虚拟机运行后,插拔 iPhone 7 手机,通过 sudo log show --predicate 'eventMessage contains "usbmuxd"' --info 看到了报错信息: 2025-02-13 10:31:06.541201+0800 0xa3c Error 0x0 0 0 kernel: (Sandbox) 1 duplicate report for System Policy: usbmuxd(22583) deny(1) file-write-mode /private/var/db/lockdown 2025-02-13 10:31:07.090321+0800 0xf807 Error 0x0 140 0 sandboxd: [com.apple.sandbox.reporting:violation] System Policy: usbmuxd(22583) deny(1) file-write-mode /private/var/db/lockdown Violation: deny(1) file-write-mode /private/var/db/lockdown Process: usbmuxd [22583] Path: /usr/local/sbin/usbmuxd Load Address: 0x10564b000 Identifier: usbmuxd Version: ??? Enrollment Stuck for Over 2 Weeks – No Response
We applied for the Apple Developer Program more than two weeks ago, and our application is completely stuck with no updates or clear next steps. Despite providing all required documents (Company registration, D-U-N-S number, ID verification, etc. and several times !), we are still waiting for approval, while there is nothing complicated (EU citizens, UK company) We've reached out multiple times to Apple Support but have received no concrete answers or timeline for when our application will be reviewed. Meanwhile, we have successfully completed similar processes with Google, Meta, and financial institutions like banks or PSP, all within 48h ! How can a company like Apple treat its partners this way? The lack of transparency in the approval process is frustrating and severely impacts our timeline. This kind of experience does not inspire trust or confidence in doing business with Apple... 🔹 Has anyone else experienced such long delays in the enrollment process? 🔹 Is there any way to escalate this to get an actual response? Apple, please address this issue and provide a clear resolution. Thank you.

Day 5 of Apple Developer Support – Urgent Review Delay & Lack of Response
I am now on Day 5 of waiting for our Apple Developer Program approval, and despite multiple attempts to get an update, I have received no meaningful response from Apple. I have: ✅ Successfully paid membership fee and received invoice for same ✅ Reached out via support tickets, but got 0 replies. This delay is unreasonable and impacting my work. I am prepared to launch a critical app that aligns with Apple’s ecosystem and guidelines, but Apple’s lack of communication is preventing me from moving forward. After lot of hard work and resources I have completed app development and set up other processes for marketing. I demand a real update from an Apple Developer Program representative today. • Not silence. • A direct response with a timeline for approval. Apple claims to support developers, but these excessive delays and lack of transparency tell a different story. If there is a legitimate issue, I expect clear communication. If there isn’t, we expect this approval to be completed immediately. Apple, please address this case today. I cannot afford further inaction. Order ID: MNTHQYXGLN

No Renew button (membership)!
We had a work card attached to our developer's account. team ID 924RUYJZ34 dev ID 8771bf7b-31a9-4602-baae-02580fe5b6c4 Funds are debited from this card in other services, there are no problems with it, the amount in the account is sufficient. Our membership subscription did not renew automatically. The applications are blocked. We can't renew our subscription, there's no Renew button anywhere. There is no way to extend it on any device, web version, or anywhere else. We can't even cancel and re-arrange it, all the functions don't work. Please help us, how can we renew our subscription?!

Xcode file liveness regression?
A while ago, perhaps early in v16, Xcode stopped tracking file liveness. I'd hoped the regression would be fixed, but... not yet. Is there some setting I'm missing? Is this from underlying filesystem limits? or from working with swift packages? Conversely, if/since this is a regression, is this the new normal, and not to be fixed (e.g., because the modern build system cannot be retrofitted to detect and update stale resources)? Assuming I create a Swift package and open it in Xcode... 1. New files I expect to get errors when I create a new swift file, add bad code, and build. Instead, the file doesn't seem to be added to the build. If I try to use Add Files to "{project}".. menu, the file is disabled for selection. A workaround is to close and re-open the project 2. Files updated extrinsically If outside Xcode I format the files in the package or edit them, I expect Xcode to notice and either 1) update with the new contents if there were no changes, or 2) ask what to do if there were changes. Instead, Xcode proceeds oblivious to the underlying changes. It is not a workaround to use Integrate/Refresh file status menu for SCM status. Again, a workaround is to close and re-open the project. Possible factors Swift package projects, if resource tracking is tied to metadata unused in package projects? External filesystem: these are on APFS volumes mounted via TB-4 and USB-3 Pilot error? Impact This leads me to re-open projects 10's of times a day, to create test files or maintain lint. Also, because I have to drop out of Xcode to process files before checking in, I end up using an external git workflow/UI. Also, because Xcode is not particularly extensible, I've written external tools for analyzing and generating Swift, hosted via CLI or eclipse (which support resource markers for UI navigation). I use Swift LSP in Eclipse for analysis and git-driven changes, and end up coding there because well, I'm already there. I'd take slower builds over this continuous hassle and context-switching in a heartbeat.

