Enrollment still Pending - Order W1580614343
Hello, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and my payment was processed successfully (Order W1580614343, Invoice UA31378681). I received the invoice confirming the charge. However, my account status has been "Pending" for more than 48 hours, and the developer portal still asks me to "complete your purchase now." It seems the payment was not linked to my enrollment. Could you please look into this and activate my membership, or let me know if anything further is required from my side? Thank you for your help. Best regards, Piotr Skrzypiec

no policy, cannot allow apps outside /Applications;domain=OSSystemExtensionErrorDomain code=4
Here’s the formatted summary in English for your issue submission: Issue Summary We are activating a Network Extension system extension (filter-data) from a signed and notarized macOS app. Activation consistently fails with the following error: Error Message: OSSystemExtensionErrorDomain code=4 Extension not found in App bundle. Unable to find any matched extension with identifier: com.seaskylight.yksmacos.ExamNetFilter.data At the same time, sysextd logs show: no policy, cannot allow apps outside /Applications However, our host app and executable paths are already under /Applications, and the extension bundle physically exists in the expected app bundle location. Environment Information macOS: Darwin 25.4.0 Host App: /Applications/xxx.app Host Bundle ID: com.seaskylight.yksmacos System Extension Bundle ID: com.seaskylight.yksmacos.ExamNetFilter.data Team ID: BVU65MZFLK Device Management: Enrolled via DEP: No MDM Enrollment: No Reproduction Steps Install the host app to /Applications. Launch the host app via Finder or using the command: open -a "/Applications/xxx.app" Trigger OSSystemExtensionRequest activationRequestForExtension for: com.seaskylight.yksmacos.ExamNetFilter.data. Observe failure callback (code=4). Collect logs: log show --last 2m --style compact --info --debug --predicate 'process == "sysextd"' Check extension status using: systemextensionsctl list (shows 0 extension(s)) Observed Results sysextd client activation request for com.seaskylight.yksmacos.ExamNetFilter.data attempts to realize extension with identifier com.seaskylight.yksmacos.ExamNetFilter.data. Log indicates: no policy, cannot allow apps outside /Applications App-side Diagnostics (captured at failure) PID: 3249 Bundle Path: /Applications/xxx.app Real Path: /Applications/xxx.app Exec Path: /Applications/xxx.app/Contents/MacOS/xxx Real Exec Path: /Applications/xxx.app/Contents/MacOS/xxx Ext Path: /Applications/xxx.app/Contents/Library/SystemExtensions/ExamNetFilterData.systemextension Ext Exists: true Running From Helper: false Error Callback: NSError{domain=OSSystemExtensionErrorDomain code=4 desc=Extension not found in App bundle...} Additional Validation We reproduced the same failure using a minimal native host app (SysExtProbe) in /Applications that only submits the activation request for the same extension identifier. It also fails with OSSystemExtensionErrorDomain code=4, indicating this is not specific to Electron app logic. Signing / Packaging Notes Host app and system extension are signed with the same Team ID (BVU65MZFLK). System extension bundle exists under: /Applications/xxx.app/Contents/Library/SystemExtensions/ExamNetFilterData.systemextension Extension Info.plist contains bundle id: com.seaskylight.yksmacos.ExamNetFilter.data Host app includes NSSystemExtensionUsageDescription. Questions for DTS In non-MDM personal-device scenarios, what exact conditions trigger sysextd to emit: no policy, cannot allow apps outside /Applications even when both bundlePath and realpath are in /Applications? Can code=4 (“Extension not found in App bundle”) be returned for policy/state reasons even when the extension bundle is present and the identifier matches? Are there known sysextd policy/cache states that cause this behavior, and what is the recommended recovery procedure? Feel free to copy and paste this summary for your submission. If you need any further modifications or assistance, let me know!

