invoice. There has been no update regarding the status or activation of my developer account. Can someone help me understand what might be causing the delay, or how I can get in touch with the right support team to resolve this? Thank you.

Hi, I paid to renew my membership and I received an order confirmation email. But when i go to my account it says it is still expired - so what did i pay for then? I've emailed Apple developer support and they just sent me a generic bot/copy and paste email telling me i need to renew my account. Everyone i speak to tells me to click a link and it just leads to an email option, i email them, then i get an unhelpful email, then the cycle repeats. It's like: Me: "Hey Apple, i've just paid to renew my account and you're not giving me what i paid for". Apple: "Just renew your account". Me: "....yeah but that's the issue" Apple: "click this link to send an email and start the infinite useless cycle all over again". I have also called apple multiple times and spoke with three people and they are not able to help. I spoke with one of the people's managers and i explained to him that i've stuck in this infinite loop where nothing gets resolved and he sent me a link which just. lead. to. the. same. email. option! I then explained that this is like a dystopian sci-fi movie where this faceless mega-corp (Apple) has taken my money for a service and not given me that service (false advertising / crime). He said he can't help. Then you know what he said? ................... ........ ..... .. "post on the forum". So Apple takes my money and doesn't give me the service they advertised to me then says they can't help me and that i have to ask in the forum. I said "so basically you're advising me that non-apple employees are better suited to help me than Apple employees, lol". What should i do here?? I have a had a team of developers stop working for weeks and this has brought my app development plan to a halt, costing me money.

After I added the USB HID function to my Mac program, it failed to pass Apple's review. The reviewer replied that four non-public or deprecated APIs were used. ··· • _IOHIDEventGetFloatValue • _IOHIDEventSystemClientCreate • _IOHIDEventSystemClientSetMatching • _IOHIDServiceClientCopyEvent ··· The program used the HidAPI library, the open source address is: https://github.com/libusb/hidapi All interactions with HID are completed through the HidAPI library, but I checked the source code of the HidAPI library, and the above APIs were not used At the same time, I used Xcode's Instruments tool to monitor the calls of the app during runtime, but no calls to the above APIs were found in System Trace, CPU Profiler, or Timer Profiler However, Apple's review still replied that the above APIs were used, and the USB HID function is very important. Is there any way to check where the library or program uses the above non-public or deprecated APIs?

I’m extremely disappointed with the Apple Developer Program experience. Our organization account (JD SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED) expired on October 26, 2024, and to this day, there is no visible option to renew — not in the Apple Developer app (iOS/Mac), not on the developer website. We've followed every instruction Apple provides, and nothing works. To make things worse, I’m based in India, but Apple’s support is clearly U.S.-centered and unresponsive. I contacted support and got a canned response asking me to wait 24 hours. Why does a global company like Apple not provide time zone–relevant or regional developer support? This isn’t a minor inconvenience—it’s a major business disruption. Our apps are unavailable, and we can’t push updates. And yet we’re met with silence and confusion when we try to give Apple more money to renew our account. Apple enforces the strictest guidelines on developers, yet offers no proper channel to resolve something as basic as account renewal. It’s absurd. We’re now being forced to consider alternative app stores and distribution platforms—not because we want to leave, but because Apple is making it impossible to stay. Apple, please fix this. Unfortunately, for the past two months I've been trying to migrate to a company account. The banking updates are stuck processing with this error message: Apple Developer support tossed me around between 6 or 7 different representatives, each restarting the process of trying to figure out the problem, contacting the engineering team back and forth, and even remote controlling my screen to try and solve it, to no avail. None of them know what is the issue. What do I do?

My developer account pending for more that 4 days. When I login to http://developer.apple.com, it show the following message: Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I have already paid the membership fee and got the E-invoice from apple. I am trying to add some more capabilities to my app in the apple developer website. I checked the Notification option and hit save but whenever i refresh the option is left unchecked. I checked console logs and whenever i try saving I get an error.