testSession.setSimulatedError(.purchase(.invalidQuantity), forAPI: .purchase)
I am trying to test this simulated Error. The issue is, I can't get this to trigger through the simulatedError function. Error will always end up as an unknown error Example code snippet: @available(iOS 17.0, *) func testPurchase_InvalidQuantity() async throws { // Arrange testSession.clearTransactions() testSession.resetToDefaultState() let productID = "consumable_1" try await testSession.setSimulatedError(.purchase(.invalidQuantity), forAPI: .purchase) guard let product = await fetchProduct(identifier: productID) else { XCTFail("Failed to fetch test product") return } let option = Product.PurchaseOption.quantity(4) let result = await manager.purchase(product: product, options: option) switch result { case .success: XCTFail("Expected failure due to invalid quantity") case .failure(let error): print("Received error: \(error.localizedDescription)") switch error { case .purchaseError(let purchaseError): XCTAssertEqual(purchaseError.code, StoreKitPurchaseError.invalidQuantity.code) default: XCTFail("Unexpected error: \(error)") } } } In the above code snippet, I have an Unexpected Error. But if i remove try await testSession.setSimulatedError(.purchase(.invalidQuantity), forAPI: .purchase) I will receive a XCTFail in the success of my result. So when I set the quantity to a -1, only then can I correctly receive an invalidQuantity. Does anyone know why the try await testSession.setSimulatedError(.purchase(.invalidQuantity), forAPI: .purchase) would fail to work as directed? I have tests for all the generic errors for loadProducts API and the simulatedError works great for them

xcrun devicectl not work as expected in Apple TV
What I want? I expect to use xcrun devicectl device process launch --device <uuid> <bundle-identifier> --payload-url <URL> to launch my app and pass the specified URL as I usually do in iPhone. What I do? Let's say the app A which I'm developing. I try to use UIApplication.open(:options:completionHandler:) in another app to open the app A with registered schema. And whether app A is cold launch or background resumption, app A can go foreground with receiving URL. If I use xcrun devicectl as above described, app A can still be opened. However, app A can't receive URL which I pass through --payload-url option. That's different from in iOS. BTW: I as well try YouTube with UIApplication.open and xcrun devicectl, the former way work, the latter way not work.

"No Such Module" When Using Mergable Libraries In a Static XCFramework
I'm attempting to create a proof of concept of a static library, distributed as an XCFramework, which has two local XCFramework dependencies. The reason for this is because I'm working to provide a single statically linked library to a customer, instead of providing them with the static library plus the two dependencies. The Issue With a fairly simple example project, I'm not able to access any code from the static library without the complier throwing a "No such module" error and saying that it cannot find one of the dependent modules. Project Layout I have an example project that has some example targets with basic example code. Example Project on Github Target: FrameworkA Mach-0 Type: Dynamic Build Mergable Library: Yes Skip Install: No Build Libraries For Distribution: Yes Target: FrameworkB Mach-0 Type: Dynamic Build Mergable Library: Yes Skip Install: No Build Libraries For Distribution: Yes XCFrameworks are being generated from these two targets using Apple's recommendations. I've verified that the mergable metadata is present in both framework's Info.plist files. Each exposes a single struct which will return an example String. Finally I have my SDK target: Target: ExampleKit Mach-0 Type: Static Build Mergable Library: No Create Merged Binary: Manual Skip Install: No Build Libraries For Distribution: Yes The two .xcframework files are in the Target's folder structure as well. The "Link Binary With Libraries" build phase includes them and they're Required. Inside of the ExampleKit target, I have a single public struct which has two static properties which return the example strings from FrameworkA and FrameworkB. I then have another script which generates an XCFramework from this target. Expectations Based on Apple's documentation and the "Meet Mergable Libraries" WWDC session I would expect that I could make a simple iOS app, link the ExampleKit.xcframework, import ExampleKit inside of a file, and be able to access the single public struct present in ExampleKit. Unfortunately, all I get is "No such module FrameworkA". I would expect that FrameworkA and FrameworkB would have been merged into ExampleKit? I'm really unsure of where to go from here in debugging this. And more importantly, is this even a possible thing to do?