EXC_BAD_ACCESS in drawHierarchy(in:afterScreenUpdates:) on iOS 26.3.1+ — IOSurface CIF10 decompression crash
We're experiencing an EXC_BAD_ACCESS (SIGSEGV) crash in UIView.drawHierarchy(in:afterScreenUpdates: false) that occurs only on iOS 26.3.1 and later. It does not reproduce on iOS 26.3.0 or earlier. Crash Stack Thread 0 (Main Thread) — EXC_BAD_ACCESS KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS 0 libvDSP.dylib vConvert_XRGB2101010ToARGB8888_vec 1 ImageIO IIOIOSurfaceWrapper_CIF10::CopyImageBlockSetWithOptions 2 ImageIO IIOImageProviderInfo::CopyImageBlockSetWithOptions 3 ImageIO CGImageReadGetBytesAtOffset 4 CoreGraphics CGAccessSessionGetBytes 5 CoreGraphics img_data_lock 6 CoreGraphics CGSImageDataLock 7 CoreGraphics ripc_AcquireImage 8 CoreGraphics ripc_DrawImage 9 CoreGraphics CGContextDrawImage 10 UIKitCore -[UIView(Rendering) drawHierarchy:afterScreenUpdates:] The crash occurs during 10-bit CIF10 → 8-bit ARGB8888 pixel conversion when the IOSurface backing a UIImageView in the view hierarchy is deallocated mid-render. How to Reproduce Display a scrollable list with multiple UIImageViews loaded via an async image library Call drawHierarchy(in: bounds, afterScreenUpdates: false) on visible cells periodically Scroll to trigger image recycling Crash occurs sporadically — more likely under memory pressure or rapid image recycling What We've Tried Both UIKit off-screen rendering approaches crash on iOS 26.3.1: Approach Result drawHierarchy(afterScreenUpdates: false) EXC_BAD_ACCESS in CIF10 IOSurface decompression view.layer.render(in:) EXC_BAD_ACCESS in Metal (agxaAssertBufferIsValid) iOS Version Correlation iOS 26.3.0 and earlier: No crash iOS 26.3.1 (23D8133)+: Crash occurs (~5 events per 7 days) We suspect the ImageIO security patches in iOS 26.3 (CVE-2026-20675, CVE-2026-20634) may have changed IOSurface lifecycle timing, exposing a race condition between drawHierarchy's composited buffer read and asynchronous IOSurface reclamation by the OS. Crash Data We sampled 3 crash events: Event 1 (iOS 26.3.1): 71 MB free memory — memory pressure Event 2 (iOS 26.3.1): 88 MB free memory — memory pressure Event 3 (iOS 26.3.2): 768 MB free memory — NOT memory pressure Event 3 shows this isn't purely a low-memory issue. The IOSurface can be reclaimed even with ample free memory, likely due to async image recycling. Question Is this a known regression in iOS 26.3.1? Is there a safe way to snapshot a view hierarchy containing IOSurface-backed images without risking EXC_BAD_ACCESS? Should drawHierarchy gracefully handle the case where an IOSurface backing store is reclaimed during the render? Any guidance or workarounds would be appreciated. We've also filed this as Feedback (will update with FB number after submission).

Notarization Submission Stuck “In Progress” for 24+ Hours on New Developer ID Account
I’m looking for guidance on a notarization submission that has been stuck in In Progress for over 24 hours. Details: Team ID: 94B7AVM73F Certificate: Developer ID Application: Bilal Ahmed Qureshi (94B7AVM73F) Tool: xcrun notarytool File: FlashcardGeneratorTrial-AppleSilicon.dmg Submission ID: 7817f9d0-32da-452f-9e2d-fff43478ccf6 Submission created: 2026-04-17T22:10:01.402Z Current status: xcrun notarytool info still reports In Progress This has now been ongoing for more than 24 hours The submission uploaded successfully and received a valid submission ID The Developer ID certificate is valid and correctly paired with the private key in Keychain security find-identity -v -p codesigning returns 1 valid identity Environment: First-time notarization on this developer account macOS direct distribution outside the Mac App Store DMG signed with Developer ID Application certificate Hardened runtime and timestamp enabled during signing I’ve seen some other recent reports of long notarization delays, especially for first-time submissions, so I’m trying to understand whether this is expected queueing / in-depth analysis, or whether there may be an issue with this specific submission. Questions: Is this normal for a first notarization on a new Developer ID account? Is there anything I should do besides wait? Can Apple check whether this submission is stuck in the queue? Thanks.

I made the payment for Apple Developer Program, but my membership is still not activated
I made the payment for the Apple Developer Program, but my membership is still not activated. On the website, it still said: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now.” Since it still showed that message, I thought there might be an error. I clicked “Complete your purchase” again, but then I canceled it because I had already paid before and did not want to be charged twice. Now my membership is still not active, and I am confused about whether my original payment is still being processed or whether I caused a problem by clicking and canceling the purchase flow. I emailed to apple support but still didn't get any answers. Idk what to do.

Apple IAP issues
I am having constant issues with the IAP on my app. I have now, after several review rejections, created a brand new non-consumable in-app purchase product and updated the submitted build to use the new product identifier. We also updated the paywall so it no longer loops and instead shows fallback messaging plus manual retry/restore options when pricing is unavailable. However, in TestFlight and sandbox testing, StoreKit is still not returning the product details, so no localized price is available to display. This suggests the in-app purchase is not being returned by Apple’s review/sandbox environment rather than a client-side UI issue. Has anyone else had this issue and of so how did they resolve this?

Smart card access is blocked in Safari and other WebKit browsers during passkey sign-in when the site offers the “Security Key” option
On macOS 26, when a passkey sign-in flow is started in Safari or another WebKit-based browser (for example, DuckDuckGo browser), smart cards become inaccessible as soon as the password manager selection UI is shown, but only if the website offers “Security Key” as one of the passkey storage/authentication options. At that moment, it appears the system starts polling connected smart cards and does not properly release the transaction/session. As a result, other applications and libraries can no longer communicate with the smart card until the passkey UI is dismissed, and in practice the card may remain unavailable until the passkey sign-in flow is fully completed. This does not happen in Chrome. This does not happen if the website does not offer the “Security Key” option. This does not happen during passkey registration; the issue affects sign-in only. From our investigation, Safari/WebKit appears to open communication with connected smart cards and keep the transaction/session active. Because of that: • our own smart card code blocks while waiting for a PC/SC transaction to begin; • the system pcsctest utility also hangs and does not continue until the passkey selection UI is closed; • a minimal sample using TKSmartCard also blocks on beginSession(). This suggests the smart card is locked not only at the PC/SC level, but also at the CryptoTokenKit level. This issue is critical for us. We are developing a password manager that supports storing keys on a smart card, and due to this behavior we cannot access our card while Safari/WebKit is showing the passkey flow. Is there any way to stop safari from accessing smartcards? Any terminal commands/settings/workarounds?