Hello, I represent a registered business operating under a developer account that has always followed Apple’s guidelines, complied fully with review requests, and submitted documentation whenever asked. We have never knowingly violated any policy, and we categorically deny any dishonest or fraudulent behavior. Last week, our developer account was suddenly terminated without any prior warning or opportunity to address concerns. The message provided no specific reason, no actionable details, and no path to resolution. This has left us completely locked out — unable to appeal through standard channels, and unable to contact anyone directly. It’s shocking, disorienting, and devastating to a legitimate business with employees, users, and operations depending on this platform. To make matters worse, this is not the first time. A previous termination notice was sent weeks ago and then — after we submitted a respectful and professional appeal — Apple quietly reversed the decision overnight, without any explanation or follow-up. We were left to assume it was a mistake. We had hoped that incident was rare and behind us. Now it’s happening again, without explanation, and without a human conversation. We are losing money and users every day, and we’re still in the dark about what Apple believes we did wrong — because no one has told us. Hi everyone, My Apple Developer Program subscription was supposed to renew last month, but the payment failed. Surprisingly, the subscription didn’t expire right away, I got an extra month. I’ve now tried updating the payment method using multiple credit/debit cards (including my own and my dad’s), all of which are working perfectly elsewhere but the payment continues to fail. In the Developer app on macOS, I don’t see any option to manually renew the subscription (see attached screenshot). I also noticed that the street address on my developer account doesn’t match the billing address of the card I’m using. Could this be the cause of the issue? If automatic renewal fails, is there a manual payment method available? I’ve already contacted Apple Support, but the solutions they suggested haven’t worked. With my subscription now set to expire in just 3 days, I’m running out of time and options. If there's any way to manually pay or resolve this, I would really appreciate it. I bought the membership almost 2 days ago and have heard no response since. Is this normal and how long can i expect to wait. I need this urgently.

I have been trying to enrol for an apple developer program for more than 2 weeks now. The goal is to enrol as a company. We got a DUNS number and everything. 1st attempt: With a new appleid account based on a company address, done through a browser. Payment details submitted, got thank you page, a week later nothing... Apple support suggests doing this on the app. 2nd attempt: WIthdrew application, used a mobile device and logon with the new appleid on the device. Downloaded apple developer app. Logged on the app with the same apple id. App asked me to take pictures of my id card, failed to submit with message "Unable to send information - Your information could not be sent due to a connection error" Googled the above saw 100s of people facing the same issue, apple developer forum is flooded with people that are stuck to either the first or the second scenario. 3rd attempt: Used my existing personal appleid to create an account. Again either stuck on 1st or 2nd scenario 4rd attempt: Created a brand new apple id with a new email address. Again stuck in either the first or second scenario. Dear Apple, why are you making this so complicated? Apple support, can we get some individual support here and not just the canned replies? Enrolment IDs and case numbers available upon request. Background: Set up developer account under a business name only because we needed the D-U-N-S number when starting development Have a working app with Family Controls already configured on the main identifier Yesterday my developer discovered we need Family Controls on 3 additional identifiers for launch a week ago (terrible timing) I submitted a business name change request thinking it was good housekeeping The Crisis: Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles portal is completely locked during business name change processing Can’t add Family Controls to the 3 identifiers we need for launch Business name change typically takes 2-4 weeks Launch is in 10 days What I’ve Done: Contacted Apple Developer Support explaining the urgency Case ID: 102633553000 for the name change request Desperate Questions: Has ANYONE successfully cancelled a business name change mid-process for urgent app needs? Any emergency escalation paths at Apple for launch-blocking issues? Would creating a new developer account be faster? (Though that seems nuclear) Any other workarounds I’m not thinking of? The business name change was purely administrative - nothing structural changes. But these identifier updates are absolutely critical for launch functionality and we didn’t realize they were needed until trying to launch into testflight.
