Hi everyone, I have created an Apple Developer Account for our company here in India. We are yet to launch our iOS Mobile App. However, recently we have also opened our branch in UAE and we want to change all the account details as per UAE’s Branch - Organisation’s name, DUNS Number, etc. I have submitted the change request of the details in the same developer account. Is it alright? How much time does Apple take in this regard? Do we have to create a new account for this or amendments can be made? Best Regards

Hello Community, A few years ago, I attempted to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, but the process was blocked with the following error message: "Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." As a developer, I regularly help businesses and individuals set up their Apple developer accounts, and I’ve never encountered this issue with any of my clients—only on my own personal account. I’ve since discovered that others have faced this problem too, but none seem to have found a working solution. I’ve sent multiple emails to Apple Support and I have yet to receive a single response. This matter is extremely urgent for me. If anyone has experienced this issue and successfully resolved it, please share your solution. I’d greatly appreciate any insight. Thank you.

I'm facing an issue with revoking an iOS Development certificate in the Apple Developer Console. The certificate is in "Pending Approval" status, and when I attempt to revoke it, I receive the following error: "The specified resource does not exist. There is no certificate with ID 'XXXXXXXXX' on this team." Despite this error, the certificate still appears in my list, and the only available action remains "Revoke." Steps I've tried so far: Refreshed the page and cleared the browser cache Logged out and back into my Developer account Tried using different browsers (Safari, Chrome) Checked Xcode > Preferences > Accounts for certificate status Contacting Apple Support (Not response since over 3 weeks) Additional Info: The certificate type is iOS Development, not Distribution. The status has been "Pending Approval" since creation.

I already enrolled and paid for the developer program but on the main developer page it still says "Join the Apple Developer Program" with a button to "Enroll Today" but when I click on it, it redirects me to a page that says "Sorry, you can’t enroll at this time. Your Apple Account is already associated with the Account Holder of a membership." I tried to speak to apple support about it at least a dozen times and they give me no reasonings or anything as to what the issue is and why I'm not able to get past this error. Every time I ask them for any update or an estimate on when I will even get an update, they just say they can't provide any information.

Hi anybody else experiencing or have experienced issues to renew membership? My company's app is no longer available in the app store for the users to download and update. If someone can help me it would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out a few times to apple and after a few days the issue still exists, affecting my job and company operations. Below are the issues we are facing if anybody knows how to solve it: Account was deprecated We managed to access the developer website, also the appstoreconnect website, but so far all apps are not yet available in the store. I been searching about this for so long now i don’t think it’s possible anymore & its more of a talk about thing than doing😭😭. But i’m a Mixing/Mastering Engineer for Music, & I’m always seeing people music releasing to Apple Music, with the icon “Apple Digital Master“ But when I do research the only thing i can find is it needs to be done in an approved Apple Studio, But me personally i’ve never heard or seen one. So i’m patiently & sincerely waiting for the right response that can help me or lead me to the right person or direction to help me out please, Because all this seeking is really starting to make my brain have aneurysm.

I have filled the form to request for this access, but it has been 15 days now and I haven’t gotten any feedback. Apple Support said the appropriate team will be in contact with me once it has been approved. It’s been 15 days and still nothing. I just want to know how long it would take, and Apple’s WWDC 2025 is around the corner, I was really looking forward to get this done before then.

Hello, In 2024 I received notice of Apple Developer Account termination (Team ID: FCKZLDS8EQ) (with no reason) and in 5 days I have sended the appeal. After 30+ days - my account was terminated. The notification said that I only have a month to file an appeal, I did it within 5 days, but neither during the month nor so far - I have not received a response. Also, after the appeal, I contacted support saying that there was no response to the appeal and still remained unanswered to these tickets: 102346160903 and 102349953096. I described everything in detail in that appeal. I have an Apple Developer membership since 2014 and this is some kind of misunderstanding, I have an old trusted developer account without any violations.

I have been trying to pay for enrollment as a developer all day now. i received the same notification that authentication failed. I have tried different cards and all the address information is correct. I am unsure what to do. Support was useless.

I am facing a problem. I have enrolled developer program on 7th may, 25. It says will take 2 days but I haven't received any confirmation. Again I submitted information on 11th February, 25 but still haven't received any email about confirmation or rejection. I tried to contact apple support. They created ticket for me. But haven't received any further information from them. It seems like I am a ghost and apple is not seeing me. Can anyone tell me what is the problem. Thank you

I’m experiencing an issue where Xcode cannot access my Team ID, even though my Apple Developer Program membership appears active and I have paid for it. • When I visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, I get this popup: “Unable to find a team with the given Team ID XXXXXXXXXX to which you belong. Please contact Apple Developer Program Support.” • My Apple ID still shows an active Developer Program membership under System Settings → Media & Purchases. • In App Store Connect, I can still see my Team ID and access my account. This issue was previously resolved via phone support after I was incorrectly locked out. I had paid twice, and was refunded once, but now the issue has returned - and support claims I was refunded twice, which is false (I have proof from my bank). I’ve contacted support multiple times, and my case has been sitting with the operations team for weeks. No explanation. No resolution. Just silence. I paid for a service I’m not receiving. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue or found a way to escalate it effectively?

Hi! I completed the enrollment for my company on April 22, 2024. And since then we have successfully placed our application in the Store and continue to work on it. On March 27, 2025, I needed to renew my participation in the Apple Developer Program and I did it successfully - I received a confirmation letter from you. However, later I discovered that my order was canceled and now, when I go to developer.applе.com, I am offered to go through the enrollment procedure! I'm confused! It is not clear what to do in such a situation?! I will be grateful for any help!

I have the entitlement, I sent the request yesterday. I have added in Info.plist Privacy - Motion Usage Description message. But nothing changes. It always crashes . In the morning I enrolled in developer program and apple took my money from card and told me it is "being processed". But in the main page it says Purchase your membership. continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. So I clicked again and purchased again. Still I got the same email and checked it says " being processed" but money taken twice!!! Why are you giving me same option if it is processed!! Very bad design!!! Also it is still not activated

Unfortunately, for the past two months I've been trying to migrate to a company account. The banking updates are stuck processing with this error message: Apple Developer support tossed me around between 6 or 7 different representatives, each restarting the process of trying to figure out the problem, contacting the engineering team back and forth, and even remote controlling my screen to try and solve it, to no avail. None of them know what is the issue. What do I do?

I am trying to create an AppId to support Sign in with Apple from my web app. This capability is not availability. An AI query suggests that this is not supported with an Enterprise account, though I cannot find any links/information to support this. Is this a known issue?