All Safari Traffic Fails on VPN
Updated to the latest developer beta and while on VPN I am no longer able to connect to any website with Safari. Firefox has no issues with the connection and the computer is definitely online. Firefox is able to load and use both internal pages and external sites, without any issue. Other apps on the computer are able to access the network. Safari fails immediately, with "There was a bad response from the server." If I enable developer mode and look at the network tab in Safari I don't see any requests going out for the pages, it just immediately loads ErrorPage.html and page-load-errors.css Disconnect from VPN and everything works again. Anyone else seeing this?

App approved but subscriptions not working: Says localization was rejected without providing any reason
Submitted my app and it was approved by Apple. I then downloaded it from the app store and went through onboarding however when I tried to complete a purchase it failed. Went back to app store connect and saw that there is an issue with my subscriptions. Says localization is rejected but does not provide any reason why. Any ideas?? Everything worked fine with sandbox account.

StoreKit / IAP: Product WAITING_FOR_REVIEW — works locally with production RevenueCat key + Apple Sandbox, fails during App Review
Hello, I need guidance on App Store Connect product state vs StoreKit behavior during App Review. Stack: iOS app (Expo / React Native), subscriptions via RevenueCat + StoreKit. Bundle ID matches App Store Connect. RevenueCat API keys — what I’ve verified locally: With the production RevenueCat API key (iOS appl_..., same as the submitted build), everything works on local device but not when I download it from TestFlight. I have also tested with RevenueCat’s sandbox / test API key (the separate key intended for sandbox/testing). That setup works as well — I can load offerings and complete test purchases the same way What RevenueCat (SDK / dashboard health) reports: Product monthly is configured in RevenueCat. Warnings that products aren’t approved in App Store Connect yet and that the default offering has configuration issues. Apple’s product state: WAITING_FOR_REVIEW. The SDK still states that test purchases are possible. What App Review reports: After onboarding a new business account, “Activate subscription” leads to an error (plans don’t load / purchase path fails). Review suggested an app code issue. Why this is confusing: Locally, both RevenueCat key modes I tried (production and sandbox/test) work with Apple Sandbox on the device. The submitted build uses the production RevenueCat key. Review still sees a failure. Questions: For IAP in WAITING_FOR_REVIEW, should App Review always use an Apple Sandbox account to test subscriptions until the product is fully approved? Is it documented that StoreKit may not return products during review without Sandbox while the product remains WAITING_FOR_REVIEW? Has anyone else seen “works locally (prod + sandbox RevenueCat keys + Apple Sandbox) but Review fails” with the same WAITING_FOR_REVIEW state? Thanks for any official documentation or similar threads.

Unable to Create Apple Account for Developer Organization Enrollment (‘Your account cannot be created at this time’)
Hi! I'm a first-time app founder trying to enroll my business in the Apple Developer Program as an Organization. I already have a personal Apple ID, so I'm trying to create a separate, brand new Apple Account using my business email for the enrollment. Every time I complete the account creation form and go through the verification code step, I get the error: 'Your account cannot be created at this time.' Things I've already tried: Personal cell phone number for verification A Google Voice number for verification Different browsers The Apple Developer app Different WiFi networks I only have one iPhone and one cell number, both already tied to my personal Apple ID. My D&B DUNS number is confirmed, the only blocker is creating this new Apple Account. Is there a known solution for this? It seems like it must be a common situation for small business owners who use one device for both personal and business. Any help appreciated!

TestFlight “What to Test” error + Apple Support delay – Case ID 102871190604
Hi everyone, I’m currently facing an issue in App Store Connect when submitting a build to TestFlight. When I try to complete the “What to Test” section and submit, I get the following error: “There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.” Case details: Case ID: 102871190604 Submitted: April 17, 2026 (GMT+7) Status: No response after 3–4 days This issue is blocking me from submitting the build. What I’ve tried: Retried multiple times Switched browsers (Chrome, Safari) Used Incognito mode Logged out and back in Simplified the “What to Test” text Checked build is processed and not expired I have already contacted Apple Developer Support but haven’t received any response yet. Questions: Is this a known App Store Connect issue? Should I wait for support, or upload a new build? If any Apple staff could help check this case, I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

App Upload
Hello, so basically I’m trying to upload a build to App Store Connect but it gets flagged for a potential rejection thus unable to submit. The icon tells me there is a problem with tracking-related code in my app but I can’t seem to remove it. Need urgent support from a technical expert preferably.

Thank you.