Unity GameKit: signature does not match the authentication request data
I have a Unity application in which I'm implementing a GameCenter login with PlayFab. I fetch the items and use them in the PlayFab request, which returns me the error 'Authentication failed. Signature does not match the authentication request data'. I've reproduced the request using Insomnia with the same results. I have this exact same flow implemented in another application, which works normally. I'm positive that the PlayFab verification is correct, and there's indeed an issue with the data being sent, but I can't find any information about this kind of situation anywhere, and I don't know how to either reproduce the verification myself, or how to inspect the data to check for issues. I have reviewed my app's data on AppstoreConnect and have filled every form, document, and even its store page. I've also checked it's bundle identifier settings to make sure it had all the permissions necessary, which seems to be only GameCenter. I fetch the authentication items through this code try { Debug.Log("Fetching authentication items"); var fetchItemsResponse = await GKLocalPlayer.Local.FetchItems(); PlayFabGameCenterLogin(fetchItemsResponse); } catch (Exception ex) { Debug.Log("Error fetching authentication items: " + ex.Message); OnLoginFailure(); } Which is then sent to this method to start the login request static void PlayFabGameCenterLogin(GKIdentityVerificationResponse authenticationItems) { var request = new LoginWithGameCenterRequest(); request.CreateAccount = true; request.PlayerId = GKLocalPlayer.Local.GamePlayerId; request.InfoRequestParameters = new GetPlayerCombinedInfoRequestParams { GetUserAccountInfo = true }; if (authenticationItems != null) { request.PublicKeyUrl = authenticationItems.PublicKeyUrl; request.Salt = Convert.ToBase64String(authenticationItems.GetSalt()); request.Signature = Convert.ToBase64String(authenticationItems.GetSignature()); request.Timestamp = authenticationItems.Timestamp.ToString(); } else Debug.Log("Playfab Login with no authentication items"); // Login PlayFabClientAPI.LoginWithGameCenter(request, OnLoginSuccess, (e) => { I'm on Unity 2022.3.10f1 Apple.Core 3.1.3 Apple.GameKit 2.2.2 Xcode 16.2 I need information on what could be the cause of this, if it's a SDK issue, a lack of filling information somewhere, if it's some data compatibility issue (maybe data on the app that's not the same on the appstoreconnect or developer?), or if it's possible to verify the authentication data manually to investigate.

Gaps in Xcode build timeline
Reposting (after a while) from the Swift forums - the build timeline for our project has a lot of weird gaps in the beginning - almost 15 seconds in total, which is quite a big chunk of the total build time. Is there any way to determine why they exist or how I could fix them? I hope it's just something hidden and not the build system literally doing nothing... This is on Xcode 15.4.

Using Google Maps in App to determine distance
So far, we have been using Google Maps to determine distance along a certain route for a MacOS app to register kilometers for a business administration app. But, this is no longer possible, as the login for google maps no longer works. I understand we would have to pay to continue using the Google Maps service as it was and we would have to make changes to the app. That would be ok, but I was just wondering does any developer on this forum have suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Or even maybe have suggestions, to make this work better than before. Three suggestions by chatgpt: use ANWB route planner using google maps, Pro6pp, or to useWisp.Software (something I haven't heard of before. Your suggestions and ideas are welcome. Also, if the Apple Developer team knows of a way how to do this in your app, your advice is more than welcome. Have a nice day!

Getting an error in Xcode after resting simulator
I just made clean data on simulator then started getting the below error built on Xcode ? Showing Recent Issues Entitlements file "Clinic.entitlements" was modified during the build, which is not supported. You can disable this error by setting 'CODE_SIGN_ALLOW_ENTITLEMENTS_MODIFICATION' to 'YES', however this may cause the built product's code signature or provisioning profile to contain incorrect entitlements.

How to make RealityKit both parent and child entities accessible to UI tests?
I have a SwiftUI RealityKit app, and I am writing UI tests for it. The app has entities that have children. All entities have an accessibilityComponent so that they can be found by UI tests. If I set isAccessibilityElement = true for the parent, the UI tests find the parent. If I set isAccessibilityElement = false for the parent, and isAccessibilityElement = true for the child, the UI tests find the child. If I set isAccessibilityElement = true for the parent as well as for the child, the UI tests find only the parent. How can I make parent and child entities both be accessible by the UI tests?

No response from appeal
Hello, In 2024 I received notice of Apple Developer Account termination (Team ID: FCKZLDS8EQ) (with no reason) and in 5 days I have sended the appeal. After 30+ days - my account was terminated. The notification said that I only have a month to file an appeal, I did it within 5 days, but neither during the month nor so far - I have not received a response. Also, after the appeal, I contacted support saying that there was no response to the appeal and still remained unanswered to these tickets: 102346160903 and 102349953096. I described everything in detail in that appeal. I have an Apple Developer membership since 2014 and this is some kind of misunderstanding, I have an old trusted developer account without any violations.
